Had another plumber come out and apparently try to fix the issue I was having, still had the same issues after a day. Called Maples Mechanical and they were here within a couple of hours and had everything back to working in about an hour. Techs are very knowledgeable they found the issue and fixed it quick. I would recommend highly.

I can’t thank you enough! What a fantastic group of guys! Had a broken pipe in the foundation of the house. Hirburt located it with precision. They draped the kitchen, floor to ceiling with plastic to avoid as much dust as possible from getting to the rest of the house. Very professional and completely cleaned up everything before they left! I will definitely be recommending your company to friends.

Called Maples Mechanical and told them the issue we were having with our AC unit. They put us on their timely schedule and resolved our issues. Great people to work with and very knowledgeable about the job task.

It was a long day finding the water leak buried about 3 feet underground. I was at the job site the entire time. From the first phone call to arrange the appointment to thanking Gabe for his work that day, these folks have their processes together. The job was not easy and required some back and forth communication with the lead plumber back at the office. When I heard the lead plumber tell Gabe to “just take it slow and do it right” I knew I had come to the right place. They have earned my business and I will use them again.

Right on time and had proper equipment. Went right to work and was able to repair the problemand then checked everything to be sure. Friendlyand courteous. Good experience.

Had a difficult time getting a callback from the mobile home side of the operation. Had to call back for the third time after not hearing back from them for 24 hours. However, when I did receive the callback, everything went into action quickly and end results were fantastic.

Definitely gave us a fair price to replace a busted pipe and did the work quickly and on time. I had two other plumbers come out for a quote and they couldnt do it for a better price or any faster.

After my air conditioner died the night before, I was trying to figure how I could survive the weekend as I was sure I couldnt find someone to come out the next day. I was wrong though. After calling different companies with no luck, I gave Maples Mechanical a try! I got an immediate response! Shayne and his co-worker, (I cant remember his name :( ), were at my house promptly at 9:15 AM. They were prompt, courteous and very professional! Shayne took the time to explain what was wrong and showed me pictures of what he fixed. They didnt leave until my air conditioner was blowing cold air again! I would highly recommend Maples Mechanical! It just doesnt get any better!

Very professional and responsive! My kitchen sink faucet needed to be replaced and I was going out of town for 3 weeks. I called on Friday before I left and Mark made it a priority to get his team there and complete the job. Time was of the essence and I didn’t want to leave my family without a sink for 3 weeks. Maples Mechanical came through with such a short notice. Very professional and clean work. Highly recommended!

Brian and his buddy (I did not catch his name) came to check on water leaking from my AC. Said it was a simple drain pipe being loose, fixed it quickly and chatted about random stuff. Very polite and relaxed, and were very nice to my cats. Would recommend them to anyone with AC issues.

This company is 5 stars all the way! From the moment you call they greet you with friendly and courtesy employees and get to your job needs quickly and timely. Once theyre working its honest, trustworthy and reasonably priced. Weve used them for all different home repair needs like water heater, AC, bathroom plumbing and disposal work. We will continue to call and rely on them whenever needed!

Hevert was terrific. Did a terrific job unclogging sink. Installed new bathroom faucets and fixed leak he found from drain. Would definitely use again.

So, I’ve been nursing an old HVAC system for the last couple of years until this supply chain madness finally ends. Ol’ faithful (20+ yrs) had been keeping me cool until last week. It was 8 pm and I noticed the room temp getting warmer. As I reached my hand up to the vent, my worst fears came to fruition. I thought the system had finally died. The temperature was tolerable with the ceiling fan working full blast. I texted the fine folks at Maples Mechanical and they responded right away. Even though they were fully booked, Mark said he would fit me in. They would be at my house at the crack of dawn. True to their word, they arrived promptly and ready to go. Needless to say, I was sweating it (pun intended) fully expecting them to give me the bad news and offer to sell me a unit. As a woman, I expected they would try and pressure me into a pricey unit. After a couple of hours, the tech resurrected Ol’ Faithful from the dead! This isn’t the first time I’ve done business with Maples. They had replaced a unit at a rental 3 yrs ago and did an excellent job. I highly recommend Mark and the guys at Maples Mechanical.

Maples mechanical is an excellent company their service is incredible. The AC technician Shayne Miles did an excellent job troubleshooting the problem it seemed to come very easy to him I highly recommend Shayne Miles and Maples mechanical.

I had an 10:30AM appt time which Brian at the company made with Residential Home Warranty...I followed up with a phone call, and had a good conversation with Brian. I made sure they knew I was in Spicewood, Tx. Waited all morning for them! No Call, No Email, nothing....and could not ever get someone to answer the phone!What a waste of time. I do not recommend this company at all.Their response to my original post was not at all how this experience went.

Grayson was awesome! He was very detailed and provided insight into the repairs before beginning and during the time he was here. Grayson is definitely an asset to Maples Mechanical. Job well done!

Maples is a miracle shop. His gang has saved me during a water heater fiasco, a/c trouble, maintenance for my Mom so she doesnt have problems and running new line for me at my new house.Mark is a throw back to a time where a persons word and a handshake actually meant something.
