I cant say enough good things about this company and Jose! They are truly the best out there--Ive used several in town and nobody has met the same standards that they have. Its clear they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in their work. They are fair priced, quick and responsive, honest (hard to find in this industry sometimes) and are very knowledgeable. If youre looking for top-notch service, this is the company to call. I will only use them for my HVAC needs.

Precision Air answered my distress call to repair my a/c the same day I called. Their technician made the repairs and explained to me the issues and causes. They arrived on time and were efficient. I appreciate the great work at a reasonable price.

We have a unit giving us trouble. Tech always works efficiently and with joy. They are knowledgeable and their extensive experience shows. The gal in the office is super friendly and helpful too. Hands down will use them again.

Similar to other negative reviews on here, I had a negative experience when Fidelity and Brazos Valley Precision Heating and Air (BVPHA) collided. In short, they replaced an evaporator in my system. It never really was able to keep up with first the Texas summer and they came out once to service it the first summer. The next summer, we called them back. They found a leak in the evaporator they installed and said that since its over a year old they wont warranty the labor to the tune of thousands of dollars.The long-story is that (according to BVPHA) Fidelity ordered the part and by the time that BVPHA installed it (due to delays with Fidelity), it was December. BVPHA came back in the Spring/Summer when it wasnt keeping up with the hot days and said that they needed to top off the system because it was initially charged in the winter. We limped along that summer, but still werent happy with the cooling. I waiting until the next spring to call them back. Technically this was about a year and a half... but it was only one summer and there was a history of poor performance since installation. BVPHA also said Fidelity ordered poor quality parts so in their opinion Fidelity should pay for the repair. Of course, I still dont have Fidelity insurance because its a scam. I only had it because it came with the house purchase. So now Im out thousands of dollars because BVPHA installed sub-par parts (supposedly provided by a scam home-warranty company) in my AC and/or didnt properly check for leaks during installation.

Same Day Service! Found the issue , the part was available & fixed within an hour of their arrival! Great Company!

Jose did a fantastic job and was very thorough! He is outstanding. He explained everything he did and was extremely polite and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Brazos Valley!

Ive used this company for 10 years for all maintenance on my heating/air conditioning system. They are always on time (in fact, usually early). They complete the job in a timely and professional manner. Their rates are very good. I wouldnt use any other company.

Our annual service for Heating and Air Conditioning was good. Joaquin was our service person and he was timely, efficient, and answered any questions we had for him. Cant beat good customer service !!!

This company has great technicians. I trust them to work on my home and rental property.

After using many local repair companies this is my new go to. They care about their customers, will come same day do you don’t have to be without AC overnight. When they couldn’t fix it they brought us potable AC units. That is just one example of the many ways this company goes above and beyond. Also very professional, honest and trustworthy. I can’t remember a time I’ve liked a company this much.

They do not make recommendations for work unless it is actually needed.The owner has even worked on our AC units in the past. He is kind and professional. You can tell his professionalism has rubbed off on his employees.These folks care about their customers.

Contracted with Fidelity National Home Warranty (thats another joke) after purchasing our home. Seems most real estate agents push this company on you, dont offer any other options. Our AC went down on 07/12 we contacted the warranty company who stated we would be contacted by the AC company, never heard from them, called them 3 times left detailed messages and never received a call back. Contacted the warranty company on 07/14 and they kept me on hold while calling the AC company and they answered the phone for them advising we would be contacted within the hour ... its now 07/18 and we still have not heard from them. We have another home warranty with FNHW in California and have the same issue with their contracted vendors. Seems they are overwhelmed with work and cant keep up with clients filing claims through the warranty company. Buyer beware.

The guys came right out on schedule, got right to it once filled in on more details. Have to get the part in but all in all they did an amazing job and it is so appreciated for the quick response and the quality of professionalism.

Non-responsive. Been without AC in this Texas heat since Thursday. Service company assign our work order to them and they will not respond (trying to get the service company to reassign but they said they can’t until this group responds since they came out on Friday and did not provide any report)— the children and dog has been overheating. They claim they are 24 hours and take emergency calls but it’s obvious they do not and I am not sure what they consider an emergency?

We have used Brazos Valley Precision Heating & Air for several years because they are very professional, extremely courteous, and they are prompt in taking care of the customer’s needs. We highly recommend their service.

If i could give these folks 100 stars I would! They truly care! So rare to find people like these that genuinely care about you and your family. Julio and his helper(so sorry i cant remember your name. Will update when i get it) came out and saw us sitting in the a/c in our van in the front driveway and immediatly set out to get us back in the house with a working a/c. They diagnosed the problem in about 2 mins (fried fan motor😂) went and got what we needed in about 15 mins. When they got back the gentelman with julio gave my children in the car cold water bottles and gummy worms! This was huge for us because the kids were stuck in the car and this brought them some happiness for a bit! In about 30 mins they had us with a working a/c and a cooling down house. They also let me watch the process and learn a little here and there. SERIOUSLY if you care about your money and want to have true professionals with a family feel contact these people. We are not rich and the pricing was fair for the work performed. Also Amy in the office was amazing, she put me at ease immediately with the invoice billing and her thorough explanation on how the process was going to work. BTW I was not paid or anything for this review. I just think people should know when a business is honest and really cares!

AC still does not cool the house in the middle of the day.After 2 weeks, 3 visits and thousands of dollars my system is no different than from when I first called.
