We hired Steam Master Cleaning to restore, clean, hone, and polish our travertine floor. Bryan and Isaiah arrived on time and did an excellent job. Merced and Chris were amazing!!!! They were explaining everything step by step. They were courteous and very professional. My couch is a microfiber type of couch with dual power reclining so not an easy couch to clean and they made it look easy. We had another company attempt and they took one look and said they couldn’t. I’m glad they were able to clean it and make it look like new again. Saved my husband from having to buy me a new couch. 😂

WOW!! This is the first word that is literally coming out of my mouth. Brian provided an exceptional service. He did wood stripping and recoated the floors. I just cannot believe that its the same floors. Looking at it makes me feel as if I have literally moved in to a different address. Got my air ducts cleaned by Ryan and Raul last week. They did a great job, were very nice, and were super transparent in the process.

To whom it may concern,I had scheduled Steam Master Cleaning for a comprehensive cleaning service on Friday the 1st, which included duct work, air vent cleaning, tile/grout cleaning, LVP floor cleaning, 2 area rugs, and garage floor cleaning in preparation for moving into my new home.Upon my return, I found that the floors were still wet, and the grout and tile did not appear significantly cleaner. When I inquired about this, the technician assured me that the grout would lighten once dry. It wasnt until the following day that I noticed the unsatisfactory state of the tile/grout, air return and vents. My feet were black after walking around on the tile floor putting things away for only about an hour. There appears to be a film on all of the flooring surface as well as the vents & air return that were not actually cleaned. It’s as if they just move dirt around. The only aspects of the service that met my expectations were the garage floor and area rugs. It is important to note that I was charged $1900 for the entirety of the service.I reached out to the sales manager to request a partial refund of at least half the cost, considering the incomplete work. However, I was informed that a refund was not an option, and the only resolution offered was for the company to return and re-clean the areas. This proposed solution presents a challenge as the house is now furnished & full of unpacked boxes, making it difficult to accommodate a re-cleaning.I am deeply disappointed by the service provided by Steam Master Cleaning and do not wish for others to experience the same level of frustration and disappointment. I will be sure to inform all my clients to avoid engaging with your company and instead opt for a more reliable and thorough service provider.Thank you for your attention to this matter.Sincerely,April Frazee

Merced and Chris did an amazing job at my home. The carpets smell very clean and the couple of stains we had are now gone. While they were here I decided to have them do my tile kitchen/dining area also. The scrubbed the grout thoroughly and cleaned all the tile. I didn’t even realize how dirty my grout was until I now see it after it was cleaned. I highly recommend them and will be sure to use them again for future cleaning. Thank you Steam Master!

Ryan showed up within the established time window, was courteous and thorough. Estimated the square feet, put together a detailed estimate of the services we discussed. He did a deep carpet cleaning, stain guard, and pet treatment. We also had the tile and grout cleaned and sealed. Results are better than expected. We will certainly be using him again.

Brian and Isaiah were extremely professional, thorough, knowledgeable and friendly. We have very difficult concrete kitchen countertops. They cleaned, honed and sealed them and they look amazing! This is our second time to use this company/Brian. We have also had our old slate floors stripped and sealed by them. We highly recommend this company!!

Had steam master come out to clean up my carpets at my apartment because I had too much dog hair build up and some urine spots. Jose came out to provide the service and he did a great job. I asked to see how much hair he was able to pull out and man he pulled out so much and made my carpets look great. Defined will be using them again.

I needed my carpets to be re cleaned because of the mess left over by another company. Jose from steam master cleaning came out and gave me multiple options on how he could approach the cleaning. I chose the option that included sanitizer, deodorizer and a speed dry to make sure my carpets were thoroughly cleaned and dry. he did a very good job and made sure to explain how to approach the after cleaning maintenance to make sure the carpets stayed looking as fresh and clean as possible.

I just bought my home and needed to get my carpet and tile cleaned and sanitized. I called steam master cleaning who sent out Jose to come and clean. He was polite and professional. The cleaning came out really nice and i will definitely use this company again.

One of my bedrooms flooded from an opening it had on the floor and left my carpets smelling like mold and dirty water. I called steam master and Jose came out and flushed and extracted the dirty water and even sanitizer and deodorizer the carpet afterwards. He did a really good job.
