Sams Heating & Air Conditioning

Could not get my heater to turn on for the first time this season. Called Sams heating and air and they was at my door within the hour. After taking some time to verify their thoughts, they determined it was the security companys thermostat creating the problems. The tech was great and got me on the right path with a new thermostat. after installing the thermostat, everything worked great. Customer service was great and individual professionalism was the best i have seen in awhile in this town. I would recommend them for services to anyone that asks, thank you.

Rudest, most unprofessional man I have ever spoken to! Did not, nor will I EVER use this company. Asking me questions that have absolutely nothing to do with estimates on installing central heat and air.

This business was asked to install brand new unit provided by them,there is no truth in Sams reply. None responsive,not interested in new customers.

Sam is fast and honest. He has taken care of my in-laws a/c for years and always does a great job.

If their service is anything like the driving, just was passed by there van speeding in a no passing zone. I definitely would not use their service
