A very professional crew arrived to move a thermostat. They were detailed and methodical in their work, with good craftmanship and they were courteous. They finished with an extensive functionality test to ensure the thermostat worked properly and cleaned up after their work was done. Awesome. I recommend this company for your HVAC service, repairs, and installation needs.

I heard about Air Serv of Boerne and the reviews were excellent. I decided to call last week for a maintenance call for my AC/Heating unit. I was kept informed of the arrival of the technician, Chance Marquez. He arrived within the time frame that I was scheduled for service. Chance was professional, courteous and very informative of the maintenance process of the unit. He did a thorough evaluation of the unit and additional maintenance was recommended, not only with verbal communication but also with pictures of what needed attention for optimal performance of the unit. The job was completed and I am very pleased with the service that was provided. Invoice was sent by email with pictures of the maintenance process as well as the parts that were replaced. Most definitely I will call them back for the twice a year maintenance of the unit as well as any additional issues that I might encounter. Thank you!!!

Showed up early. Diagnosed and repaired the problem efficiently. The price charged is fair and the heater system is working better than it has in quite a long time.

Once again this company has exceeded my expectation. Deserving of a five star rating based on many factors. Responsive, punctual, honest and godly people. I felt comfortable allowing them into my home. They were respectful of my home and wore booties over their shoes. Each step of the service was documented by photos and shared with me. No unnecessary repairs were presented. Although, they did explain areas that may be a concern in the future due to our two air conditioning units are aging. I highly recommend them to my family and friends.

Charlie Baker has been servicing my ac for over 10 years. Hes a very knowledgeable and extremely professional person. He always answered all my questions and responded quickly when my AC broke down. I highly recommend him. You will not be disappointed with this service.

Charlie and the rest of air serv are amazing. Our AC went down over the weekend. Charlie had us visited, quoted, scheduled and installed before many of the other companies even returned our initial call. I can’t say enough about how Josh and Chance and the other techs showed up promptly, worked quickly and were all very approachable and knowledgeable.This easily turned a bad situation like no ac in triple digit weather into a positive experience!!
