Front Gate at Fair Oaks Ranch by Ashton Woods

I’m a realtor and cover Austin and San Antonio. I work with builders consistently, it’s about the quality, sales associate and manager that oversees the build. Our builder Ashton Woods, along with Jill (sales associate) and Lonald ( project manager) we couldn’t ask for anyone better. We Love our home and the continued support they provide. Incredible neighborhood, gated, and beautiful area in Fair Oaks Ranch.

We had a fantastic experience from start to finish working with Jill, Lonald, and the Ashton Woods team on our new build in front gate! We love our home and this wonderful community.

Poor communication, subs that do not want to correct their issues during the warranty period, worksmanship that does match the price of their homes.

Front Gate has a large percentage of 0.16 acre lots and one can go see for themselves the results - long straight streets highlighted by homeowners vehicles in driveways (garages too narrow and shallow due to minimal side and front setbacks). Shallow lots due to shallow front setbacks mean longer vehicles blight most of the street views. Also, the developer cut corners and didnt install sidewalks for children to go to nearby elementary school- but that helps reduce impervious cover. Most drainage is surface streets not storm sewers, so runoff is unabated.

Very unprofessional. Extremely rude to my spouse and yelled at her. Will not recommend Ashton Woods/Front Gate to friends looking to buy here.

Traffic sucks do to construction but subdivision is good not hard to get to

The staff was friendly and the homes looked amazing.
