Our Water heater developed a leak, we called and a Plumber came out within a couple of hours. Roland provided excellent service and information regarding water heater replacement. He also installed a water softener . Definitely would recommend Roland for any future plumbing needs. Caliente Plumbing was efficient and professional and highly dependable.

Rick and his team completed a major renovation project with a short timeline and they were on time, on budget, and did a great job. highly recommend Caliente! Tyler is awesome to work with as well and he is conscientious to deliver a high end well done job. Thanks again. More to come in the near future!

So my normal, service plan, plumber was trying to charge ridiculous amounts per hour to find a leak. I searched and found Caliente and after them fitting me into today’s schedule, to my delight, they informed me they give quotes by the job, not hour. The plumber who came to the house was awesome, clear, informative, and most of all, not looking to charge as much as he could. When given the quote for the job, I couldn’t believe that I was being charged less than 1 hour of the other companies work. And that was for everything! Caliente has found a customer for life.

David, came to fix the plumbing on my sink, put all new plumbing,so no more leaks.Did a great job, is a very nice person. Would have them back.

So far Tyler, Master plumber is doing very good work on the shower venting it and creating a clean out for the shower! Staff are helpful and the job passed inspection so far! One pending issue not resolved.

David was incredible! We had a water leak and he carefully laid out all the potential sources of the leak, then did thorough testing to pinpoint the problem and fix it. What tremendous service! Caliente Plumbing is fantastic!

Tyler Collerd w/ Caliente just spent a Saturday from about 10am until about Half past 11pm removing, installing, and setting up our brand new Rheem Water Heater. Like I told him, I’ve been doing some form of Customer Service since 1978, and I could move the World with three like him versus twenty of the ‘warm bodies’ that usually try to go to work with me. Work done quickly and care for house and areas they worked in. Job looks great, major leak under house by kitchen and had a gas line moved and some water lines closed off. Leak had to be re piped with pvc ( cast iron pipes ) job looks great . MAJOR MAJOR mainline work from house to city, completed in 2 days and work was exceptional

Caliente installed a unit in my home 3 1/2 years ago. 1 month ago a plumber informed me the systems valve was not on and not sending treated water to the house. Since the install it never sent any treated water to any parts of the house. All the fixtures, dish washer and clothes washer have a lot of mineral build up. 2 weeks after the install we contacted the owner Rick with concerns from tarnished silver ware in the dishwasher. Rick the owners advice was to change the dishwasher detergent. The owner did not care to check our system and this 3 1/2 year waste of softener system could have been avoided. I have contacted their office for weeks and no one has bothered to call me back. I even sent an email and called the owner Rick directly and they wont make the time to call me back. Do not trust this company and especially the owner Rick. If you need a company that will call you back or check on any concerns you have, do not contract caliente.

Devon Rutledge and Tyler Collard performed 2 water heater removals and new installations. Their service was professional, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. They left the garage area neat and clean as they found it.

Best service for your money, fixed my main water line under the concrete without having to excavate which also saved me tons of money compared to any other company I had out here to estimate on the job. All other companies recommended excavation and charging double instead of better solution and upgrading the material. Would recommend to anyone!

Last week I used CALIENTE for hvac service. I felt our technician was very thorough and honest with me plus gave a very fair price. Yesterday I used CALIENTE for plumbing work. Specifically to blow out a drain. I was gauged and I don’t appreciate that. I will never use CALIENTE for plumbing again. Almost $300 for 10 minutes of work. I called around after and man did t get taken advantage of.

Kevin did an excellent job taking pictures of the wear and tear on our 10 year old system and explaining what we were looking at. He was honest about the possibility of things breaking at any time, but without putting any pressure on us to purchase a new unit right away. Kevin explained all the options they have for new units and I feel like I have all the information I need to make an informed decision.

Caliente has done a fabulous job fixing plumbing issues in our new (to us) home. Call center is very responsive and worked quickly to ensure that repairs were scheduled once quote was approved. Rolondo was fabulous from the initial quote all the way through installation and repair. Communication with the company was great!

Had a great experience working with Jeremy from CALIENTE Plumbing Heating & Air. Jeremy cleared a toilet drain for me, then took the time to help me select and purchase a new toilet (that he then installed). Additionally he replaced the hot/cold water shutoffs on a downstairs bathroom, and then replaced the vanity with an updated unit. Jeremy also took the time to explain in detail the work that he was doing, and why! A great overall experience, and the work was very reasonably priced. As a side-note, CALIENTE Plumbing Heating & Air contacted me from Angi’s list from San-Antonio, but they obviously have a presence in DFW (I live in Little Elm).

I will be using this company again. Im adding on to my review. Just had Memo come out and work on our AC unit. He did amazing and so friendly. I will continue to be using this company.

A very long experience.Kevin was great, came in did the review, needed a new ac. CALIENTE provided portables. While in the attic looking at the ducts to determine if we need new ducts, his foot went thru and created a hole in the ceiling. The same day, someone was sent out to patch the hole, “Alan from Facebook”, he came in, said he was supposed to meet some of the CALIENTE crew at the house, Rick. Nobody was at the house, the guy left to get materials, when he came back he made the hole bigger and left it, didn’t come back that day. the next day, installers came to put in the new unit and ducts. After the install, the house was hotter than my original unit before it stopped working. The kids rooms were hot, the bathrooms weren’t getting airflow. Kevin came back, whatever he did, helped, and thank you for that, but the second kids room was still hot, the coolest it would get was 80*F at night and would run up to 82-84*F thru the day. We called several times. The installers did not put in the new thermostat (part of the package we paid for) and Kevin did his honest part and said the installers needed to come back, the duct were not correct, panels on the outside were not installed (again part of the package) so they had to come back and do that. They didn’t seal the closet with the inside unit correctly, he fixed that for us. In addition, the installer broke the entry of our fence by the gate. Alan came back the day of the install, he kinda patched it, said he would come back, never came back to finish the job. We had to call back for the thermostat, our kid’s room is still hot. After abt two and half weeks, they sent someone to fix the fence, the kid showed up, turned out he didn’t have the correct materials, left and came back the next day. He ended up hitting a water pipe, and then we had a plumbing company come out to fix that… the pipe is still leaking since it wasn’t fixed right. The second contracted that was supposed to come and fix the hole in the ceiling, never showed up(or maybe went to the wrong house) he said we didn’t answer, but we have cameras, we were expecting the contractor so we were constantly watching. The guy didn’t show up. We did finally receive the thermostat.Kevin did a great job in coming back and auditing the work and making sure the install was correct. Their contractors seemed to make things worse. We are still waiting for the hole, and someone to come looks at the kids room, after three weeks it’s slightly cooler, 81*F during the day, about 78-79 at night, we put in another smaller fan to help circulate.Come back and finish the job and make it right. I think the company might be trying but their contractors are a fail, and that’s also a reflection of the company.

Always a great experience with Caliente. Their soft water technician was extremely knowledgable and patient when trying to explain the situation we were having with our old softener. We ended up buying a high end system from Caliente and the same technician did an awesome and clean job with the installation. Wouldnt go anywhere else. Thank you!

Wanted over $300 to swap out a float switch that costs $20 and 5 minutes of work. Wanted over $300 to blow out a drain line that ended up being clear anyway. The prices for service are pretty outrageous in most cases so far.EDIT: Answering the response. It was 6:30pm on Saturday and I pay $25 a month for that.

Guillermo was informative, thorough, and very knowledgeable in designing what needed to be done with duct work to improve the even cooling of my home. The way he explained what he was going to do, what he did, & how he was going to repair my unit was very graceful. He gave me options that I could make an educated decision from that would best fit my family & budget. Caliente installed an air conditioner in June 2023. The installation did not work. We had no air conditioning for 4 days. They promised to provide reimbursement for lodging. It is now over 8 months and despite multiple calls and texts, we have not been given reimbursement. We’ve had 3 “The check is in the mail” statements. They have the correct address but no check has ever been received. This is also my second social media posting and I have not received a reply.

Good quality but overpriced. We supported this business since it started but I feel they’ve forgotten their roots and the people that led them to the success they now enjoy. Back in the day I dealt with the owner and now I feel no connection or loyalty to the business. I don’t expect to be using their services anymore. I think there are other quality providers available at a more reasonable price.

I had a water softener installed by David Goff and Rafael Cardenas and so far I am very pleased. I cant speak to the value because I didn’t get any other estimates. I was referred by a family member. They worked all day in my house while I was at work. They were respectful and protected my floors, carpets and other surfaces while they worked. Unfortunately, I had to call a few days later when I had a leak outside on one of their repairs and they responded promptly (on a Saturday). When the leak was exposed it turned out to be a manufacturer defect (a split on the seam of an elbow), not due to a shoddy repair.

Had the summer maintenance work performed on my A/C unit. Hernandez was prompt upon arrival and did a thorough and professional job. Fully inspected the outside heat pump and tweeted the air handler inside. Satisfied customer. Thanks

Memo gets a 5 star rating. He checked all areas of our A/C unit in the attic, cleaned and checked the outside unit, took pictures and explained everything he saw in the pictures. We had Memo replace the capacitor on the outside unit. We were impressed with his knowledge and he explained everything so well, that we understood all terms and workings of the A/C unit. Thank you Memo.

Called Caliente because my ac wasn’t cooling, Kevin Edwards came out quickly and found the problem. Ac was cooling again in less then 10 minutes. Very professional

Another summer, another AC maintenance necessary. Memo, the AC technician, was able to diagnose the issue with the unit in about 15 minutes. No parts necessary, just removed corrosion that was causing the issue. He also diagnosed a few weak links that could cause issues in the future. Great service as usual. House is already cool.

Excellent and knowledgeable technician came out and warrant repair my water softener; so well researched and answered questions with honesty and integrity. I trusted technician and got a reverse osmosis system I’d been researching for awhile. The Viking is awesome guy.

My 2.5 ton unit for the 2nd floor went out on a Sunday morning. The usual troubleshooting that I do, including replacing a bad fuse did not work. I called Caliente and they came out on a Sunday. There was a fee, but I feel it was reasonable for bringing Kevin out on a Sunday. He diagnosed the unit and found the problem in about 5 minutes. Without going into more detail, Kevin was one smart dude. He replace the breaker on the electrical panel and back in business. He stuck around and diagnosed the system with his infrared toolkit to make sure everything was working well. I appreciate that Caliente had somebody available on the phone and on the ground on a Sunday. They worked with me on a fair price and Im happy.

I have had nothing but amazing experiences every time I have used Caliente. It seems like today it is hard to find a company you really trust, has great customer service, and provides good quality work. Caliente is the real deal! The plumber Ryan was available earlier than originally scheduled and was very knowledgeable and helpful. He communicated his findings to me and he was patient as I thought through the options for service/repair. I called my husband on the phone and Ryan was willing to explain everything to him for a second time. Unclogged 3 drains quickly and for a fair price. Highly recommended

We built our home 30 years ago and have replaced our RO (reverse osmosis) system many times. It always took the water a long time to fill up a container, and many times I ran out of water when trying to fill a pot for tea or soup. Ryan from Caliente Hot Water Plumbing replaced the RO system last week. He listened to my complaints and quickly identified the problems. I love my new RO system! The new Caliente Life Water system is much smaller giving me the extra room for a second water storage tank. I now have a -Life time parts and labor warranty- I would highly recommend this company for any plumbing problems.

Ryan & James came out to fix and replace my water heater in 2019. 2 years later Ryan fixed a leak in my Manifold that another company could not fix. He’s very professional and informative. Guillermo Hernandez fixed our leaking a/c and cleared broken glass out of our garbage disposal. he was very nice and keep us informed on everything that was going on while he was working. I highly recommend him and the company they had great customer service and were very quick to get to my property.

It was time to replace our original water heater that was 10 years old. We wanted a new one to avoid catastrophe if the old one broke down. I called Caliente Plumbing yesterday and within two hours they sent Ryan out to speak with us. Ryan was professional and very helpful throughout the entire process.Ryan guided us in picking out the right water heater for our needs. We never felt pressured. We agreed on a unit and a price. The next morning Ryan arrived right on time and had our new unit installed in two hours. Kevin recently came to address an issue I was having with an AC installed by Caliente three years ago. He showed up early and was very informative. He made sure the problem was resolved before leaving and even made himself available the next day when I was concerned the issue was not resolved. Kevin has showed up for other issues Ive had with my AC in the past and he is always, kind, informative and hardworking. Its always a relief to see him when were having issues with our AC.

Would give 6 Stars if I could. I will start off by saying that Caliente Plumbing Heating and Air is now the one I will turn to for all my plumbing needs. I was having issues with my water heater and called Caliente to schedule a time to have a technician come out. The ease of making the appointment and the amount of time it took to get a technician to the house was outstanding. Ryan showed up to the house, began troubleshooting right away, isolated the probable cause of my issue, then discussed the options to get everything back up and running. You could not ask for somebody more knowledgeable than Ryan. He took the time to discuss all options, the different products available the cost breakdown. Having had a water heater that was 13 years old I decided to go with a total replacement. Ryan showed up two days later as scheduled and with the help of Jared, he installed a new pressure regulator valve, water softener, and water heater in impeccable time. The professionalism and courteous service that Ryan and Jerrod displayed go above and beyond all expectations. Everything was installed to my satisfaction and the area looked even better than before they started. Ryan went though all the operations of both the water softener and the water heater and did not leave until I was completely satisfied. The owner should be completely proud of the people he has working for him. I highly recommend Caliente and if you do choose to go with them for any of your needs, ask for Ryan, you will not go wrong.

I always receive excellent service from CALIENTE Plumbing and their pricing is reasonable. Today I had an issue with a back up and Ken and Brian came out and gave me an estimate and cleared the clog. I will continue to contact CALIENTE for all my plumbing needs.

Had a non emergency leak under kitchen sink. Garret was here within 3 hours from my call. He diagnosed the issue as being a simple fix (reconnect a clip that the sprayer hose has popped off ) and *only charged me the servic call fee, which is a very reasonable $24.50. Others in the area charge $89 service fees--another indication of how reasonable Caliente is.Thats honesty and integrity, folks. In addition, Garret has a great sense of humor. Caliente will have my business in the future, this was a very impressive first impression.

A Caliente Tech came out today to flush my hot water heater and diagnose a potential problem with the water pressure. Caliente was fantastic as always. Showed up on time snd was professional. Have used Caliente exclusively over the years for a variety of issues and will look to them whenever I need a plumber in the future. Great customer service.

Ryan from Caliente Plumbing was a top-notch professional. He was here to flush our water heaters and perform maintenance on the plumbing in our home. He was thorough and took his time to explain any potential concerns - very knowledgeable. I would definitely feel confident (and would recommend) having him complete any plumbing work needed in the future.

It was an emergency call during the night for sure and I appreciated the fact that they served our area, but the emergency response and repair fee were very expensive. Not to mention the technician trampled mud on my carpet throughout our house and didnt clean up behind himself. I must say the problem was identified and fixed.

Garrett came out a week ago, installed new water heater. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. A real people person. I’m very happy with the quality of work that he preformed, All in all I would recommend this company. I really hope Garrett gets the appreciation he deserves, employees like him are rare to find these days! If I need there services again I will definitely ask for him!

Our water heater went out on a Sunday morning and Caliente was able to come out the same day within an hour to replace and install a new one!! I called Caliente to see about having my washing machine shut off valves replaced (not urgent) and Garret was able to come out to assess and provide an estimate within a day. Caliente installed a water heater and softener about a year ago. One weekend, I was without hot water and could not get the pilot light to stay lit. Justin from San Antonio Caliente did an excellent job on replacing my toilet bowl. The customer service was great on keeping me in the loop via text messages as to when he was expected to arrive. They were accommodating of my time and didnt try to up sale me on anything. I didnt really price the service out so I cant comment on that but all in all I would definitely use them again if needed!

Garrett was great to work with... was considerate, very professional and did work above and beyond an already big job. Considering the amount of work that was necessary with a toilet back flowing into the shower (yuck), he completed the work in far less time than I would have expected. Caliente was hot yesterday. Haha! I called Caliente yesterday (05/19/21) and was graciously greeted and scheduled for next day service. Shortly after the initial call, I received a call from Caliente affording me an opportunity for same day service. I quickly said yes, and service began within an hour. Caliente, more specifically, Justin and Bobby, replaced the water heater and the water regulator. Both were professional, courteous and their work was outstanding. Rick was the plumber who came out and gave us an estimate for the work we needed done. He found we had a leak under the slab and we would have to re- plumb our entire older home. We got several bids from other reputable companies, but we had used Caliente to install a soft water system several years ago, so we decided to go with Caliente. This job took 3-1/2 days and we couldnt be more pleased with the knowledge and work ethic of Rick and Garrett. This was a major undertaking for us, but Rick was just a gem of a guy. He also installed a comfort level commode in one of our bathrooms, and after we try it out for about a week, well probably have them install two more. Rick said the toilet was circa 1975, so we guss its about time for new ones!! The house was built in 1978, so it was also time to replace the copper pipe for the new stuff that contractors use. We were in good hands with Caliente. Thank you, Rick and Garrett, for taking the time to explain everything to us, for your good work ethic and your knowledge. I called Caliente on a Saturday afternoon; they had a tech come out the next morning to address my concerns with my water heater. Their tech named James was very knowledgeable and efficient. His demeanor was refreshing, no pushy sales, or scare tactics, just honest down to earth good service. Caliente was well worth the call, there service, prices and warranties are much better than many of the big-name competitors. Ryan replaced my water heater and installed a pressure regulator and did a fantastic job! Ryan was very nice, thorough and professional and I am very happy with the installation of both. Everyone I spoke to within the company is very nice and helpful and the best part of getting all this great service is that their price was the best AND they offer the best warranty - parts AND labor - for that price. Caliente is now my go to for any plumbing needs.

Their estimates are a little strange - looked like they make up prices as they go along. Was supposed to have a camera go through my sewer line to see if there was clog which cost $200/hr. They didn’t do this and instead used a toilet auger to unclog the pipe which took about 20 minutes - price was still $200. They fixed the problem so no complaints on that.

Kevin really knocked it out of the park today!! He was timely & explained everything to me in detail. I never felt in the dark about what was going on & they worked with us to meet our specific needs and situation. We got everything fixed so quickly & we’re back in business with our ac. My experience with Caliente Plumbing, Heating and Air was very positive. They were very responsive and repaired what ended up being a backed up A/C drain line. Kevin and Roland came out the next day to give me an estimate to install a new Independant drain line and separate the existing drain line from the sink which would help prevent this from happening again. They were were extremely knowledgeable and professional. They took the time to explain everything that would need to be done and how it would benefit us going forward. I will definitely be using Caliente for any of my future plumbing, heating and air needs.

Hello San Antonio area,BEWARE!! $179 UNAUTHORIZED chargesI happen to use Caliente plumbing and AC Came out to my residence to attempt a repair I spoke to the operation manager at the time which was about one year ago Even though I was only calling to state my complaint, he stated that he would refund me my paid services rendered I like most have a busy schedule and tend to not make this a priority of looking or waiting for a refund One year goes by and I get an UNAUTHORIZED deduction from my bank account for $179 for a membership fee of some sort. I called and of course know one can explain why this occurred As I was on the phone with MAC which seems to be the new operation manager he stated that the other manager doesnt work there any longer and made a comment about his performance to the reason of not being employed any longer. I mentioned the unauthorized charge and Mac stated that he would look into it, plus I brought up the refund from one year ago and Mac acknowledged the charge. Mac sent me a text 2 days later that he had a busy schedule however he was ACTIVELY looking into itNO results one week later I had to call/text several times to get a response Story after storyFinally after 2 weeks...$179 refund NO other fees refunded that Bank charged for a closed bank account that was only active for unexpected charges.All this for a few dollars Owner of this company doesnt even make a call to discuss this transaction (same owner that has his 2 young boys on the photo to promote his company)I will be contacting BBB and sending a letter to the district attorney for unauthorized deductions.I CAN NOT BE THE ONLY ONE THIS HAS HAPPENED TOO Please check your bank accounts if you have done business with this company

DO NOT USE. They do not tell you what they charge and then RIP you off. $742 to install one toilet that we had already bought. took one hour. Then said we needed a shut off valve for sprinkler system that would cost over $300. Lucky we called Atlas Plumbing they came out said we had a shut off valve and charged us $135. NEVER use CALIENTE EVER. We had a broken toilet so we went and purchased a new one. The person Caliente Plumbing was at our house for about an hour and charged us $742.00 to install one toilet. Then later that day he had to come out again as he had not installed it correctly and it was still leaking. This is Highway Robbery, do NOT USE!!

Had a great experience with Luis from Caliente Plumbing. They had an earlier opening in the schedule and got me in. Diagnosed the issue and had the parts on hand for the repair. They told me it was take 1-2 hours to complete, but they were done and out in under an hour.

Our AC unit stopped blowing cold air. I called Caliente and spoke to Arlene who scheduled us for a service call between 10-12 same day. They were very professional. I received texts confirming my appointment, sent a picture of the service representative, and let me know when he would be there. He fixed a leak and the pressure valve on the water line to the house and checked out my water softener, which turned out has reached the end of its life. When our water heater unexpectedly broke down, I called around for a replacement and found that Rick and this company were not only considerably less expensive, they were offering me the same equipment with a parts and labor guarantee others wouldnt. He was very polite and answered all my questions (and calls ) and was prompt. Our tenants, the ones who received the water heater, were very happy with him and said that they have no issues whatsoever!! Im happy to use a local, great reviews, great service plummer. It took the freeze of 2021 and a frozen, broken pipe for our family to find a premier plumber. Caliente responded quickly to our pipe break, and then followed up downrange by returning to our house and examining our pressure. They discovered our pressure regulator was not where it should be on the house and offered a helpful and reasonably-priced solution. Our technician, Ryan, has been wonderful with his work and his explanation of the service needed at the house. We highly recommend Caliente for your plumbing needs.

We had a clogged toilet and of course, we have several out-of-town family members arriving later on today, so no pressure, lol. Got to say, its hard to find a plumber on a Saturday but Caliente Plumbing Heating and Air was spot on and responsive. The front desk person that answered our call was very cordial and helpful. They dispatched Joe w/i a couple of hours. Joe was very professional, knowledgeable , friendly and very easy to work with. He cleared the clog thoroughly and made sure the toilet was working properly before departing. Highly recommend these guys!

Ricks schedule was booked until next week, but he and his assistant came out on Wednesday evening and did a repair on our hot water heater. He did the repair quickly and didnt charge us more for coming out after hours. He was also very responsive to texts.

Rick was amazing! He went above and beyond to make sure our water softener worked right since the piping in the walls was all screwy. He fixed everything quickly and with care. He had to cut a hole in our wall to get to the pipes that needed fixed and he did it with great care so that when he was done he stuck the piece back in the wall and it was easy to just tape and repaint. I recommend him to everyone!

Three hours late. Understand they were probably swamped due to winter storm but did not notify me until I called them after two hours. Job was quoted around $500 and took less than 1hour to complete. Parts probably less than $10. Would not have accepted quote but water gushing for 3 days and didn’t know when I could get anyone else out. Used previously to replace hot water heater and water softener but will not use again.

Quick to come out and give me a fair estimate. Ryan came and explained the whole process of replacement. I did get a few more estimates but none came close to the deal Ryan quoted. As i am curious to understand each step, he explained me what he was doing patiently.I have gone to several big companies over the net, got estimates from a few and finally decided to go with Caliente. Their prices are competitive and their installation service is awesome.

We just had our water softener replaced by Ryan with Caliente Hot Water. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and efficient. He showed up on time and was able to remove our old softener and install the new one in no time! He walked me through the process of adding salt and how to program the water softener if we ever had a power outage. We’re looking forward not to have rings in our toilet or hard water spots in our sinks and shower floors. We would highly recommend Ryan and Caliente Hot Water.

Joe did a wonderful job of explaining to me the problem and how he was going to fix it. He was very professional and cordial. I would certainly recommend him to neighbors. My only complaint is your are held hostage not knowing the fees and costs until the arrive. Well you do know there is a $30 service fee. I find this unacceptable and overpriced.

Our water softener started leaking constantly at the drain pipe and I called Caliente Plumbing. I reached their office on a weekend and left a message. They called first thing Monday morning and had someone out to look at the issue the same day. Ryan came out earlier than expected and diagnosed our issue in a matter of minutes. Ryan is professional and an expert in plumbing. I learned so much about our plumbing system just from speaking with him. I was so pleased with the service from Caliente that I purchased the annual maintenance contract for our HVAC and Plumbing. 5 STARS all the way! Would give them 10 stars if I could.

When my hot water heater stopped making hot water, I contacted these guys through Home Advisor. They came out a little early and had everything up and running in about an hour. Ryan was very nice and walked me through everything he was doing and why. I would definitely recommend them and would call them again in the future!

First, they showed up on time. They said they would arrive at 8:00 a.m. and they were here ready to work at that time. The issue was identified, and I was given a detailed description of the problem (without trying to talk over my head by using professional jargon). They showed me the repair cost before they started and gave me a list of packages to decide from. They resolved my plumbing issue in a timely manner and did so with friendly service. I will be using them for all other home repair issues that may arise in the future.

Both Rick and Ryan were very helpful. What could have been a long weekend without running water turned into a very simple process once Caliente got involved. When you are a family of 9 it matters how quickly the plumber can get to you and I would highly recommend you call Caliente should you ever need a plumber. Rick was extremely helpful helping me choose the right Rheem gas water heater for replacement of the original AO Smith that was provided by the home builder. I was so impressed with his offer that I purchased two new water heaters which were installed by his employee, Ryan. Ryan was very professional and did a fantastic installation. I decided that my water softener should also be replaced with a new upgraded model. Without hesitation, I contacted Rick who provided valuable information concerning water softeners that helped me make an educated decision. I also hired Caliente to install the water softener which Rick was able to do on the same day I made the purchase decision. Again, a very professional and satisfying experience. We had a sewer back up today, July 4. Called A few places, no one answered or the mailbox was full. Called Caliente and said they could have someone out here between 1:00 and 3:00. Ryan arrived here before 1:O0 and completed the job before 1:00. He was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I will recommend Ryan and Caliente. 5 Stars!!

EXCELLENT Customer Service, from the first callback which came within 5 minutes of my online inquire. Dispatch called to inform me there was no charge for gracing us with their presence and scheduled an appointment. I received multiple informational emails and texts confirming the appointment, what to expect and then another text telling me the tech was in route. He arrived on time.Jeremy was very personable and professional. We described our issues, no hot water in the shower, and the other challenges we’ve had associated with the deconstruction our water department had been doing in front of our house for the past year. As well as the horrible experience we had with another “recommended” plumber, that broke our water regulator, charged us $450 and left us pretty much in the same state.Jeremy gave us two possible scenarios and came back with a part confirming his suspicion. The easy fix was $150, the other $350. We thought, “we know where this is going….” Jeremy came back shortly and said it’s done. We were Delighted with having a hot shower again and the lower price.Jeremy is such a good person. He did a Great job with our plumbing and even took the time to indulge us in conversations about the world and BBQ. We have since used Calente again. We plan to have them install a new water softener and initiate an AC/water heater maintenance contract. Jordan did a great job on the repair. Worked late on Christmas Eve to fix a busted pipe. After making a scheduling error, Caliente made good and still made sure my issue was addressed on the same day.

After having another company fail to replace my water heater (and they didnt tell me that simply replacing would not put my water heater up to code), Ryan came out - simply explained what would need to do and showed me pictures of everything. All of the work barely cost more than the other company wanted to solely replace the old unit. He was able to immediately go to work the same day and finished in a few short hours. Highly recommend!

I had a leak in my backyard that was pouring water down my street. After calling 10 different companies they were the only ones who could provide immediate assistance. Sunday cost me more but it was money well spent. Justin Adams was extremely professional and addressed all of my concerns. He also called for backup to make sure the job was done right. Rick and his crew are absolutely amazing people! Their work is top notch and they get there quickly and get the job done. This company has installed water heater, water softener, shower diverter, AC Heat pump.underground broken pipe, and now with our horrible “ winter storm” pipes broke in ceiling of my kitchen. Looked like “Niagara Falls” coming out of ceiling, of course the ceiling came down. HVAC was down at night. They made an emergency trip out to look at the system at 10PM and charged $200 to reserve the spot.Kevin Edwards was our tech that showed up who was absolutely professional and knowledgeable about our system and diagnosis of the problem.If you need HVAC repairs, call them and ask specifically for Kevin.

Ryan kept me notified of when he was on his way and when he arrived explained the entire pricing system. Once we agreed on the plan I wanted he got the water draining while he went to retrieve the new water heater and parts he needed. Very courteous and professional! Had a hot water heater problem that the tech was able to discern and fix within about a 2-3 hour period. Very impressive. He then, of course, tried to up sell us on a product that would prevent future breakdowns like this one (it was only $2k as opposed to $200 to just fix it lol) but we do not plan to live in this home forever. So the fix was a good solution for us at a competitive price. Would recommend these guys in any hot water heater situation. Punctual, professional and comparably priced.

My family and I have had the best experience with this company! Jarrod (the owner’s son) and Ryan, the knowledgeable technician had assist us with getting a new water heater installed since ours had taken its toll. There are many companies that say they will work with you, but many will be out for your money. Caliente hot water company will work with you in any fashion and form and they focus on you and your family to ensure that everything is taken care of. They are amazing family oriented company which we will continue to contact them for services. Since our water heater has been out of commission, they have been the very company to work with us to ensure that our family is fully taken care of quickly with limited funds. At the end of the day, we now have hot water and no other companies were willing to work with us. Amazing family oriented company!!!

I don’t know where to begin expressing my gratitude for Arlene, Jeremy and James. Our home was struck by lightening yesterday evening, which resulted in our hot water heater catching fire in the garage. We researched plumbers on Google and after calling a few who were unable to come same-day, Caliente had an opening, and 4.9 star ratings, to boot! Arlene (dispatcher) was incredibly sweet and said she would get someone over here by 3pm. She called us back at 1:40 saying Jeremy was on his way, early. Jeremy and James assessed the damage done, and quashed our fears about gas hot water heaters- renewing our faith in them all over again, promising they would make it right, plus guarantee their work and the unit for the next 10 years. Their knowledge, combined with their out of this world customer service was just mind blowing. (Pun intended 🤣)These guys are so amazingly professional, personable, knowledgeable and funny. I cannot say enough good things about them, and we thank you all from the bottom of our hearts!They have a customer for life!

Wow! 5 stars all around!!! Called and within a few hours Justin was on site to diagnose an over working A/C. From the first phone call with Arlene to when the job was complete I could not have asked for better communication during this stressful process. Both put my mind at ease that I would be taken care of safely and efficiently. After Justin overlooked the issue, he discussed with me what he had found but explained it in terms that i understood. We now have a house the is cooling instead of playing catch up in this Texas heat which should tremendously help utility bill, and also a long term plan for lasting... more efficient options that were surprisingly a lot more affordable than anticipated. This was company made an anxious family’s dilemma into a surprisingly pleasant experience. I hope not to be calling anytime soon, but I won’t be afraid to have Justin or his company, which happens to service Plumbing as well, back into my home whenever needed! Called Caliente Hot Water after arriving home to find my water heater control valve had sprung a leak and was spraying the wall of the garage.Ryan Ahnberg arrived and quickly identified the problem, explained what caused it, and quickly began working to fix the problem.Beyond the repair, he provided a ton of information and made everything make sense as far as what led to the failure of the control valve, along with different solutions to address future issues.Caliente Hot Water, responded quickly and was able to take care of my situation within the same hour that I had first contacted them.Other companies, with their claims of being available 24hours, could not schedule a service appointment until Monday (which is 4 days away from when my problem occurred.)I highly recommend this company and hopefully their technicians are as thorough as Ryan Ahnberg.

Very grateful for Ryan and Caliente for fixing my water heater. Ryan had to replace the control box, which regulate the temperature of the water. Gave me a great price to have it done. Two thumbs upthey did a great job for me. If you are looking plumber call Caliiente you wont be disappointed!!

The call in people were great. Very nice! But the technician, Joe, lied to me that the part I bought would not work. Then gave me a ridiculous price on a new water heater. And when I asked for him to call me back. He didn’t call me until 3 days later.

Caliente was the only 24-hour plumber of the 7 I called who was able to send someone out tonight, and what a find! Justin was AMAZING, and a fantastic welcome to San Antonio for new residents like us. He came late at night to replace our broken shower cartridge (which had forced us to have the water off for hours), then turned the water main back on (hallelujah—I didnt have to reach into the pit in the dark!). He also instantly diagnosed and fixed two issues in another bathroom, saving us hours of YouTube/DIY anguish. The quoting and payment processes were also super transparent and smooth. The experience could not have been better.
