We recently used MR.Backflow LLC A-1 for a complete AC unit replacement and were incredibly impressed with their professionalism from start to finish. The technicians were knowledgeable, courteous, and explained everything clearly throughout the process. The installation was done efficiently and with meticulous attention to detail, and our new system is running perfectly. We especially appreciated their upfront pricing and commitment to customer satisfaction - we highly recommend them to anyone needing HVAC services!. We support family owned companies only and will continue to use them. I believe I still owe the technicians a home made dinner for doing all this in the July heat.

Mr. Backflow is our go-to for any of our A/C issues. We came back home to a HOT house after being gone for a week long vacation in August and after calling late that afternoon we can someone the very next morning coming to troubleshoot. We are so appreciative of how well they take care of us every time we have called. We highly recommend them and always pass them onto family and friends that need any services they provide.

Horrible Service. Unreliable people. They make appointment, give a time, take the credit card information and then flip and cancel. What kind of business it is? Horrible? They are absolutely scammers. Look else where or you will pay a price for their arrogance and rude management.Complaining to BBB is next.Stay away.

This review is for our organization, Community Link. We have been using Mr Backflow for our yearly back flow testing the city of Saginaw requires. They have always done a fantastic job at a good price. Best part is they worked with the city to get our two back flow inspections done around the same time for ease. Love this company!

We got a notification from the city that our backflow needed to be tested for one of our Head Start centers the day before the deadline. These guys came through for us in a big way and got it done the next day! Without their speedy service, we would have risked being out of compliance and having to shut down temporarily for families that desperately need us! Super professional and quick service! 10/10 would recommend!

I have used this company for years while working in hospitality industry and have always had the best experience with all the services they offer. Since then I have used their services with other companies I have worked for and my personal home. Everyone I have always talked to have been extremely nice and courteous when either on the phone or in person on job sites. I will always highly recommend this company for any work that I hear about or need done.

I was put in a bind by the previous backflow testing company as they did not fill out the paperwork precisely as the water company wanted. I asked them to fill in the missing information and resend. It didnt happen. The result was I was given 4 days to get a new backflow test or have my water shutoff. So, I took the previous tester out of the picture and scrambled to get a new one. Everyone I called couldnt possibly do it in that amount of time, but not Mr Backflow!! They did what they could to get it done. I dont know what Darcy in the office did to rearrange, but she did and Im grateful. David showed up to to do the testing and was done inside a few minutes. He was nice, courteous and got the test done. He and Darcy both acted like they hadnt done anything more than just their jobs, but to me, it was a blessing.Many thanks to all of you at Mr. Backflow!! I truly appreciate the terrific service.

The bid they gave me included labor to repair two failed backflow devices and a list of materials which concluded with any other plumbing materials necessary to complete. Did they honor this? No, they did not complete repairs and wanted to charge an additional two thousand dollars because they hadnt specifically listed a part in their bid. I will never hire this company again.

Beware of the estimates they give....There estimate is really a min charge and they charge min 1.5 hours, even when their techs state that min charge is 1.0 hour as with most labor charges for any type of labor oriented business. Their estimate is a min charge, so they are happy to change the estimate should it take longer than estimated, but wont change the estimate when they fix it faster. You will likely be charged for labor that you dont receive and then told that talking to you on the phone has a fee associated with it as well so that you are even on the extra labor that they charge. An estimate is just that...an estimate and can go either way: up or down. Not with this company, they have a min that they call an estimate so expect to pay that plus anything more, but dont expect them to lower the estimate should they finish in 30 mins instead of 1.5. Reasonable to pay 1 hr min as most labor businesses, but not 1.5 especially after tech verifies that the min is 1 hr. I wont be using their services again. Unfortunate for them bc I need their service yearly. I only asked for the estimate to reflect actually services received. No one wants to be charged for labor they didnt receive. I am a business owner and I dont charge for services not rendered.

This company doesnt even deserve one star!They replaced the rubber seals in our backflow device.As soon as they turned the water back on our upstairs bathroom flooded into the 1st floor. The next day our backflow started leaking it filled up a 50 gallon trashcan in less than an hour.Per the company none of this is the result of the repairs they made. They took absolutely no responsibility and instead argued with me that it wasnt their fault. Even though the part leaking was the part they replaced.The owner cam onsite and started yelling inside my office building to the point i had to force him outside while telling him to keep his mouth closed. He was being belligerent and completely unprofessional.Once outside he became even more belligerent and tried to start a fight with me. I then had to tell him he was trespassing and needed to leave the premises. I closed the door and he tried to pull it open and come back in.Beware of this company. YOU have been warned.
