We had called sooo many places and been told we’ll put you on a list but don’t know when we’ll get to you. Our AC stopped working 3 days ago and my husband found them online! Called today and they were so kind and polite! They were able to get us fit in so quickly! The technicians were super respectful and great at explaining what they did to get everything fixed, as well as when we would probably need another visit. They told us that if for any reason the ac stopped working again to call anytime and they’d come back asap! HIGHLY recommend this business!Attached are before and after cleaning

The technicians came to repair a problem we were having with our a/c. It ended up needing recharged with refrigerant, which was completed. The techs also made sure the unit was clean and checked the inside coils (and cleaned them) so that the unit was working to its best capacity. Thank you K&S for the professional service!

I had an urgent issue with my HVAC. It smelled like something was burning, so I called K&S. They came to my house within an hour and a half. The burning smell turned out to be nothing, but they found two refrigerant leaks that would have quickly disabled my system and my wallet. They did the repairs on the spot and were very fair with pricing. Cant ask for more than that, they are #1 in my contact list.
