Summers AC has been amazing. They are quick to take care of all my needs. They installed a new system in my home about a year ago and it has been fantastic. Today they came out and upgraded my thermostat to a smart system and it’s exactly what I was looking for. They have been very professional and work is quality. I 100% recommend this company. They gently that showed up to my home today was very polite and took time out his busy day to explain all the new functions on the smart thermostat. Thank y’all for all the hard and great work.

Had a great experience even though my heater was down. Tech showed up on time called 15 minutes to confirm I believe his name was Matthew. Very professional and respectful. Got my heater going He also found another issue that we ended up getting fixed as well a couple days later. 10/10 would highly recommend.

After 5 years in our new home we noticed that the heat pump system (our first) was not able to keep up with even moderately cold days. Anytime the outside temp dipped below 40, the warmest our house ever got was in the lower 60s and that was running on “emergency heat.” We called Summers and asked them to take a look. The young man that came out was very professional and polite. He did a thorough inspection and told me that he was fairly new to heat pumps himself and would consult with a colleague over the phone. This is exactly what I would expect from a company of integrity. He didn’t try to bluff his way through or pretend, but they worked together and quickly identified some misconfigurations in the system. After resetting some parameters, he left. We were charged a very reasonable amount and the system has worked flawlessly since the work was performed. I could not recommend Summers more highly and they are definitely the ones I will be going to for future needs. Thanks to a great team!

Both gentlemen were very personable. Logan explained a lot to me about the care of the unit. Very helpful. Thank you both, it feels so much better now.

He was very nice and curtiuous. He was going to get a quote for a new unit.

They got us in the schedule fast to fix the problem which was great considering how hot it is. Had to order a part so couldn’t fix it while there but should have us going soon

Technician was 20 minutes late but apologized for being late. He was at another service call. He was there about 20 minutes, no freon added or extra work just routine service call. 150.00.

Its been 3weeks and still havent had anyone come out. Keep getting told someone will be out here or they will call, and no one has been out here yet. Worst experience by far. Theyre not even apologetic about the many times weve been lied to. Smh

Summers’ A/C came out to set up a mini split we recently installed in our home. The communication was awesome, they did a great job and answered any questions I had! Highly recommend them and will use them again in the future!

Summers A/C came the very next morning after we called the afternoon before. The service technicians were friendly and efficient.

Wow is all I can say! When I called this morning, I told them my problem and said I would be gone by 11:30. And oh also leaving on Saturday. They arrived at the house and called. They fixed it immediately and were very professional. New go to company!!

We have used Summers on numerous occasions, each time, they have been here in a very timely manner, the technicians are more than professional and have the parts and tools they need with them to fix the issues. We are very fortunate to have them locally for any issues we may have.

Your driver is dangerous and tailgates. 4/4 times I’ve seen your truck on hwy 101 he is going 20+ over the speed limit.

Our heater had gone out so we called summers a/c and within 2 days he had it fixed and back on. Id recommend him big time
