This will be my forever AC repair company! They are top notch! Alicia made scheduling my appointment easy. She was even flexible with my crazy work hours. Ismael was extremely professional and friendly. They fixed my unit without all the price gouging. I highly recommend this company for anyone looking for AC repair/replacement. Thank you so much! Oh!! And the respect they have for your home is untouchable, all the way down to the shoe covers they change to walk in and out. 5 stars isn’t enough!

Absolutely the best customer service experience. Ismael Lopez arrived on time, cleaned the dryer vents and hose, then cleaned the laundry room floor after he was finished. Professional work, friendly and honest (dont need to clean dryer vents for 2-3 yrs). Will certainly refer Creative Comfort Solutions to family, friends and neighbors for HVAC and dryer vent cleaning.

Highly recommend Creative Comfort Solutions. I schedule a tuneup and wanted to get a quote on adding another air duct to our master bedroom due to it being a little hotter than the rest of the house. Ismael and his assistant were very reliable and reasonable. We were informed one of our coils wasn’t working properly and we will be scheduling our repair soon. We were very pleased with their service.

Great service! I booked an appointment to fix an issue I thought I had with my AC (but turned out to be an issue with me just accidentally flipping a switch on my thermostat) and Ismael could not have been kinder. I ended up having him give my AC a once over anyway, to be on the safe side.Then when I had a real problem 3 weeks later (my AC stopped working on one of the hottest days of summer) he was there about 2 hours later to fix it. It was such a relief, literally and figuratively. Cannot recommend this business enough!

Ismael and his team fixed our AC. They changed out parts that did take all day. Ismael really made sure that everything was done correctly and even cleaned out our unit outside. They were all very respectful of my house and even put down tarp to cover our floors and carpet. Ismael and his team provided great customer service.

Our AC broke and our thermostat had risen to 79 degrees when we noticed it. We called SIX different heat and air companies and nobody could respond same day. The biggest game in town told us it would be TWO days before they could come out.Thankfully, my wife called Creative Comfort Solutions and Ismaell came out to fix our AC right away and got it all done within hours. That included him having to run and get a part and come back to install.He put on shoe covers even though he was only walking into our house a couple steps. Super impressed. Absolutely 5 star service. I get tentative when choosing an HVAC company because there are so many reviews, documentaries and stories of scams, poor service, awful customer service, etc... My friend recommended Creative Comfort Solutions and I do not regret choosing them. Ismael was prompt even having to drive long distance to reach my home. I had a yearly inspection, and issues with my overflow drain. He fixed a pipe, inspected every inch of the whole system and my A/C unit. He is uber polite and professional and very honest and knowledgeable. I have rentals that need looking after and I am giving this company all of my business. Big thumbs up with these guys!

Ismael is amazing! I felt like I stepped back in time when I saw him come in and actually SERVICE my a/c vs what seems to have become the norm of techs just checking the air flow and maybe putting their gauges on the compressor to check pressures. Ismael was thorough with taking the compressor apart and cleaning the coils. He checked all electrical connections and capacitors too. Inside, he pulled out the blower motor to check it and every single part of the unit. It has been years (since my childhood) since Ive witnessed such great attention to detail. Im hooked, Ismael will get my homes going forward, and business referrals too. It was a pleasure having him make sure our HVAC was ready to go for summer!!
