Wouldnt sell me a AC filter housing because Im not a certified AC technician. Had to drive to San Marcos to a different ac supply store where I was told you, you dont need a license to buy this part.

I should have read the reviews before trying to call as it was a waste. In a time like this I try and by from small brick and mortar stores but these guys won’t even sell a tiny mini split capacitor to me as a home owner. I would understand buying refrigerant or trying to buy an evaporator coil or condenser but not a 10.00 capacitor.Thank goodness everything can be bought online so the Amazon giant got business today and will be here tomorrow.When one of our 25 rental properties have ac issues, the online hvac stores will continue to get my business as well.
You’re a customer one day then refused service the next. During this time in our economy, Aces want to pick and choose when they want to sell to you. I guess my company’s money is just an exception until Aces decides they need it. Horrible business practice. Rude and not helpful staff. Dont call or drive out of your way to the store if youre not holding a Texas HVAC license .
After performing a close relationship with Trane for 30 years I decided to switch to Aces Supply servicing and installing American Standard. Performing business with a company over 30 years you are set in your ways of how service and product should react. In the short time I have spent with Aces I have found the family atmosthere as well the customer service has been an expectation way above my thoughts of how a business should be conducted. Thank you Aces for making my business more professional. On a better note my wife is much happier since the transfer.

As many have said, HORRIBLE customer service! Jacob makes things more difficult than they need to be too. We go to north store, unfortunate we cant have that same customer service local to us!
