Great people that want to help.

I called them ahead of time and let them know I was on the way. I got there at 5:02 PM. Their hours online state they close at 5:30. Everyone was walking out the door and no one wanted to help me. The alarm was already set.As a business owner I would have never done this to my customers.This is what you call overpromising and underdelivering.

The information was helpful, however, the service was horrendous! The young man at the counter neither greeted us nor did he stand up from the chair that he was literally lounging in. The disrespect shown customers is inexcusable. I will avoid this store with everything that is in me.

Terrible service the young guy on the left when you walk in, doesn’t know the material. He has very poor customer service. Management needs to do something about this guy, he’s gonna keep running customers away. Very sad!

I agree that customer service at this store is horrible. Both guys at the desk seem to be annoyed with customers.
