During the Christmas holidays, we had an emergent issue with our kitchen faucet. Thankfully, Earl’s Plumbing came out within a few hours to repair and replace the faucet. Excellent service and very professional!

Our experience with Earl’s Plumbing at first was good. From the receptionist to the installers, all were extremely professional and very responsive to our needs. Our water heater was 13 years old and began to leak water profusely. The price they quoted us on the phone to replace it was the price we paid and there were no added or hidden charges. We called them after 3:00 pm and they had a technician at our home within the half hour. The installer technician’s while professional broke the drain pipe and failed to fix it. We contacted Earl’s and they returned the following day and fixed the pipe at no further cost to us. The next day we awoke to the smell of gas in our home. We again contacted Earl’s and they returned and determined there was a gas leak from the gas pipe that they didn’t seal properly. They fixed the leak at no further charge to us. The following day we again awoke to the smell of gas, contacted Earl’s, they returned and found another gas leak they failed to seal and again they fixed it at no further charge to us. They did do a pressure test that we paid $250.00 for. They assured us there would be no further problems. While we appreciate their professionalism and prompt response, we will not use their services again in the future.

Mr. James came to my home to repair a loose toilet. He was punctual, courteous and very knowledgeable. He explained to me what needed to be done and gave me a firm price. He did an amazing job and left my bathroom as it was when he arrived. I would highly recommend Earls plumbing and would use them more self again if the need arises.

Definitely great service. Highly recommend. Although, they weren’t able to tell me when their technician would be available next, that shows that they are always working helping customers. Fortunately, they were able to schedule me for a same day service.A/c is working great now!

We had an emergency situation at our home with plumbing issues. We called Earls, the lady on phone listened and acted. She sent out a a team , Darren and Zach. They arrived early on Monday morning, analyzing, acting solving the issue. The problem was on the city side of alley way. They called the city and our problem was taken care of.It’s nice to have good, honest people like this company taking care of us! A true five star company!

I contacted Earl’s for backflow testing that’s required by the city of Lubbock. They were very nice and accommodating. Within 2 hours I received a notice with the name and picture of the plumber that was on his way to complete the testing. I couldn’t have asked for better service from anyone.

Lightning fast response time, friendly, professional, competent plumbers at a reasonable price. TJ called me back within 5 minutes and Justin came out the next morning. This was not an emergency, they were just that fast! Id call that a pretty perfect experience.

Both men that came got right into business and found out in just minutes what was wrong with our washing machine. They repaired it right away and had it working in half hour. Price was very reasonable and will call only them should I have any plumbing needs. Will recommend them to all my friends.

Of course when you are dealing with plumbing, the worse come to mind. I had an issue with slow drainage and backup in my laundry and kitchen. Michael came out, used the camera for only a few minutes and found a major blockage. He continued to work on it but the problem only got worse. He called the boss and came to the agreement that we may have to bust up the floor. Knowing I had standing water in the kitchen and a strong sewage smell in the house, he tried one last attempt by jumping on the house and aggressively working. After some hard work, stuff started draining properly. This young man cared about the situation we were in and wanted to make sure that we were taken care of. I will only use them from here on out. They care and they care about what it cost you. Thanks Earl’s Plumbing!

Two really nice repairmen came to work on a valve on my fireplace that I was told by another plumber would take some major brick work to get to. Well, they got they work done in less than 30 minutes with no harm to my brick. I’m very pleased with their work’

Skyler Green was great. He went above and beyond what was required of him. Very polite. Very professional. He had to access the alley, and my metal gate is impossible for me to open when it is hot. When he saw that I was going to take advantage of his opening of the gate to take out my trash, he offered to do it for me. What a kindness!!!!

The tech, Zach did an excellent job. He was clear with details and pricing and was clean and efficient with this work. I’d highly recommend Earl’s and Zach if you can!

This is my 4th time using Earl’s. This group is the definition of professional. In this day and age it is very hard to find anyone that want to show up. Asking them to do a good a job with precision and quickness is unheard of. All of the plumbers are what I stated above. I will only use earls for all my plumbing needs. Best plumbers in Frisco.
