Reached out to Entech as they were an preferred provider of security services for an office move our company just went through. It took over a month from first contact to get a representative to provide us with a quote. The quote stated parts should take three weeks to arrive and installation would be scheduled immediately there after. Its been 2.5 months since we engaged them on this project and the system has not been installed nor have they been proactive in providing us any updates along the way. I cannot recommend using them for anything if this is the way they deal with their customers.

They care more about making a $ then the health of the employees and the people they may or may not come in contact with. Lack of organization and proper management
