No one available to fill bottles and having to leave them and return again next day for pickup. Its very inconvenient as do not live in town. If were designated fill hours when someone is there I would gladly come then. Were about 7 bottles at fill tank either dropped off or ready for pickup and all left to do without.

Enderbys staff couldnt be nicer to deal with. Every time Ive gone into the office to get my tanks filled or ask a question, theyve always been so helpful. They have literally beat me back to my house and started filling the tank before I even got home. Fast, friendly service.

Im on a keep full agreement and Ive never had to call when I get low because the tank is filled before I can call. All personnel at this branch are incredibly helpful and pleasant to deal with. Just because Im an older adult Im never talked down to and Im treated with the greatest respect.

When we first started service it was amazing then over the past year it is horrible!!!!! So, we are on autopilot yet we have run out 4 times,in the cold 3 on holidays. Then when I ask for a fill at 48 percent they act like I am crazy. Today in 20 degree weather ,house full of kids; it is out again!! I call at 9 am to get an answering service. My account was recently changed to the Bowie office from the Krum office. The transition was smooth. Both offices have provided excellent service and Im very happy with Enderby Gas. Inc.

Very poor service. They apparently pick and choose how much and to which businesses they want to deliver to.They always seemed to have issues with ice machine breaking down.Caught them lying about there ice machine breaking down, but they delivered to all our local businesses neighbors.

Last year office staff gave me an option to pay monthly so I wouldnt have a huge bill at fill up time and its helped me budget that money each month... office staff are so kind and willing to help out with my problems... thank yall so much!!!

Enderby Gas has been great at taking care of our family farmhouse in Forestburg Texas. Since we dont often make it there from Austin and Tyler, it has been wonderful that we can count on Enderby to keep our propane tank checked and filled and our pipes unfrozen in the winter. Thumbs up from the Wilson family!
