Andres Flores ( Mend Plumber ) and Brandon Meets ( Mend Electrician ) repaired my hot water heater issue. They were very professional and friendly and obviously very qualified at their respective jobs.They arrived on time and diagnosed the situation. Discovering that it was an electrical issue, Andres still stayed on until my heater was up and working again. I appreciated his diligence and Brandon’s expertise in dealing with the issue.They got the job done in good time and with good attitudes.I highly recommend Mend Services for home repairs.

I hired MEND Services this fall for electrical and plumbing work during a kitchen and bathroom remodel, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! The team was professional and knowledgeable. They handled everything from rewiring light fixtures, moving receptacles to finding the cause of our leak (why we had to remodel!) and installing new plumbing with great care and attention to detail. They kept me informed throughout the process and were always happy to answer my questions. One of our under-cabinet lights recently went out and they came out to service it within 48 hours of us notifying them of the issue. I highly recommend MEND Services for any services they provide!

Buyer beware, they play the game of come out, hit them with a ridiculous price quote ($875) to install two new outlets. No new wiring, no new breakers, literally on the backside of the wall from another outlet. I had the work done by someone else for $235 and they did a great job. I would never recommend Mend services. I feel for the number of people they take advantage of who probably just dont know any better.

Mend services can not be beat. One of the most fair companies i ever delta with for any need. I had a plumbing issue and I had the problem located after I had already made the appointment. Davis Hill was also one of the most professional and friendly service techs i ever delta with. I asked him if he might give me a tip or 2 to fix it myself. He took a few minutes and did that for me. You can not do better Davis and Mend.Thank you Davis and Mend Services.

Mend Services replaced two kitchen faucets in my home, they did a great job. Davis was at my house in Lakeway promptly at the start time they provided me and did a thorough plumbing flood inspection of my home. I had a flood several years ago from a bad tube so this was greatly appreciated. While doing the inspection he fixed a running toilet I had forgotten to tell him about which saved us from having another plumbing visit. Thank you Davis!

We had a plumbing / back up issue with our upstairs drains. We called Mend Services in the evening and they sent out Technician Andres Flores out the very next day. Andres was curtious when he arrived and assest our situation and just like that our problems were solved . I want to thank Mend for being prompt and the tech for doing a great job. I would recommend Mend Services for any home issues.

I have used Mend twice: install electrical for a hot tub and also to fix and on going HVAC issue. I own a short term rental, so having great service people in the different trades is very important. After having two HVAC companies who only temporarily solved the issue, Mend was able to find the root of the problem and now it is heating and cooling as it should. I just recently joined the membership as well!

Joe was the consummate professional when he came out to look at my HVAC system. He was very thorough and explained everything in an easy to understand manner. It was refreshing based on my experience with other companies in the area. I’m looking forward to knocking out the to-do list.

I had a leak in the slab, Mend came out and gave me the run down on paths forward. Khalil ran pec throughout the house and disabled the copper in the slab, solving my problem. Khalil was very attentive to detail and honestly treated the house and property like it was his own. He also came out at a later date to run a water line outside and even made an extra trip to Home Depot to make sure he had all the parts to do the job right. I highly recommend Mend and Khalil for their plumbing expertise.

Mend always comes through for me whenever I need electrical work! No matter the size of the job they are fair with their prices and the quality of their work is excellent. Started using mend services to do regular HVAC checks up this year. Today was their second visit. Naser was friendly and efficient in checking our system. During their first visit Jeremy fixed some issues with the original HVAC installation (not by mend) and tuned the system, improving noticeably how it runs.

Nick from Mend Services came out to install several new electrical outlets, three way switches and dimmers. He also changed out some old outlets for new USB outlets. He did a super great job and cleaned up thoroughly after he was done. We highly recommend Nick and Mend Services.

Nazar——-did a fabulous job checking my heater today. He explained the process & answered all my questions. He also shared the tip about using white vinegar in the condensation pipe! I highly recommend him!

As a former employee, who left on good terms, I’d strongly advise anyone seeking employment or hiring a home services company to look elsewhere. After giving and working my 2 week notice, they decided to steal most my final commission check. This is after they didn’t give me any of it and I had to inquire about it. I’m now being forced to report them to the TWC to try to recoup my earnings. If this is how they treat their former employees who left on good terms, imagine how they’d treat you.

Mend Services are a reliable, communicative, efficient, reasonable, fair contractor. We used them to renovate a marble bathroom and bedroom. Their quote was significantly less than comparable GCs that were approved to work in our building and they started on the date we requested and finished early. Each time one of their people was going to arrive, we would get a text with their name and approximate arrival time. The Project Manager, Darrel Sullivan, was outstanding. He was highly communicative, thought of every possible downside and planned for it, organized everything to suit our needs and timing - and in the end, cleaned the bathroom and bedroom top to bottom himself when they finished (because theyre struggling like so many other businesses right now to hire). We are beyond impressed with every person we met from Mend and more importantly with the quality of their work.

But I would still have to pay the after hours rate. I will be calling someone else on Monday morning.

When PEC came to install a new meter at Homespun Kitchen and Bar, and something went wrong, Daniel Hopkins and Charles Boyd from Mend Services came to our rescue in the wee hours of the morning to diagnose the issue. They promised to be back first thing in the morning once they were able to source the part for repair so that PEC could finish the meter install and get the power back on! They truly saved the day so the restaurant could get back open and functioning quickly! EXCEPTIONAL AND PROFESSIONAL SERVICE! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Mend Services, lead by Chris McIvor, did a great job in pre-construction, by bidding & then revising several times, at my direction, until we were both satisfied & on the same page. They just completed the install of the underground on our complicated 10,000 sf Wildcat Hollow project. Filipe & crew did the work in a courteous & dedicated manner with ample support from Chris. They took the proper care in bedding in the pvc drain lines using sand, which isn’t the norm. When we doublechecked the stub up locations they all were within the future walls as needed.We also used them on an earlier project to swap out some defective RPZs, along with some odds & ends. They were so organized, efficient & timely, that we decided to give them a chance to do a much larger project, which they priced competitively.

I recently purchased a dishwasher from Home Depot that their 3rd party installers deemed un-installable due to an accessory hose that connected it to the sink.I was referred to Mend by our realtor, Ward Realty Group, and they came through. Alyssa was able to get a quote out based on photos I sent her via SMS. She was able to beat any competitors in price, and had a technician to our house the next day for install and hauled away our old unit. Rey was our Technician and he did an incredible job while also walking me through the process and answering any questions I had.I will definitely be using Mend for any future services I have!

Danny installed my instahot in the kitchen and encountered a few speed bumps along the way. He had to run out to get a new custom part that was not in the install kit. He was professional, courteous, and competent. Not my first job with MEND, but my first plumbing job with them. Always great service.

Herman was very polite and took time to explain everything. He thoroughly checked my AC unit. I especially appreciate the on time arrival with text message reminders and notifications. They were able to schedule me quickly and did as promised. The AC check up may have saved me $1000 to replace the entire unit because he tested my capacitor and found out its starting to go out from age. Better to get checked out now for $90 than end up without AC later and alot of money later.

I recently signed up for a home service plan through Mend Services, and they came out yesterday to do a full plumbing and a/c inspection. In a time where it can be difficult to find reliable and trustworthy tradesmen, these guys knocked it out of the park! From scheduling to service to follow-up, they were professional, timely, and honest. With my house starting to show it’s age, I’m feeling much more at ease with its efficiencies, especially as the temps continue to climb.

Mend is a first class company, great service, fair prices, and a great local company. Highly recommend using them for your plumbing or HVAC needs.

Naser is amazing, kind and passionate about his job, hard to find these days.

Updated Review:August 2023:Management was very responsive to my Initial complaint and personally called me the discuss. They were quite humble about how the ball was dropped and asked if there was any way they could mend the relationship. I believe in 2nd chances and at the time of the call there was another plumbing related opportunity and they came through - service was outstanding. The plumber was knowledgeable, honest, respectful of my home, and very humble. He was a great steward for Mend Services. I was very impressed.July 2023:Shortly before July 27, 2023 I went online to the Mend Services and asked for a quote for installing 3 new toilets. On July 27, 2023, a plumbing manager came out to look at the situation and give me a quote.Situation: I had removed all the tile and carpet in my home and wanted concrete floors. I had already pulled out the old toilets and had the new toilets, was rings, and water lines ready to install.The plumbing manager came out on July 27, 2023 and said the flanges were too high to re-seat the toilets. They were now too high because of the tile being removed in the bathrooms.That made sense and so it was the next part that blew me away. He told me that the only way to fix the situation to re-seat the toilets was to cut 12x12 square holes around the toilet piping where I had lead piping to remove the flange.I said “what” - I was overwhelmed. Never did I anticipate after sealing my concrete that I would have to then cut 12 x 12 holes in each bathroom.I asked him if that was the only situation and he said yes. That he does this all the time. In fact he repeatedly told me that “if this was his mother’s house” this is what he would do. He would have to contact his concrete guy and get a quote and then they would put new concrete and level out the floor again; the concrete would be a Home Depot whitish color so I needed to be prepared for that mismatch - or I could get with the concrete floor people again and have them find a better concrete solution.He would get back with me as soon as he got the quote from the concrete guy.1. He never called me back.2. I had 2 other plumbers come out and they both said no problem with the flange. They would cut the flange and get a flat one and the re-soder the lead. I went with the guy used most in my neighborhood. The job was done in just a few hours for all three toilets. So I feel that the manager either didn’t know what he was talking about and this project was way over his head and wouldn’t admit to it so he just opted to suggest destroying my property because that is what he would do if it was his mom’s house.3. Maybe he didn’t want to do the job because he didn’t know what to do - but he never called back and gave bad advice.

Danny Salazar has now serviced my restaurant twice and I am 110% pleased with his service. He’s so nice and has endless knowledge. I appreciate the fact he is always willing to talk me through how everything works. He always goes the extra mile by double checking everything once he is done. Great company with great employees!

Chris and his team were very professional and courteous and did a great job installing and updating our water heater and components. Mend Services overall was extremely fair priced and their customer service was responsive and easy to work with. I will be using them again for home services as they come up and would definitely recommend them.

Richard, the electrician came out and did a great job of trenching, running the conduit, wiring up and putting our hot tub o to operation. He was were courteous and respectful. The job was completed in a very to timely manner. I would surely recommend Mend services and Richard for any electrical and plumbing work.

We moved into our house during a hot weekend and the AC was not working. I called that afternoon and Rob from Mend came out that same evening and worked late to diagnose and try to fix. After needing to get a part overnight, he returned the next day and within no time our AC was humming! Their text messaging system is very convenient and they were highly communicative. These guys know what it means to provide a quality service and Rob went out of his way to make sure our family stayed cool. Thank you!

Zayn from med services did a very good job on fixing our breakers.

We have worked with Mend for several projects over the last 2-3 years. We have a very old house that has gone through several iterations of improvement over multiple decades. We started with Matt, but now work with Chris and Cord on our electric upgrades and they are excellent as well. Their pricing is very fair and they are happy to work with you and talk through your options. They give you a range of options, but I have not felt upsold. Once we had something not perfect and they come back the next day to fix it. It has always been our houses fault, not theirs. Great team.

Secoya R. from the electrical team provided excellent service; tackling each item with the positivity of a craftsman who sees their labor as a reflection of the qualities they stand for. Secoya addressed issues with the main breaker, panel breakers, outlets, switches, and fixtures in a timely and thoughtful manner. Professionalism and leadership abilities. The future is bright for this young electrician!

MENDs Plumbing department has been fantastic to work with! As a project manager for a GC, we deal with a variety of project sizes. From a small bathroom to entire home remodel and we couldnt have asked for a better crew to work along side with! Chris, Sandi, and Matt are always so helpful! As a team, they work efficiently to help us get through our projects and over come any challenges we may face with such professionalism and ease! Mend did a complete renovation of our cottage including new kitchen cabinets and appliances, lighting fixtures and new floors throughout. It transformed the space. Sol and the team at Mend did a beautiful job installing a Western double patio door and building us a deck. It really transformed our living area and we were very happy with their work. They gave us thoughtful advice on the product selection and installation, the service was great, and the the installation team was fantastic. The job was done quickly and to a very high standard. All in all a reliable and high quality team. We will use them again!

I cannot recommend these guys enough. Billy, Brian, Baldemar, Chris, Kelvin, Abel - Im sorry, there were definitely more - but everyone that came into my house was polite, professional, and went out of their way to be kind and helpful.I had one of the smaller projects for Mend, but the project manager, Billy, always made me feel like a priority. He never made assumptions on what I might like when there were decisions to be made, but also made me feel like I had options and could trust his professional opinion. When things got weird - which, my house is a 70s ranch that doesnt have a straight wall to be found, so, things happened - they always figured it out and made it right.I am so happy with my new bathrooms and highly recommend Mend to anyone looking for quality work and good people.

Absolutely recommend this company. They went out of their way to fix my ac unit in the middle of summer. They even went as far as to send an amazing tech Herman out of their service area to get things up and running for my kids and myself in 105 degree weather. If you have hvac needs call them immediately.

We had a chronic rotten stench coming from our bathroom. Gave Mend Services a call and they came out the next day. Seth Alsobrooks came out and put his skill and knowledge to work. He didn’t give up until he found a solution for us. He communicated the issues to both the master plumber, Chris Mclvor, and to us, home owners, clearly and came out prepared with the right equipment to get the job done. We really appreciate the efficiency and quality of work. I will be recommending Mend to everyone I know!!

Had a leaking pipe in the attic and the tech found it quickly, repaired it, showed me the problem on his tablet and showed me what the cause of the problem was, and discussed the needed repairs to me very effectively. These guys were awesome! We had called 3 other HVAC companies to come in and look at why our bedroom was not cooling. We heard everything from we need air balancing, to an animal likely got up there and tore a duct, to its just too hot right now to go look...Rob and Devin from Mend came out, went in all 3 attic spaces we have, and determined that issue was that a duct had failed to get hooked up when we had our units replaced 2 years ago by Precision...Ill be complaining to Precision. I went ahead and signed up for a maintenance plan with Mend. I wish there were more companies out there like this.

We had several pipes burst due to the crazy Texas winter. Jason Lomas and crew did an fantastic job with our repairs. They were on time and prepared to complete the job. The pipe ruptures were in very inconvenient corners of our attic. Not only did they repair the damage they also made improvements like shut off valves and insulation to the inconvenient areas to ensure we never have that problem again. Very professional. Very clean. Very reasonable. I highly recommend Mend services and Jason Lomas is now our go to plumber.

Repair on tub leak.I bought the parts.Was effectively charged $210 per hour for labor.He kept pushing for things that ate up a little more time. Felt like we basically had the problem solved in an hour then He hung around re caulking a part and “checking for leaks” for another hour.They give a two hour window between service calls and it felt like he did what he could to fill it.Overall the work was performed well. The time management felt a little like a grift that justified the $420 dollar charge for changing a leaking faucet on a tub, not counting parts.

So greatly appreciated all of Mend services plumbers. We’ve had them out for multiple different issues and they have been excellent every time!

Rob is extremely professional and knowledgeable. He and his crew were able to identify the problems that we had with the A/C unit right away. Rob explained what the problems were and promptly got the unit working. We appreciate his professionalism and his patience.

Our quick dimmer switch-out job got more complicated than expected, and Chris really went the extra mile. He researched the issue, bought new bulbs and switches to figure out the best (and least expensive) solution, and found a great resolution. So grateful for his expertise and persistence!

Danny is awesome. Came out. Found the leak and was super helpful explaining everything. I learned a lot and they fixed everything.

Mend Services installed 15 Marvin windows for us. We worked with Jeff (Project mgr), Donald (Foreman), Danny, and Mike (Installers). Despite a long COVID-19 induced delay, the project was a big success. Jeff worked with us on very detailed specs for the windows and everything showed up exactly as ordered. The fit was also spot-on in all cases. There was surgical demolition required, some at elevation, and the crew did a fantastic job of avoiding damage to the surrounding stonework. Donald studied each window type carefully to ensure that proper sealing was done during the install. All the windows were laser-aligned and spaced perfectly for the interior casing work to proceed without pain. The project started and finished on schedule. All-in-all a fantastic crew to work with. Highly recommend Mend Services.

Came to check out a poolbreaker box. Found out it needed to be replaced, gave me an estimate and said we’d have to schedule that later bc of the time schedule.He could tell I was disappointed it couldn’t be same day so he called me after he left & told his office to make time for my issue to be taken car of today! They were able to move these around to help out a stressed out property manager with 17 million things going on!Thank you 😊

I am very pleased with the customer service MEND gave me and my husband. We had one of their guys come to tweak our back door as it was making a terrible creak that was driving us crazy! The first guy worked on the door diligently for a few hours but didnt solve the issue (turns out we needed to order new hinges). I followed up with the MEND team, and Jeff and Toby scheduled to come out to replace the hinges and look at another door that needed tweaking free of charge. All the guys who came to work on the doors were very nice and professional. I will call them to set up more handyman work in the future!

Our house has a second story deck with posts that were rotting and needed replacing. This was a tricky project and many people I called walked away without even making a bid due to some of the challenges. Steve and Alex gave me a bid that was competitive. The work they performed was very thorough and very well done. I will definitely call Mend in the future for projects around the house.

Well run outfit. Everyone in point startting with Dispatch, Master Plumbers and Apprentaces work hard and stay on task. Pricing was fair and our job was completed on time. In a time when almost everything seems average at best, these guys were exceptional. Highly suggest you give them a shot at earning your business.

Electrician Scott Martin was great. He solved my problem in a timely fashion. He was on time courteous and a great communicator.

Tried to get a quote for an EV charger. Person came out to look at the job on Thursday morning. Said he would send the quote. Never got anything. I contacted them about it Friday morning. Was promised Id get the quote by end of day. Nothing. Called Monday morning. Promised again someone would call me. Never heard from them. I called ABC Home and Commercial services. I have an appointment tomorrow with installation this week. Very disappointed in Mend Services. I wasted so much time on them. Very unprofessional.

Deeply disappointed. We are 12 months+ into a 4-month project (single room home addition) that is not yet complete. We had bumps along the way, like any project - but the bumps worth mentioning include; a premium fee for a project manager (that we had to manage and who was ultimately let go); errors in billing resulting a more than 10% overage on billing that we caught (sloppy accounting practices? ); poor finish-out quality (we were told we didnt get the A team.)To this date we still have major outstanding issues with door installation (one door pulling away from the frame, causing inability to close doors properly), floor installation (rippling of boards, some blisters), and HVAC (water leaking) installation. Unfortunately, Mend - has been unwilling to acknowledge their fault, rather claim they are working as quickly as possible (one year later) to address issues and make it right by the customer. I cannot in good conscience recommend Mend.

I used Mend and could not be more thrilled that I did. Rob fixed my mini split in minutes. I could not be more pleased! Thank you to Mend and many many thanks to Rob!
