I recently assisted a military family in purchasing a beautiful home built by Scott Felder Homes. Michael Carpenter, our sales representative, maintained excellent communication throughout the entire process. My clients found a fantastic home in a lovely community, where they look forward to creating many happy memories. For those interested in living in Boerne, I highly recommend Scott Felder Homes.

I LOVED working with Catrina Lindow. She always took care of our clients as if they were family. She is super knowledgeable and always made sure to ask questions so that the buyers knew that their best interest was at the top of her mind. She has a great personality and is thorough and precise!

I love this community. Its so beautiful! The Amenity Center is awesome! Love the pool! Love what the community offers to their Residents. I met Catrina Lindow who is the sales rep with Scott Felder homes. She gave great service. She really pays attention to her clients needs. She even owns 2 houses in Esparanza. That speaks volume when shes not just selling homes there, she also lives there and raise her family there. Theres no other place like Esparanza in Boerne.

Beautiful homes nestled in an amazing neighborhood. If you are out at Esperanza stop by and see Catrina Lindow. Catrina is a breath of fresh air when it comes to home shopping. Her southern charm and warm welcoming personality represents the friendliness in Esperanza.

I believed Scott felder is the best builder but at Esperanza they are the worst. They have poor quality products. Also they gave hard time for scheduling any fix during warranty. Their Sales team is not proactive as they should be.

What a amazing builder!! As soon as you walk in the model Catrina always makes you feel at home. It’s always clean and she is very personable.

Ryan and all the staff there have been very helpful for the home buying process. -Multiple edits below-Edited: Initial purchasing process was very satisfactory but, now that were half-way through the buil, customer service is lacking. Ryan as been very eager to collect additional charges however, have had to go through with building manager to get any results despite multiple attempts at e-mail and phone. There is no doubt in my mind that he is an excellent salesman but, like all salesmen, completely absent once he has cash in hand. I felt perhaps I was a difficult homebuyer but, after speaking with several other potential neighbors, heard that the disappointing customer service experience was par for the course for all. When its the most expensive purchase of your life you shouldnt have to be the bad guy to get what you want.Edited: Now 3/4 through the build process I would say that while we love the overall product mostly it still has glaring flaws that will need to be rectified after we are done by bringing in additional contractors later to fix the design issues that Scott Felder refuses to address as well as such poor site management including damages, theft, and a site so thoroughly trashed as to be nearly unnavigable. They have installed the cabinets so poorly that there are multiple damages to both the wood and walls and also damaged the countertops getting them in. Overall I would still buy the house because the location is mainly what we’re after but I will have to have many things changed after the fact (lighting, electrical wiring, wall placement, room spaces, flooring, and cabinets, etc.) at additional cost due to poor site management and poor quality of work.

I am a two-time home buying champ with Scott Felder. Ask for Catrina Lindow, no relation. Okay, maybe some relation.
