Miramar Pools

American Home Shield sent out Miramar Pool Company to fix filter pump on our pool. We had numerous other issues that were not working ... chlorinator, check valve, pressure/circulation problems and sand filter issues. Tommy and his son Mason came and evaluated all the issues. They were able to get us a brand new pump, check valve, they changed the sand and solved all the pressure/circulation issues. They were helpful in answering all our questions and addressing all the issues. Our pool runs like it did when it was new. The previous company that was sent out twice to address all these issues said they did but lied and did very little to nothing. Its been so refreshing to deal with a friendly honest company that does what they say they will do. Its hard to find that these days. Only reason they got 5 stars is because the were not more stars to give. Thanks guys for an incredible job.

They go above and beyond! Each time i had a request they were eager to help and make it possible. The best is that i can trust them with my property even when i am not there. They follow up and keep my pool running smoothly. I really highly recommend them! Family run and super accommodating. If I could give them 10 stars i would!

Made a service request in October for broken pool heater, Tommys son showed up, stuck his hand in the water and stated that’s cold and they’d get back with me. After two months of phone calls and text messages to Tommy I’ve yet to get a return call. They’ll take the service request fee but the service stops there!

I called about two weeks ago and left a message on their voicemail system. Left my name, contact number, and address. Never got a call back.If a business is going to have a voicemail messaging system for you to leave your contact into, the least they can do is give you a courtesy call back.

Tommy and his crew came out and unclogged my skimmer line and replaced my filter system. They were great! Highly Recommend!

There are a lot of great things about having a pool - trying to take care of the maintenance is not one of them. Thankfully, Miramar Pools makes it easy - one call to them and its taken care of.
