Will Fix it installers and all managers from the sales team went to back for us as customers. They listened and educated us on our new HVAC system. Appreciate how easy it was to schedule appointment. A call beforehand to confirm driver was on way was appreciated. While the intent of the service was to get 2 lamps rewired, they don’t do that; however, I was able to get a quote (on the spot) for a different service that required going into the attic. Will was fantastic…he answered a bunch of questions & even looked at a tankless water heater to be sure it was up to code and offered to call a plumber about installing a replacement. I was most impressed with Will’s professionalism & courteous nature. That goes a long way!

Well let me start by saying my wife tried saving money by asking a friends husband to check our system and needless to say they replaced parts on our Rudd system that didn’t fit. Manuel the Will fix it technician was able to get the appropriate parts and undo all the shortcuts these other people did and gave me a discount to boot also. I had to tell my wife never to skimp on getting the job done right.

Greatly appreciate the service. They came in on an urgent call when we lost partial electricity. Although CPS energy had been at our house saying it wasn’t on their side. Will Fix It diagnosed the issue very quickly and luckily the CPS energy folks were there again and were able to confer with each other. We went ahead and changed some breakers and our old box and we were very satisfied with the young man who serviced our needs. I would use them again.

Robert did a great job of helping us at home with installing our brand new dishwasher & helping us with a couple other inquiries we had personally. He was very patient, very helpful, & very understanding of our questions & concerns. Will Fix It has always come through for us when we need them.

Dustin Jones, was very prompt, and listened very carefully to my explanation of my problem (water leak) and was very knowledgeable and explained to me the steps needed to take to repair the leak. He worked steadily, measured how much to cut, to do repair and still allow me the ability to put a cover, with out having to have an entire sheet rock replacement at this time. Thank you Dustin. PS. I have repeatedly used Will Fix It to address a variety of different concerns over the last 5 years. So naturally, I called them to address today’s issues. As usual, I received a courtesy call in advance, verifying my availability and notifying me that my technician, Eugene, was en route. Eugene arrived in a timely manner, waited to be invited in, listened attentively to my concerns, and began to address my concerns. In minutes the first concern was resolved. My second concern, related to the first one, was also addressed in a timely manner. Eugene also suggested a strategy to prevent future problems that may arrive due to my negligence. Wonderful! Thank you for keeping money in my pocket! The last concern took a little longer; but Eugene was patient, attentive, took his time, and diligently used his expertise until the matter was resolved. I hit the shall main waterline. I called Will fix it and Jessie was here with in the hour. He quoted me a price and I okayed it. He informed me along the way what he was doing. When he was done he dropped the estimate because it wasn’t as tough as he thought. I’m very pleased with his work, even though the overall price was high.

Jesse came out to flush our water heater he did a great job doing that and while he was here, I even asked him about some other issues I have with some odor coming out of my laundry room. Didnt know the cause, but I do now. See picture.He was nice enough to help me with all that as well and give me an estimate on a repair, so I appreciate his help, hes a great plumber.

Two hours late without any contact with anyone from Will Fix it. After phoning 3 times Electrican shows up 2 1/2 later. Problem fixed within 20 minutes. Paul was great. Lack of communication with anyone was the big problem

Extremely pleased with Will Fix It!! Master Plumber Jerry Guzman did an amazing 👏 job with repairing my leaky water heater. It was the same day service and everything was repaired and is working in perfect order. I cant tell you how impressed i am with his skills and know-how to include helping to replace a cap in my tub. My experience was horrible. Customer service was non existent. Appointment scheduled 8-12 Friday because heat was not turning on Will fix it was a no call no show even after I made several calls to dispatch to check on status. Saturday I called and scheduled appointment 8-12. Same issue from Friday. They sent installers to trouble shoot they arrived at 6 pm left at 8 pm and were not able to fix the problem but at least got my heat to turn on. Thank you Mr Griffin and your co-worker hfor your incredible over the top customer service and your professionalism when dealing with me as a very angry customer. You get a 10 but Will fix it gets a negative for the horrible customer service.

Will fix it was quick to respond to my need for service. Nelson did a Fantastic job at replacing 2valves for my washer! Definitely recommend!

My water heater started leaking so i knew it need replacing. It was replaced two days later. After it was replaced I noticed that the water pressure in the house was very low. They sent the same technician the following day to investigate. He came, poked around on the new water heater. Took a look at the water softener and checked my outdoor water spigot with a pressure gauge. He concluded that the issue was not with the new water heater but with the water pressure reducing valve (PRV). Now I, of course, am not a plumber, but I advised him that I felt his assessment was wrong given the fact that the PRV was replaced a little over a year ago. I advised him that I could not see how that piece of equipment, that was built to last years, would go bad after one year. He stated that it was possible that it was a bad valve. Possible? Yes, but highly unlikely. The same could be said about the job he did or about the equipment he installed. He wouldnt accept that assessment. Will Fitlx It just replaced my other water heater in April 2024 and we had no issues with the water pressure after that replacement. The PRV was replaced before the initial water heater was replaced. The only difference in variables on this new job was the new water heater. This why I feel the PRV is not the problem. My husband increased the pressure at the PRV but that did not change anything in the house. Now Im left with poor water pressure in the house and a pending additional cost to have the PRV replaced based on this technicians recommendations. The staff was very nice when I spoke with them before the job was done, so I have no issue there. I am not satisfied with the overall job that was completed. Based on this outcome, I would have to give pause on whether I would recommend Will Fix It.

I had an overall very good experience with Will fix it. The sales associate did a great job of presenting multiple options and pricing for a new water heater installation. I wasn’t pressured into choosing a specific option, but I did receive some good recommendations for each choice. My installer, Travis, did a super super professional job with the water heater installation. I’m not a professional plumber, but I’ve done a little bit of plumbing work myself, and I was truly impressed by his work ethic his dedication to the quality of his work and for putting up with me with all the crazy questions, I kept asking him. I intend to use Will Fix It for future work around my house and I highly recommend them.

The technicians that installed my unit did an outstanding job from start to finish. I had a couple concerns that they address quickly and effectively. I was so impressed with the entire process and completed work. I would recommend them for your job of Any sort since they do several different areas, including plumbing and air-conditioning which I had done. I give them a double thumbs up for professionalism, courtesy, and quality of work.

Had a problem with the Halo air filtration system. we called them on Sunday they were here Monday morning. They replaced it and were on their way. Very courteous and explained everything.

I’ve recently commented that it’s hard to find honest reliable professionals and that this company is fantastic.I am back again leaving a new comment because “Will Fix It” has impressed me again - they are working on replacing my sewer pipes (basically everything plumbing from the fixture out to the city.) Today an electrician came out and I was super confused (brain was “slow” connecting the dots) but Paul (with “Will Fix It”) had the people skills to where things clicked and it would have made a good commercial of me when I raised my finger and said “Oh, it’s Will Fix It!” That’s a short version of the longer one but the point is, the guys at Will Fix It are experts who have a rare quality and that is they take the time to answer any question in a way even I understand. I wouldn’t trust anyone else more with my house (my 4-plex) than I do with them.

These guys are AWESOME!!!! Installed a water heater to code and in a timely manner and No messing around, Done right, and done right the first time. Prices are very competitive and Employees like Carlos make you feel like family. These guys are true blue !!! Not red to over charge ya.

Will Fix It plumbing company ( employee Bobby) installed a Natural gas water heater for me in record time. He was in and out of my home within one and a half hours. I was really impressed with the Will Fix It Plumbing Company. This was the first time I utilized the services of this plumbing company and I highly recommend them for your next job.

If i could give no stars i would. Horrible service. I called 10/31 for same day plumbing repair. Was told placed on schedule from 10-2. 1:45 and nothing - called & told was placed on 11/1 schedule. Asked to be placed on 10/31 schedule - told would have someone out by 4. Missed & returned call- was told since i missed call would not go out. Was then told i was placed on schedule & someone would be out by 6. Called at 7 & was told never put on evening schedule. Was told now on 11/1 am schedule. By this time i was fed up. This morning i get a call & i purposely ignore it- guess what your folks showed up & then i get this request for a survey. Ive never experienced such horrible customer service from Will FixIt. I was given the runaround all day long. I was told the Halloween holiday was the reason for the long wait times. I was told i was put on the wrong schedule. I was told since i didnt answer my phone no service could be provided. But the phone message was “we have someone on the way call back”. I did call back within 4 minutes of missing the call. Then was told sorry- you didnt answer phone so plumber went on to next job. Why leave that as message if your practice is to go to the next job? I talked to 3 different people. No thank you. Will FixIt- you are no longer my go to plumber. I called Elmers - the service fee is less and they got here like they said they would.

Excellent service from consultation to installation of our new water heater. Zac did an excellent job installing in a tight space.

I chose will fix it to inspect our water heater for two reasons. The first reason was because of their $17.76 promotion to inspect our water heater. The second reason was because a few months ago they had a special for someone to come and inspect our heating air conditioning unit. It had some serious issues and it was obvious our best option was to replace the unit. They sent two guys out the next day and they had that job completed in about 3 hours. The financing was great with no interest. The man who inspected our water heater was thorough and educated me on things to know about water heaters, how they work and what to expect in terms of how long they last. He worked quickly and had the job done in just a few minutes. I would not hesitate to use will fix it again. Their guys are knowledgeable and efficient.

Eli was very Courteous and Efficient.Placed call for service to find leak on bathroom floor. Customer service said they could have a tech show up before noon.Received call from customer service around 11:00 to let me know that the tech was still on a job and “asked” if they could be at my home between 12:00 and 2:00. I said yes. Very pleased that they had the courtesy to call me that there was a delay. Tech showed up around 1:00. He was able to trouble shoot the situation and fixed the problem expeditiously. Seemed to be very reputable.

The guys did a great job in the most inhospitable of conditions. I think it was 100 degrees and 60% humidity. They did not stop just kept on going. Cleaned up and took the time to explain the new Nest thermostat. What a difference in comfort in our house.

Chris was great at fixing my stovetop gas regulator and addressed my issues with low water pressure. We had been 35psi for 3 years and thought it was normal. After replacement we are at 70psi and kicking ourselves for waiting so long. Same day service and replacement on a Sunday!

I was Pleasantly surprised. The plumber that was sent (Jerry G) arrived and fixed my outdoor leaking pipe INSTANTLY when he could easily have invented issues to make sure I was charged more (like how unscrupulous companies work). I just moved here from Chicago and dont know anything about this stuff. I plan to have Will Fix It back in the spring to replace a couple of valves at Jerrys recommendations !-Reggie N-

I was surprised that they were able to come out and fix a leak I had within a couple hrs. Very good and quality work!

My home A/C unit was icing over frequently and not cooling the house. I called Will Fix It at about 5:00 p.m. and to their credit, they had a man at my house by 6:30. Unfortunately, I asked for a repairman, but they sent a salesman. Within 5 minutes of inspecting my A/C, he announced that it could not be repaired and launched into his sales push for an entire new system ($17,000-25,000)! After an hour of explaining all the varieties, we finally convinced him we were not going buy a new system that night. Then he had the audacity to charge me $89 for the service visit! He didnt do anything other than tell me he couldnt fix it, then charged me to listen to his sales pitch. Not happy about that at all, Mr. Fix It. We wont be calling you again, and neither will my friends. 😞

Will fix it was great, we Had Dustin come out. he was Very proactive and informative about plumbing. He re piped the house in 4 days. 5/5 would recommend will fix it and Dustin to anyone needing plumbing done.

Called for an apparent hot water problem. Todd was on time and very gracious listening to my description of the problem. He did several quick tests and found I had no problem! Seems our testing before he came was insufficient. He put everything back together, told me it happens all the time. For the price of a service call, I now know better ways to test. Chris came to check my drainage that was clogged. There were some delays but he stayed and made sure to finish the job. He did a lot of work and he gave me a great price. Having to use a plumber is never fun and I have had terrible experiences with customer service etc. This time I decided to try Will Fix it and I was lucky. They actually notified me when they were on the way. Most companies say they will and I never get notice. They were very timely! One main factor for me was a trip charge. I hate when companies charge for the trip to get an estimate. Will fix it had no trip charge and when they got to the house they told me what they thought was wrong along with a price to fix it. I received the invoice within minutes and decided let’s go with it. On top of that, they do military discount which to me shows they appreciate those who have served our country. Andrew C. was my technician and he answered all of my questions, was so great at customer service and even told me if I had any questions about anything in the future I could always call him. He was very prompt and professional! Will definitely use Will fix it in the future for any plumbing needs!

Great company!Update: As of 07/10/2024 Dustin was incredibly efficient with work installing my mothers new water heater unit and all improvement installments. Made sure everything was cleaned up around the area of said installment as well as the unit itself. Made us aware of a thing or two that will need attention in the future and made extra sure everything is on the up and up. Never seen a more efficient worker and praise his willingness to go up and beyond to make sure our money was well spent on such professionalism. Thank you Will•Fix•It and double thanks to Dustin.

I was nervous to call a plumber because I was worried to be taken advantage of with price but I was offered a no cost diagnostic and Juan came out and not only fixed my garbage disposal in record time, he also offered a complimentary service of running a camera through the pipes to ensure there was no clogging. He was very patient and kind and communicated with me every step of the way. He made sure I had no other issues or questions before he left. Thank you Juan for your fantastic work!

My parents recommended them to me, I called and scheduled for a technician to come out the next day to inspect my 30yr old system and Asencion Fernandez give me all the options from repair to full new system. He worked within my schedule to give me the full rundown on pricing. The next day the installation techs had the parts brought in from Austin and the full system installed and running in under 8 hours. Would definitely recommend.

We have used Will Fix It in the past and just like the other times, service was excellent. We had a major repiping project and the repair was completed quickly with minimal disruption to our daily routine. Dustin is a phenomenal plumber and did a stellar job running the lines and completing the finishing work at the fixtures. He addressed all my concerns along the way and even went beyond in ensuring our water system works efficiently. We will continue to use Will Fix It for our maintenance and repair needs.

Will Fix It contacted me to offer to service and flush my hot water heater for around $23. I told him it was a tankless heater. He said it was no problem. I asked again if they were going to flush the system and he confirmed they would flush. We set up the appointment for 3 June 1200-4:00 pm.I began waiting at noon 3 June. At 4pm, I call company because technician didn’t show. Technician finally showed at 4:36pm. He looked at hot water heater and said he could not perform the work because it was a $500 job but he could set up another appointment…I told him no.

Will Fixit was able to accommodate our tight timeline within their busy schedule. Andy Denoso was great and had our toilet remounted in less than an hour. We highly recommend Will Fixit!

Aside from them calling first thing in the morning to solicit a service to me and their secretary calling to update me that the technician in on the way two hours early ... the service was quick & easy and the technician Robert G. was super friendly and very knowledgeable. I gotta say his (Roberts) demeanor turned my day back around for the better! Also need to note that the salesman and the secretary were very friendly as well 😉

Update: After posting a negative review (below), the owner contacted me to see how they could make things right They did so by honoring the quote and apologizing for the miscommunication. They sent Dustin who did great work cleaning my drain and giving me recommendations to keep it clean. Thanks for making things right.——————My kitchen sink was draining slowly so I called inquiring about the $83 drain cleaning special on your website. I explained the situation to the agent who answers and specified it was my kitchen sink. She asked if I had an access point outside the house and I confirmed I did. I again asked her to confirm the total cost would be $83 for the kitchen drain from the access point. She said yes. When the company repairman arrived at my house, I showed him the drain access point. He said the clearing would be roughly $200 more than quoted by the agent on the phone. I mentioned the coupon and he said that was incorrect. I again told him I was quoted $83 but he said he could not honor that quote. He was not ugly, but firm that he was not able to give me the quoted price. Before I post this review on other platforms, I would like to give you a chance to honor the quote.

I’ve done business with this company before they have great service. I had two dripping faucets and and a toilet that was leaking and an outside hose faucet , Call them up and they send Colton great plumber excellent people skills . Very professional and very respectful. I would recommend this company to anyone that has plumbing issues.

The team at Will Fix It is always great to deal with. They are here when they say they will be. They explain the work and then they deliver what was promised. Bobby was our technician today, as he has been in the past, and he was fantastic. He is always professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. We have been renovating our home in phases over the last year and have used Will Fix It for various projects throughout the process. They have done pee traps, toilet repair, reconfiguration of the main manifold, and even gas lines. Their team is fast, reliable, and honest. They will always be my first call when I have plumbing needs.

The team just finished the installation of my new system. They arrived earlier than projected and worked very hard even though temperature in the house was as high as 87 degrees. They explained everything to me and even helped with the app on my phone. Basically they were great and I couldn’t be more pleased with their service!

The technician arrived 3 hours late to a 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. window. I was forced to call _them_ to get updates on when the technician would arrive. The technician was helpful and knowledgeable and competent. I really dislike the policy of charging $100 just to look at my problem and evaluate what needs to be done. $50 is considerably more reasonable. Finally, charging me $400 to replace a water expansion tank which was leaking was an outrageous cost as far as Im concerned. The total time of the job was probably less than 10 minutes. We needed to replace a very old water heater. Daniel P was our consultant and he was very informative and gave us a no obligation estimate. He explained exactly what the process would be and we agreed on the price. The next step was the plumber who brought the water heater we requested and also the extra pipes to replace the old ones. In less than two hours the work was done and he did an excellent job! I would also have to say that both workers were so polite and the plumber by the name of Bryan was so patient with my husband and I because we asked him lots of questions. He also told us if we had any problems to call the company and he would come to investigate. They have always been so prompt ever since I bought my AC a year ago. I had an issue and they had someone out the next day. Ace was fantastic and truly seemed to care. A part wasn’t supposed to come in for a couple days and he got it the next day and was out fixing it ASAP. He had great manners and was a joy to talk to. Hired Will Fix It to fix a leak under the foundation of our house. It was supposed to be a 3 week job, but after FOUR MONTHS, I’m still battling with the office. They destroyed my sprinkler system, my front yard & had to fill & dig the access hole twice because they forgot to have the city inspector inspect it before filling the first time. 4 months later & the access hole still isn’t filled in correctly, sinks & holds water. They have no-showed several times & dealing with office staff & management has been a nightmare. Complete incompetence! I wouldn’t trust them to hook up a garden hose! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

Will Fix It has been my plumber for better than 10 years. This company replaced all the plumbing in my house including water gas and sewer. I purchased a water softener from them. They do an excellent job. If there is a problem of any kind that is caused by design or quality of product they stand behind their work 100%. Excellent company with dedicated management that really believes customer satisfaction is priority one, and proves it with their actions. You get what you pay for. I recommend them highly for plumbing and electrical work.

We called Will Fix It when our AC stopped blowing cold air. They came out the same day. Daryl showed up after giving advanced notice of his arrival time. Travis came out and checked our water heater and identified the problem, and explained the solution in detail. He followed up and provided us with three options to replace our water heater. After we decided on the option, he returned later in the afternoon and completed the installation. He was courteous and professional through the entire process from start to finish. Kudos to Travis!

Came out because of a mainline drain plug. It has been a recurring problem for a couple of years. Once a camera was run the recommendation was to hydro jet the main drain. Clearly explained the need and the procedure. Was completed in about one hour with excellent results. Andy Donoso communicated throughout and was very helpful in helping understand the problem, the fix, and future preventative measures for us.

He had to go get a part because mine was a different size than most. I have used will fix it several times before and will continue to use them.

My service supplier was very prompt.I already knew I needed garbage disposal replacement and he had 2 units on his truck to choose from.He did his work efficiently and completed task in good time.My only complaint is that they jack up the price on the unit about 250% over what the same thing would cost at Home Depot. This led to about $150 more than it should have.Overall though I am satisfied.

Earlier this week I had Dustin come out to help with plumbing, today ahead of schedule I had Daryl come out to service my HVAC. Both super down to earth well-informed guys that I could not have been happier with.These gentlemen were personable informative, and downright wholesome folks that I had full trust in with that of their service, as well as they are being overall good people.This is the third time I’ve needed will fix it, and at this rate I can see myself using them for years to come* a year later update *Scheduled a tune up and Daryl came by, asked pointed thoughtful questions about the family, and truly was a shining example of great customer service!

He comes out older than I am and in worse shape. He didnt even try He said to cut a shelf out to get a better position. Well Im a repair man and I was having trouble cause of my arthritis and couldnt get the finger tight lockout off of the faucet ports. Took me 7 hours and I did it myself. They suck and will charge you an outrageous amount for nothing. I didnt pay him anything. Remember this when you call will fix it. Not woth my trouble and wait for him to say he couldnt get it. No peace of mind!, stop trying to sell me a new system.. the promotion pamphlet of $69.99 is a scam .. they did nothing, just looked did not attempt to open anything.. then the catch came in. I said what about the tune-up.. he then stated thar only applied to a working unit.. kind was still working Blowing partial cold air, then he stating that their was a leak in the blower.. the the fun part starts.. talking about letdown gst you approve for a new system.. and this and thT and blah blah.. dont belive their pamphlets or junk mail you get in the mail, its a all and bait scam because they really dont do nothing g but try to sell you one of their system..... not even 15 minutes took my money and did nothing.. I want a refund..and if your military dont believe them they want you to spend money to get a discount.. I dont approve of this company..

Sales rep on the phone was cordial and the scheduling process was easy. However, after I explained my situation they gave me a certain quote over the phone which I was comfortable with. As soon as they came out here, and I explained the same thing to the repairman, he dropped a new price which was way more than double the original amount they had told me over the phone. I felt completely blindsided and felt like it was a waste of time and energy overall. I would appreciate more transparency over the phone rather than having them come out here and giving me an astounding price increase.

Ive had big and small projects completed by will fix it, always done right. A problem occurred with one of the large projects to no fault of the company so it wasnt covered under the warranty. I wont give you all the details out of respect that every customer would be expecting the same outcome. But I was more than satisfied. Willing to work with the customer and senior tech Dean is awesome enough cant be said about him. All in all will fix it is one of the best in San Antonio area. A little costly at times but you know its going to be done professionally and quickly. They will continue to get my business!

I was having HVAC issues so I called and scheduled a technician to come out. The technician Asencion Fernandez, was an absolute professional. He showed up when I expected him to (not common in my experience), introduced himself, heard the problem and then went to work.He then helped me understand the issue, and presented my options clearly.His professionalism and depth of knowledge is very much appreciated.

My AC stopped working on a very warm day and Will Fix It is who I called. First time calling out an expert. Will never do it again. Washer drain pipe clog. $360 to put his machine line down a drain 1 time. Says he didn’t want to get the machine stuck. Wanted more money. Gave a quote of $13’000.Never ever again

I made a phone call to Will fix it and I received an appointment that was same day option, which was shocking but a wonderful thing for my family. The Representative Mr. Guerra was very knowledgeable and willing to answer any question that I asked. He gave me options and explained the difference so that I could make the choice which was best for me. After the installation he made sure that we understood how to properly maintain the item in the future. I appreciate that.

James was the tech that came out and did a fantastic job. He was polite and honest. Explained everything and was so helpful. I called on Saturday evening and was told they would have someone out Sunday morning at 0800-1200. I was irritated when they called to say they didn’t have anyone and that it would have to be Monday (Labor Day) between 8-10a. He didn’t come out until after 11a so I was irritated. As far as Im concerned, there is not better plumbing business in San Antonio. A buster water heater is stressful, but the professionalism on Alfredo and Travis took the sting out. Alfredos planning and Travis expertise meant that when the time came the job was done quickly without any hassles. I highly recommend Will Fix It for all your plumbing issues.Im becoming a frequent flyer with Will Fix It. We found out that the hot and cold valves for our washer needed to be replaced. I’m disappointed with the price gouging. I was charged a trip fee to identify the issue…not a problem. The technician quickly identified the electrical outlet was faulty. He informed me the minimum repair charge is $225. I declined and paid the agreed upon $80 trip charge. I drove to Home Depot paid $5 for the plug, spent 5 minutes, and installed it. Just be honest with customers. I paid your trip fee; now charge for the service that needs to be performed. You should be ashamed of yourselves for taking advantage of people that don’t know any better.

I am rating this company with a 5 star solely based on James Hunt field supervisor technician. James has always been informative and professional and very detailed in his assessment of my HVAC issues and concerns. I have had nothing but problems with the unit that was sold to me before James Hunt was employed with this company. James has been a life saver and has handled my issues with my HVAC like NO OTHER technician has in the past. I felt so bad that he had to work on his day off, but that is his character and professionalism he demonstrates over and over again. This company has a gem in him, a rarity and I hope they compensate this man well for his work ethic, time, dedication,and knowledge of this business. I have contemplated leaving this company in search of a new one but James Hunt is an amazing person and that is why I havent.Thank you James Hunt for always being so helpful and consistent!

Eli and his tech were fabulous. Gave me clear estimates on future work and what I thought was going to cost me $600+ only cost me $89.00 because there was a special on drain clean outs that I didnt know about. They were here for almost 2 hours and left everything neat and clean. They even moved our trash cans around to make sure they got picked up. In today’s age of getting taken advantage of, it’s hard to find a company you can trust. I had a job to add some minor plumbing work in my garage to connect a fridge. It was pre-plumbed but needed some extra connectors added, 20-30 minutes work and some minor parts. The first two companies I asked to come out wanted $790 and $1550 to do the work. I sent them on their way. Then Bobby with Will Fix It showed up, on-time, with a smile, and quoted me a fair price 84% lower ($250). His manors, character, and honest nature was refreshing. He never spoke ill of anyone but shot me straight.BOBBY not only earned my business going forward but also my recommendation to family and friends. I had a hard time figuring out how the sinks in my bathroom started leaking and also filling up with water as well! When Eli, the technician came by, he quickly figured out that the clog was from the AC unit… I never thought about that!He used a snake instrument as well as a snake camera (that was soooo. cool!) to ensure the clog was taken out. He did this in less than an hour, and I really learned a lot about how a plumbing system works!I made sure to get his information card, and if any other plumbing issues come to the house, Eli will definitely be my first hoice!Eli and Will Fix It are AWESOME!!! Contracted by Lowe’s to install/replace an 11 yr old 50 gallon water heater that was not heating water. I went into Lowe’s on Sunday. Estimate came out on Monday. Tank was installed on Tuesday. They called/arrived at the predetermined time they said they wood. They completed all the work as on my invoice. Left the area clean and no damage to anything. Even hauled away the old water heater. Better price than my goto HVAC company. I will explore other services with Will Fix It should the need arise.
