Bryan Dryer Vent & Chimney Cleaning

Called company to get the price for dryer vent cleaner. I explained where the condo was located and t was on the 2nd floor. She said $ 89 for basic cleaning. So, I made the appointment.The technician shows up and starts saying that it will cost much more. Typical bait and switch. Said it would cost $ 500+. He left the dryer running and dirt from the attic onto the floor. Very unprofessional !!

From start to finish this was a horrible experience. I thought by the ad that I was getting a local company that had been in business for a while here locally. Instead the morning the people arrived in a red van, with carpet cleaning out of Houston on the side of the truck I should of realized the work was being outsourced. Calling to ask why there was this truck I was told it was because they are a small firm and don’t have trucks. She never mentioned it was not local. I was being quoted for a/c vent cleaning at $139. Dryer vent at $89 and fireplace chimney at $149. None of those quotes were honored. We were told we were suppose to remove the vents from the ceilings. We have 9 foot ceilings. My partner started removing them while he was cleaning the dryer vent. He fell, hitting his head, and needing 5 staples. He looked inside the fireplace but did nothing. The dryer was suppose to be $89 - he called $200. The a/c vents which had very minimal dust was suppose to be $139. There was some mold on the outside of the unit - he removed with a bottle of pink spray and a rag. He charged me $1313. It left an odor and burning in our nose and throat. When I called the company she offered to have them come out and clean them again. With all of the commotion of my partner hitting his head I declined. I have been in contact with VVV Multiservice out of Houston. He will not answer my texts or phone calls. I have a call into the manager. I want refunded 1/2 of the total bill. I am reporting to the BBB.

Bryan dryer vent and chimney cleaning company , truly did a phenomenal job here at my home. Before i had there services done i could literally not breath in my home when trying to use my chimney and you literally could feel no difference whatever it was that they did, worked for my home completely and using the chimney now in the winter is an exciting thing .
