Mosqueda is the best! Weve used them for 5-years and theyve saved us thousands $$$ because theyve carefully and accurately diagnosed each problem. For example, 5 years ago, when another air conditioner repair company told us we had a freon leak and needed to replace the entire system, Mosqueda spent several hours in our attic (in the August heat) and concluded there was no leak - just low on freon. They only charged us for a basic inspection and the cost of the freon. (The system has worked fine ever since!) Recently, when the outside compressor unit stopped working, the technician (Eloy) spend several hours analyzing the problem. He got the unit working, inspected the entire system, and concluded there was nothing wrong - perhaps an overheated motor that was now working fine. He only charged us for a basic service call! In addition, he wrote down the part number and advised us if the system quits again they would bring out the part to save time and money - a truly great company!

I have never been able to get an appointment scheduled on the first phone call, I am always having to call back. Our builder chose this company for the HVAC work so we were not in control of who did the work & overall the work is very subpar. We are experiencing issues with one side of the home not heating/cooling like the other side of the home. I have had them out multiple times to address this issue & it’s still not fixed. I requested a quote for some additional work the last time they were here on 1/23, I still have not received anything from them (33 days later). Wish I had better things to say but this is the experience I have been given.

Mosqueda saved the day. When another A/C company couldnt figure out why our A/C wasnt working in multiple zones in our home after a new unit was installed, they quoted $975 to replace the zone board in the attic. I wanted a second opinion. Mosqueda came out the next day and adjusted a setting on the same zone board and added freon. $330 and 1 hour of service and the A/C is working great. Cannot thank them enough for the installation in my new home. They ran all the ductwork how I asked and have come out twice since I moved in to make sure the system was running perfectly.

Just bought a house and needed to get some work done on the A/C units so I called Mosqueda and they were quick and did the work fine. They had to come back out and re-wire the units as part of the work that was needed. They did this but then I started having all kinds of problems with it. The unit only worked if I manually turned it on and off. After two more visits a different tech finally figured out that their other tech wired the unit incorrectly because he was color blind! They have a color blind guy working on electrical wires. Even after that I decided to give them one more try because I needed to get the units air balanced. The original crew came out and was up in the attic doing their thing and after they left...the unit no longer works. The owner said that they didnt do anything at all and they would charge me to come out and check it again. If you feel like using these guys, be warned.

Love this company, they installed my ac unit very quickly and effectively last year. Recently had some issues with the unit due to us not being careful of cleanliness around the unit (unknown to us). They came by sooner than expected and fixed the problem asap. I really appreciate this especially because i have small children in the house and they do not like the heat. The two gentlemen that came by were very professional and effective. If you want speed, effectiveness and great pricing, this is the company for you.

The Mosqueda crew responded very quickly when our AC went out this summer. They showed up the same day I called and had the repair scheduled and completed very quickly. We have two AC systems and they evaluated and cleaned the other system at no additional cost. I am a former refrigerant tech and these guys did everything by the book- no cutting corners. They work efficiently and professionally. I will use them again every time!!

Mosqueda installed my two HVAC units 16 years ago and are the only ones I call for seasonal maintenance. They are always a delight from first phone call to the completion of service. They show up when they say and they always send teams that I am happy to have in my home. At the end of each appointment Im happy when they hand me a bill that is fair and my unit is working. Im convinced they are prolonging the life of my units. They are respectful and professional- a perfect business model.

We do an annual service contract for preventative maintenance of heating and air conditioning. When issues arise outside that (like during a heatwave), they are quick to respond and fix the problem. Been a happy customer for years!

I have a number of rentals in College Station and have used Mosqueda for all my repairs and service. They respond fast and are reliable. They have a staff that is trustworthy. I have had them at the condos on many occasions to do work from changing out an AC unit outside to working on the coils and heating inside my addicts without me being there. AAA+ professionalism; highly recommend them to anyone needing HVAC work or repairs. Prices are reasonable!

Had them come out to repair ac fan under warranty cost $350. Fan was replaced but had to return to finish repair after return unit started making noise which required another return unit was not repaired wanted more money and left without finishing repair or complete putting unit back together. Called office to complain and they hung up on me. Poor quality work. I did call you directly and emailed twice. No reply to my emails and hung up on me when I called. Update they never came back to finish the repair and did not honor their warranty instead tried to extort more money from me. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE.

My AC went out on Friday night during a weekend of record heat with a heat advisory. I called Saturday morning and left a message- they called me back within 10-15 minutes with an estimated time of 2-3 hours, Mosqueda Cooling and Heatings Technician called before they came to my home, less then 2 hours after the initial call. The technician was polite, knowledge and above all honest. I was not taken advantage of because it was an emergency call- they looked over my unit, found exactly what was wrong, replaced it and that was it- simple and easy and it didnt cost me an arm and leg even though it was Sat. I will definitely use them in the future.

No hidden fees, no sneaky repair practices, just good people doing a good job. Be careful of the other AC repair shops around BCS, as they arent honest like Mosqueda. This weekend my A/C went out. The Mosqueda team was very responsive and took care of my family by getting the A/C going. They went above and beyond what was required and for that I am thankful.

I have a mini split ac unit in my garage. Two other AC companies advised of needed tests with quotes for diagnostic. Mosqueda sent a technician who diagnosed and fixed the problem within an hour and was very reasonable with fees.

Local retailer here. Call in with repair job order and told that they can schedule us for next day. Next day when no body show up we call agian and was told they cant find work order at all. Rude receptionists did not even offer to make amend to the mistake . What kind of business they are runnning here !!!. Zero star is not available .

Called on a Saturday when my heater was messing up. Ignacio got a technician out in 30 minutes. Excellent service and great people!
