I went to get a parts . For Manitowoc the person attending me service good. Is another guy named Fernando. The guys send him to training for customer service .I ask a question and ignored me. May his thing the world is on his shoes. Sorry for him

This company saved my bacon! Hottest day of the year and BOTH my AC units died. I just needed a capacitor, they sold me a capacitor. I also bought a hard start kit. At least one of my units is working now!Fan motor is seized on my other unit - nothing I can do about that.I see other reviews how they wont sell to homeowners. Ultimately its at their discretion. I imagine if you show up sounding like youre going to kill yourself with a capacitor, theyre not going to sell to you. Replacing one is easy work, but you need to show you did your homework (killing the power, discharging safely, knowing the values you need, etc).

@charlie golff take your business elsewhere then. companies have the right to refuse service for any reason and it just so happens that for your sake so you dont accidentally kill yourself these hvac distributors will (mostly) only sell to contractors, because if you end up accidentally hurting yourself because you dont know what you are doing you or your spouse could end up suing the company.baker bryan is on top of their stuff. unlike some other branches in the centex area

Per the recommendation of another group, I drove across town to pick up a capacitor, only to be told they do NOT sell to homeowners. Dont waste the trip.

As a customer, if I call a business to check the availability of a back-ordered part the last thing I expect to hear is, We wont give you that information. We only speak to technicians. Really? No thanks. Ill take my business elsewhere.
