Once again, our favorite HVAC company, Air Zone Heating and Air Conditioning, Buda, Texas, saved us from a hot sleepless night. Their technician, Danny, tacked us on his schedule at the end of his very long work day. As usual, he arrived smiling, and ready to solve our issue(a faulty valve in our indoor unit).We have had our system maintained by Air Zone since we bought our home in 2020, and we consider ourselves extremely lucky to have had them taking care of us and our aged heat pump that we lovingly call, Frankenstein, since the beginning.Thanks, Alex, for running such a great business and hiring such outstanding employees.Peace

2016 this company installed a new ac unit. I have had this company come out and service. Over the years it seems the customer service has declined. The owner never remembers who we are when we call. We have spent a lot of money and seems they would have the records.

I bought a refurbished condo in March 2023 with a new Goodman furnace and AC unit. The AC unit was drawing too many amps, tripping the breaker, and needed a hard start kit. I called over a half dozen HVAC companies that are Goodman installers, and Airzone called me immediately. They accommodated my need for a Saturday service call because I travel for work. Jerry, the tech and nephew of the owner, was on time and did the repair quickly. He also helped me file a claim with my home warranty provided. Very satisfied and now have a great family HVAC company.

I came home from the beach last week and both air conditioners in our home were malfunctioning. Alex and his team came to the rescue. One unit was repairable and the other needed to be replaced. Everyone at Air Zone was professional and courteous and they arrived on time. They communicated well, stayed true to their quote and gave us different options on equipment. Its hard to find the right words to explain the feeling in your gut that makes you feel someone is being honest with you and treating you like family, but these guys have got that. Cant say enough how pleased we are. Putting them on the speed dial!

Alex is very knowledgeable and they were able to offer me a same day appointment to replace my condenser.

We are residential property mangers with about 200 homes under management. Alex, his techs and office staff are always prompt and friendly. We have competed their prices against several HVAC companies and found Air Zone to be literally thousands less than those companies for installation of new HVAC systems. Air Zone is our go to HVAC company!

We were having AC issues and Airzone sent Scott out super fast. He was knowledgeable and fixed our issue super fast. We have used Airzone for some time now and will continue to do so!

We just rented a new home and the management company contracted this company to come take a look at our ac. And someone came over for 2 1/2 hours and the ac still doesnt work.

They took the whole AC unit out. And put it back in with a new coil. My goodness. Nice job. AC working great. Thanks!
