Our metal pipe, under the kitchen sink was deteriorated, and leaking. We called Thursday afternoon, and they were at our house by lunchtime the next day. The technician, Eric, was very professional, fast, fixed our pipes, and did not leave a mess. We are very pleased with his work, and appreciate Black Plumbing for working us in so quickly.

Wow! These guys at Black plumbing are great! We had an emergency one evening and they were fast to arrive & fix it! We also used them to do maintenance on our air unit before summer arrives. Arrived right on time, very nice, got right to work cleaning everything and fixed a little problem before it became a big problem!Our heat even now works better than it did & like every one else we look forward to it not being winter.

Mickey was a godsend! On our very first night in our new home, we discovered a leak at the meter and were without water overnight. We had to go back and forth with the city to determine whose side the issue was on, and Mickey was incredibly patient throughout the entire process. He stuck around to ensure everything was resolved properly. His dedication and professionalism were outstanding. I highly recommend him and this company for any plumbing needs!

Sent their guys to fix my busted pipes. They left cracked piping further back on the repairs they did. Voids the warranty if theyre cracked so go figure theyd miss said cracks.🤷‍♂️ And then tries to charge me for having to fix their own work.🤦‍♂️ Great job guys.👏🤝 They may have a talent for plumbing but they also have a talent for scamming it seems.

We wanted our heating system checked out before the cold weather hit so we called Black Plumbing. Jeremy was sent to our home and did an exceptionally good job. He took his time to explain everything and made us feel comfortable understanding everything.We have found our new plumbing company, we used another company for almost 30 years.I hope to now use Black Plumbing for the next 30 years.

Jeremy with Black Plumbing came over Dec. 30, 2024 to give us an estimate on our HVAC unit. He took the time to explain the issues to my husband.The same day managed to get our new unit here from Abilene.Get it set up and running the same day. A day earlier than the appointment was even scheduled. Everything is working as it should.We would most definitely say call Black Plumbing for HVAC repair.We will be using them again.

I had a slab leak and had called several plumbers, some didn’t answer, and some were unable to come out. I called Black Plumbing and Eric Youngblood was out within 20 minutes. Told me what he was doing during the entire process to keep me well educated and informed on the issue and the best way to fix it. He was very respectful, listened to my concerns, and took time to clean up and leave the work area looking good.

We had a project to install a water softener and a hot water recycling pump. The team was polite, upfront on their needs to complete the job, and finished within their stated estimated cost and timeframe. Thank you, Black Plumbing!

Eric and Xavier was absolutely awesome at fixing my jobs toilet blockage. They showed up promptly on time, were professional, and got the job done very quickly without having to rip the toilet up to clear the blockage. And they explained the process the whole way to me that way I was fully informed. I definitely recommend black plumbing to anyone needing plumbing done.

Mickey from Black Plumbing came out to repair a waterline leak in our front yard. The break was under the edge of the driveway. Instead of breaking up the cement, he took the time to tunnel to the break and repair it. Mickey is personable, professional and detail oriented. He keeps you informed all throughout the process. He has gained our confidence and highest recommendation.

I called to schedule our winter furnace maintenance, and we got an appointment right away. Jeremy arrived a few minutes early and he was very friendly. We recently moved and our furnace configuration is different than my old house, so I appreciate that Jeremy took the time to share some information with me.

My heater wasnt heating my home properly. Jeremy B came out, took his time in diagnosing the problem and found the issue. Came back the next day with part needed and got my heating system back up and working . I have Jeremy do all my heating and ac work. Wouldnt trust anyone else! Thanks Blacks and Jeremy!!

Black Plumbing comes out when they say they will. I renovated a property I bought and needed to have the plumbing and sewer moved. Eric came out to do the work. Eric did an excellent job. He was very respectful of the property. He cleaned up after himself. I would recommend him and Black Plumbing for any plumbing issues.

We had to replace a gas water heater that was 12 years old. Black Plumbing was there quickly and Tommy and Gary were very professional. The work was neat and timely and they left the area very clean after pulling out the old water heater. Great Service!

Called to get the back flow for my business tested, Justin at black plumbing called me back super fast and was out here the next day, early might I add. He got it tested for me, and paperwork done faster then I expected and got me taken care of. As always black plumbing always gets it done fast and Perfect. will always call them for all my needs.

My heater had stopped working right when we got a cold snap, the house was freezing. I called these guys because they were open 24hrs. They dispatched someone within minutes. Jereny arrived very quickly, he was very professional, prepared, and he explained what he was doing. He solved the problems (yes multiple issues) quickly and got the heater working again and saved us from a very cold night! If I ever have an issue again these guys are the ones I’m calling. Also, they didn’t break the bank.

Nate and Gary helped me tremendously when my toilet tank cracked with this years freeze. They advised me on the replacement toilet I wanted and they would install it promptly as soon as it arrived. Mine would be a special order due to the specifications I was looking for.They were prompt, polite and professional. And, very friendly!

Had water leaking from internal wall near shower. Called Back Plumbing and Matthew & Logan came from Brady to my home near Rochelle. Quickly located the leak in the attic and pex repair completed in short order. Quick response, quick diagnosis and repair, excellent customer service. Highly recommended. Its always two thumbs up for Black Plumbing. But what really makes this company great is their people. I called Justin and he answered the phone which is very rare around here. My leak was slow and not an emergency but Justin got me on their schedule for next day anyway. Nathan, the technician, is knowledgeable and very courteous. He has excellent customer service skills and is a great representative of Black Plumbings quality work and expediency.Thank you again.

I used this company for my plumbing needs. Donnie I believe his name was came early to take care of my issue in my time of need. Black Plumbing (Brownwood Tech 25) was very professional. He explained what he did and gave information ion what I can do to limit the likeliness of having the issue again. I will definitely use them for all of my plumbing needs.

Called them to fix a blockage, they showed up($175) just say there was a blockage and that they needed to dig up the backyard and replace the entire pipe. They came back 3 days later and said that they never did a quote so no work would be done that day. They finally got back to me with a quote and it was around $1,500 to replace the pipe. Called a competitor and had them out there for a second opinion and they were able to fix the blockage for only $125 as well as informed me that if my backyard needed to be dug up then it wouldnt even cost half of what Black quoted me. I went almost a week without plumbing and was charged almost $200 for them to do absolutely nothing. On top of that they left my gate open when they left so my dogs escaped when I let them out. Terrible quality and poor performance. Would never recommend Black Plumbing to anyone!

Black Plumbing did a great job doing some repairs on our plumbing. The tech was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and walked me through every step of the process- showing me each problem and describing all repair options. They were able to come out within 2 days of me calling for a non-emergent situation and the tech arrived at the time he was suppose to- so there was no waiting around for hours on end for someone to arrive. This was my first experience with Black Plumbing but I highly recommend them and will use again in the future.

Matthew has replaced a leaking pipe, installed a vent, and helped me repair a toilet and shower. He is super responsive, knowledgeable, and professional. Plus he always has a can-do attitude regardless of the problem! I highly recommend Matthew and Black Plumbing!!

If you’re looking for dedicated diligent workers look no further. It’s like these guys don’t experience fatigue! I watched them saw cut and dig out a 230 foot long and four feet wide trench by hand to replace our entire sewer line like it was nothing! Not only are do they have a hard working crew, they’re also friendly and down right hilarious! I myself will never use another company again; black plumbing is where it’s at!

Black Plumbing is amazing! I called almost at 5pm on a Saturday with a plumbing emergency they were at my house at 6pm and worked hard until they found the leak, they fixed it and were done within 2 hours, there prices were very reasonable, they were very polite and professional, I really appreciate there fast response to my call! I will use Black plumbing from now on! And will recommend them to anyone needing a plumber!

$291 visit and problem not fixed. Sent me an estimate for $1700 line high pressure clean!! My husband got home and was able to unstop the line himself.

They JUST charged my ELDERLY mother for 3 & 1/2 hours of service. They were here from 9:00am to 11:30am, sat in their truck for 40 minutes and were gone for another 40 minutes. That is NOT 3 & 1/2 hours! They charged my ELDERLY mother $958.35 to repair a leaking coupler at the water meter and for time that they were not even here. Instead of repairing that coupler they installed a valve box and cutoff valve which NO ONE asked them to do and was ABSOLUTELY NOT NECESSARY to fix a leaking coupler. Also, my mother was at work, so she was not even here to contest their charges. This is THEFT of the elderly, charging for a whole hour that they were not even here, not to mention the 40 minutes they sat in their truck and the other 40 that they were gone. Its 12:15pm right now. They would STILL have to be here right this very minute for them to have been here 3 & 1/2 hours. And then they offered my mother a partial refund after she called to discuss what they had changed her and they never refunded her one dime. Ridiculous. Absolutely ridiculous. I would absolutely NEVER recommend this place to ANYONE. They will outright cheat you and lie.

Charged $654 for 1.15 hrs of “evaluations”. No repairs done just confirmed leak and wrote up a quote of $6900 i haven’t been able to see in detail as of yet! No warning of “service fee” . Stated they were high and couldnt get us fixed for another leak but would do it! Hmmm! So I’m out $654 , my family and i still don’t have water! I will never use them again.

My mom was just charged $939.44 to have her electric water heater replaced! According to the invoice they stated it took 4 hours to complete. How does it take 4 hours for 2 people to complete the job?? Google stated on average it take a maximum of 3 hours for the job to be completed. 3 hours maximum!! My mom also stated they were constantly outside standing around and smoking cigarettes for 20 mins at a time. She started going out every 30 mins to check on where they were in the process. She said they finally started working when she constantly kept checking on them. She also said they left 2 times and was gone about 20 minutes both times. How is this professional? How can say they were there when they left twice and wasnt working in anything? She said they conducting professional like practices. They were playing music loudly, smoking and so forth...She will never be using this business ever again!

Mr. Bryant and Mr. Cotton were punctual and professional. Both men were very polite and clear about what what they were doing along the way. The billing was fair and transparent. Overall, I would recommend this company to others, and will use them again myself.

Called to get a free estimate on renewing my whole house plumbing and drains. First, told me estimate was free, but I would have to pay a service charge and travel fee. What? I offer them a possible $12.000 job and they want a travel fee and service charge? Really? Bad business.

Tommy and Gary went above and beyond to make sure they could get what seemed like and impossible clog taken care of ! Thanks Gary and Tommy for all that you do in a timely manner!

We called to have them cap a line that was leaking. the removed an outside hose bib that we did not ask them to remove , they did not ask us , charged $400 to do that , we had them come back to fix the mistake they charged us another $400 to fix their mistake. This is not a professional way of doing business or treating a customer .
