I contacted a couple of places to order a part for a washer and they either didn’t have the part available or it would take a few days to arrive. When I called Plata Refrigeration, Adriana was so helpful. I gave her the part number, she confirmed it could be ordered and that it would arrive next day. I paid over the phone and got an email confirmation of my order. On the day it was scheduled to arrive, I got a text message to let me know it was ready for pick up, and a few hours later a call to follow up. I am very pleased with the level of service I received.Thank you for your help!

The repair would cost almost a much as buying a new refrigerator when replacing compressor and recharge Freon so I just bought a new refrigerator

This is a place where you go as a last resort cause the parts are doubled the price than anywhere else and use cash to pay for your poduct or services because credit/debit cards fees are at your expense also

I called this business 3 weeks ago to repair a refrigerator, I based it on the reviews they had, and I totally recommend their services, my refrigerator was not cooling, and that same day I called they went to check it, fortunately it was not a part that was broken, it was something simple, which shows the honesty of its owner. Without a doubt I will call them again.
