Sears Appliance Repair

Usually very good. But it takes an act of God to talk to someone over the phone. I canceled them because they did not cover the freezer side of my combo refrigerator/freezer set after they sold me a policy that they said would. I switched to choice warranty instead.

Omar did a great job of communicating with me and even sent photos to inform me of his explanation of the repair. also, did a great job of repairing the refrigerator.

Did good work was very honest with me. Let me know exactly what was wrong with my machine and if it was fixable

Bad service BEWARE! Arrived at my house to repair my Whirlpool refrigerator and the very first thing the tech. tried to do was to sell me a Home Warranty for $60 a month. I responded that I needed my Fridge. repaired and that he had been our of service for about 2 weeks. He did not say what he was going to do but began working and after about an hour he told me that he found the bad part and that it would cost $609 for the repair and that he would not be able to come back until 4 weeks later. I declined the offer and he made me sign a form saying that I declined the repair estimate. If you decline this you must sign here, and if you change your mind it cost you EVEN MORE he said. Like a used car dealer pressures a customer. I later bought part myself for half the price and had it installed I did not pay $609$.

Sears repairman Rafael was experienced and knowledgeable about the dryer and repaired it on the service visit today. I highly recommend !

Repairman was prompt and on time and quickly diagnosed the problem with my Kenmore Elite washer — he was able to fix it in a matter of minutes and the washer is running again. Very professional and efficient.

Don’t use they service, they will send you a technician out for 2 minutes of work, and give you an estimate that cost 80% of the brand new machine. If you don’t want to repair all you have to do is pay them $119.00 + taxes. The price to repair is not reasonable.

The 2nd repairman actually knew what was wrong. Unfortunately to fix it costs the same as we paid for it 2.5 years ago. My issue with Sears repair is so many texts & emails are totally unnecessary! Waste of yours & my time.

No detection from any problem. I have 30 days to call again if anything happen.

Three technicians were send. And all the had different ideas of what the problem was. The first ordered parts that were not the right ones. Second and third only made some adjustments, and the problem still remains.

Worst communication ever , unable to speak to anyone live on the phone , freedom warranty had to call and cancel the work order for someone to call me , it’s was awful on the phone to sears, I was routed to a promotion , I was disgusted with the text messages and automated voice service to push buttons and the inability to speak to someone .

Marcos was professional, friendly and willing to discuss the issue with me. Heexamined the unit and took care of the issue.

The service has resolved our problem with proper cooling issues. That cooling tower gasket was the problem. Temperature is now 35 degrees.
