My furnace stopped working in the middle of a severe cold snap. Brownsville Heating & Electric were prompt, meticulous, beneficial, and delightful. My technician, Jalen, was very detailed in his explanations and ensured that I was well-versed with procedures in case I encounter any problems in the future. Cant express my gratitude enough for his excellent service.

Bryan arrived out the same day we called, then checked out the A/C unit and diagnosed the trouble in a few minutes. He gave several options which we are considering.

I called to get service and was forwarded to Angies list who was then going to try to connect me to a provider without the person who answered the phone even advising that he was going to do this.
