I had a pipe break a few weeks ago, during the freeze, causing water in the utility room. Servpro came the afternoon I called them. Austin was polite, efficient and very professional during all of his visits. He answered all my questions and followed up with me even after all the equipment was removed. I would definitely recommend and use this company in the future.

I thought I could trust Servpro. They packed out everything in my house and two Connex‘s. They broke stuff. I have items missing. It was nothing but a big mess. They’re mold that they supposedly killed was back in less than two weeks. They’re demolition. They only took out half of the sheet rock on the walls at the top not the bottom or the water was. I was very disappointed and it was one heck of a bill.

I could not have found a better company to restore my home. Servpro was excellent. They provided me with excellent service and kept me informed every step of the way throughout the process. I would highly recommend them.

We worked with Sara at Servpro for a mold remediation on one of our clients rent houses. They came quickly and gave us a very detailed quote. Very easy to work with and very knowledge. Highly recommend

Had a HW heater rupture. Called these guys. Crew was responsive and guys were polite and professional BUT you can tell that they have no clue when dealing with a pier and beam wood floor. They didn’t set their saw depth and ended up cutting deep into my 2x6 subfloor when removing the top deck. This has weakened my floor in several places and the only saving factor is that it’s not high traffic areas. There is no way to replace the damaged area that they inflicted. When I asked the site foreman about contractors, he stated they had their own. Told him I would do the repairs and plumbing myself at which seemed like he didn’t like that reply. The crew were good guys BUT they are inexperienced and cause structural damage and didn’t pay attention to detail….not worth the cost I had to pay.

ServPro went above and beyond for us! Especially in the restoration process, Charlie was so kind and so helpful in how he thought through our situation and talked with us about it. Very grateful!

We hired SERVPRO to do a full, and intensive Duct/HVAC Cleaning at our facility. The employees were on time each day and worked steadily to get the job done. What was especially impressive was that every employee had a specific job, and every employee did their job to the best of their ability. No one sat around, and if their particular part of the job was complete, they helped the others. Each day when they arrived, the lead person explained exactly what they were going to do that day, and answered any questions that we had. At the end of the day, he gave us an update on how everything went that day. They were all very professional, courteous and they cleaned up after themselves as they went along. They came, they did the job they were hired to do (a very extensive job at that), they cleaned up, and they left. You would never even know they were here, except for the fact that they left each area of the facility in which they worked, much cleaner than when the arrived. And, the air in our facility smells clean and fresh.The office staff was very helpful, knowledgeable, thorough and courteous as well. Thank you SERVPRO!!!

Our home flooded due to a faulty toilet part. Servpro college station came out on Sunday and within 2 hours they had the water out and 42 fans running to dry it out. Austin and Jake did a great job on the water cleanup Charlie Ham was awesome to take over the repair end of it. He always took my calls and text promptly. He cared so much about the repairs and gave great advice. Our contractor was Judd Allen and he also rose above expectations. All of his subcontractors for each detail also did a fabulous job. Ross and Mike on the floor install were great, our painters were also very good. The final cleaning detail ladies were beyond belief to clean up all the dust created via the tear outs , sheetrock, and refloor job. Servpro also was recommended by our insurance adjuster via he had worked with them on other post property tragedy and they had done a great job. To me that was a great recommendation. I highly recommend them for all forms of property tragedy they did a fabulous job. Thanks especially to Charlie and Judd!! The world needs more men like both of you.

We could not have done this without their help. They were meticulous as the boxed and loaded all our belongings in preparation for the remodel due to water damage. Afterwards, they did not leave until every box was unloaded and picture hung. Took all trash and boxes!! They made a very hard situation much easier. Don’t hesitate to call Servpro!!

SERVPRO was an amazing company that we had the pleasure of working with. Their staff is so incredibly considerate and so detail-oriented. Are home burnt down last year and SERVPRO was there for every step of the way. They were patient to my many questions and went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy and very well taken care of.

Technicians were quick and were very informational. They worked around my schedule and made sure I was taken care of. I had a couple questions regarding the process and the office staff was very helpful and professional. They were patient and walked it all through with me.

I would highly recommend Servpro Brazos Valley to anyone anywhere. I have had to use them on 2 different occasions only to have my expectations exceeded each time. When you need Servpro it is generally not a good time (our A/C broke and flooded our home) But one call to them put me completely at ease. They were there within an hour! Fast, Friendly, Professional, and literally no trace of anything when the left!! I was and have always been amazed by their professionalism. I felt they went above and beyond for me and my emergency, which only makes me believe they do this for everyone. The team that came in and cleaned the HVAC system was great. Answered all questions, thoroughly explained the process, friendly, took great care to protect surfaces and furniture, left my home with a clean pick-up when finished. Very pleased with the overall process and service. Office staff very responsive as well. Would use Servpro again in the future and would highly recommend for HVAC cleaning to others.

This Servpro crew is the best! We have had 2 incidents that they took care of for us, and both times we had nothing but the best service... quick response, they got everything cleaned and packed, and were professional and super courteous. Living in Bryan/College Station and serving on city council, has me out in the community a lot. I have heard stories of ServePro of the Brazos Valley repeatedly. They are run by local Aggies, have the tools to tackle large and small jobs, have a warehouse to store items for clients, work with a ton of experience, and run an ethical operation. In particular, Austin and Burt were so great to deal with, when my father’s home had water damage. They had him taken care of so fast, and the job was done thoroughly. I recommend them often.

Weve had the sad occasion to use ServPro several times. Each time they became champions in our cause. They changed a bad situation into a workable solution. Their response has been quick and efficient. Their personnel are well informed and polite. They have the skills to understand people in stressful situations may need a little time to think things through. They are patient and professional. In each situation they have made us feel better.

This company was rude and unprofessional. I would NEVER use this company. They complained numerous times saying there was no reason for them to be here. I had 2 busted pipes. My insurance adjuster required us to make sure there was no moisture left. I thought this company checked for moisture and used equipment to dry things out. So, their job is to check for moisture. They shouldnt complain. We used Blackhill Restoration from College Station first. But, our adjuster wanted us to use Servpro. I will definitely use Blackhill in the future. I refuse to use Servpro.

After experiencing flooding in my home, I called Servpro. They arrived when they said they would, but offered no estimate of work to be done before doing the work. Since I’ve never had any vendor not provide an estimate first, I assumed I would receive one. I never did. When a very large bill came in, there was no itemization or otherwise breakdown of charges billed. Because I never received an estimate, I had no idea what they were basing the charges on or how much I could expect the bill to be for the amount of work preformed.I called Servpro to go over the bill. I had a lot of questions since no itemization was provided. They put me through to the manager. He became immediately rude and defensive just for my having questions about the bill. Had I been given an estimated of the work to be done at the beginning, I would never have had to call with questions about what they charge for which service in the first place. Mr. Jerk informed me they only give estimates if the client asks! I have never worked with any service provider that does not automatically provide an estimate of work to be done. It isn’t just common sense. It is one of the most basic levels of customer service that is provided as a matter of good and fair business practices. After a great deal of the manager’s disgruntled attitude, he grudgingly took off $156.00. I didn’t think this was a fair amount compared to how large the bill had been, but once again, the manager couldn’t even tell me what this amount he deducted was based on. It lead me to presume he simply pulled this number out of his ear and had nothing to base it on.I got in touch with one of the owners. She was a great deal more professional and customer service oriented than her manager. She seemed to think that because he has been there for twenty years, that was the answer to why he treated me so badly on the phone. She also stated that her manager took two hundred dollars off the bill. He did not. The simple arithmetic showed he had taken off only $156.00. Not $200.00. The owner told me she would have their person who handles billing call me to go over the bill. Nobody ever did. After all of the paperwork they sent me, I still don’t know why I was billed for the amounts that I was billed for because even when he said he’d send me an estimate, he never did.I would like to have given more stars than one but, the customer service and questionable billing levels were so bad, they eclipsed any of the work actually done.No, I would not recommend to a friend, unless you don’t mind receiving surprisingly high bills with no explanation of the charges and unprofessional attitudes from their manager.

Came home to find floors of 4 rooms (carpet and wood) soaked by faulty A/C drain. Was told by insurance company to call SERVPRO in Bryan. The on-call professional told us the following:-If there isnt 1-2 of standing water its not really an emergency.-That Huntsville was a long way to drive on a Sunday.- Hed see us on Monday morning.Great concern for our home, dont you think. Thanks for understanding the stress of soggy floors, but Bryan Servpro may want to re-word their online ad.Change your ad or live-up to the promised Servpro in Bryan.

Very unprofessional!  Crew members left their lunch trash and water bottles in our yard and home. I even found one of their shirts in my laundry!I have health issues and our home is still full of mold! (And water damage) Would NEVER use or recommend!

They have a great service team who is always ready to answer any questions you have. They made the process easy and quick for me. The ladies in the office we very professional in answering all questions I had. Will be using them again!

Servepro came out of town to help us when our lakehouse flooded the same day we called them and did a fabulous job with our home restoration! We couldn’t be happier with their service.

My experience from servpro was TERRIBLE!! To many people in my house talking instead of working!. And dont get me started of management some of the rudest people you would think being a paying customer id get more respect. I called to get service at my home and the lady who answered the phone wasnt friendly at all & offered no help. Im obviously calling because I need an expert and I dont know what Im doing. I explained that and her response was uh huh. You cant expect to get business with service like that.
