They are kind, reasonably priced and professional. Serviced my mothers air conditioner and are known for their great service by people in the area here in Misson.

Our air conditioning stopped working. They had someone out way earlier than expected, had it fixed promptly and replaced our thermostat per our request. The gentleman was very friendly and way easy to talk to. Definitely will use again.

Highly recommend. I called and they were here the next morning. Guys were friendly. I thought the bill was extremely reasonable! Will definitely call again if needed!

So disappointed in this company. We ordered a 4ton air unit & was told that it would take no more than a week... BUSINESS DAY 9 AND NO UNIT. We have called to check on thr status and the secretary was short with me and not friendly. We only use to use their service but this is the 2x they have failed to provide services they told us they would. If you want a reliable service without being run around I would not go to this company. We found another respectful company that delivered a new unit and installed it within 2 business days!!

Punctual and Honest, couldnt be happier. I bought a new unit from them about 4 years ago. It stopped blowing cold air recently and I called them for repair. They were out in 2 days and found it to be the capacitor. I tell you this because my wife was so happy to get AC he could have charged me Anything however the Capacitor was under warranty and it only cost me a Service Call,,,$65,,,fixed in 15 minutes,,, Happy Wife Happy Life,,,Honesty goes a very long way with me and I wont hesitate to call them again if needed.

Extremely professional receiving dept staff.Deliveries are never an issue at this business.

Action Air installed new 3 ton units for us 3 years ago. Great installation, havent had a problem since. They even dug up and corrected the old slab that the condenser was setting on. Plan on using them for the next upgrade.

Bad bad bad bad bad bad bad Customer services after 2 years and still in warranty they want to charge. I have mold in my house and water in the ducts and they said its not there fault. Since day 1 we been having lots of issues with AC units

We are winter Texans and had Action Air do our AC since 2008. They have been very reliable. When we got here to check our property this July found our AC was not working. Called them and they had Robin out that afternoon. Within a few hours we were again a cool house. My thanks to action air and especially Robin who is a great technician and also very pleasant to visit with.

This company should be ashamed of themselves. To treat a customer that bought a new AC/ heat unit from them that within 3 years every part in the unit had stopped working and had to be replaced. Im still having issues with the AC working and have ask for help and support. Just to find out action aire will NO longer service my unit that is still under warranty. Im completely lost for words

Compressor went out after 2 years. Still under warranty, they wanted $1020.00 for labor. After a week without ac in 110 Temps. Ridiculous.

We are very happy with Action Air. They were quick, knowledgeable, and went the extra mile (insulating the line and taping up a duct). We will continue to use them for our a/c regular maintenance. The only draw back is that they came eaelier than originally planned, but that was not a problem for us.

I called after hours one evening. The next day when they opened for business I received a call back. The technician arrived at the agreed upon time and was very congenial. My fix was simple. I would reccommend Robbin and Action Aire.

Action Aire in my opinion is the best service around. They always address our parks and residents needs ASAP. The staff is on it when you need their service and their prices are hard to beat. They always stand by their work. We are glad they are here in the RGV and their consistent quality of work is appreciated. Thank you Action Aire.

I have a shed roof over my 5th wheel. they came out and laying on their side serviced my a\c. they are the best! and reasonable!

My AC fan broke down I paid to get it replaced and they installed the wrong fan. I had to pay extra for a part that got damaged due to the fan they installed. Very bad service!

They used to be good about appointments. Now you dont have a clue when they show up.

They were quick to come out. Got the part fairly fast and fix the problem at a reasonable price.
