Don, the tech, arrived within 90 minutes of my call. He was thorough and professional and had the problem diagnosed and repaired within 1 hour. This is the third time I have used Extreme Air, and I have received similar service each time. I am extremely satisfied and highly recommend this business.

I had a leaking evaporator coil on my 2 year old unit that was under warranty and needed repair. I contacted another business before this one and they quoted me an amount that was insane. Luckily I did my research and although I paid for the original business to do the diagnostic, hired Xtreme Air for the repair after getting an alternate quote. The coil had to be ordered from Lennox and the process took a few weeks due to the manufacturer issues and shipping delays. Candice was sure to keep me updated and returned every one of my calls during the process. Our tech Phuc was very friendly, efficient and arrived on time per what the company quoted me. I am SO GLAD to have gone with Xtreme Air, as they saved me over $1000 dollars! They provided excellent customer service and I was comfortable knowing Phuc had done this kind of work for 24 years. Thank you!! I will be using yall and recommending yall in the future.

We had Xtreme Texas Air come to a rental house to check out an AC that wasn’t cooling. The technician was very nice, but unfortunately, I couldn’t understand anything that he was saying over the phone due to a language difference. After calling the office for clarification, the technician ended up flipping a breaker and putting in 2lbs of refrigerant (without discussing if I wanted to do this or letting me know the cost associated) and called it a day. That didn’t work at all. I still had to put two window units in for my tenant to get some relief, and just received a $633.00 bill. We ended up replacing the unit with another local company last week for 2k cheaper than what Extreme Texas Air quoted. This is the most expensive AC repair company that we have used for any work (that didn’t even work)!

One of our AC units wasnt working this morning and I couldnt find anyone to come out due to backlog or the rain. I called about 6 companies but Extreme Texas Air was able to send someone right away. The tech was very friendly and fixed our AC. Our preschool thanks you for your quick response and availability! :)

Excellent customer service and knowledgeable staff. We always have technicians from Texas Extreme Air come to maintain, service and repair our systems. They are very professional and thorough. Would highly recommend them to everyone.
