I cant believe the appalling service we received! The technician displayed an astonishing level of rudeness and an utter disregard for delivering any semblance of quality. We called them to fix our rattling and immobile fridge, which we suspected was due to a dirty motor caused by a previous repair of a slab leak causing a dusty house.What a joke! The so-called technician merely glanced at the fridge, didnt bother lifting a finger to investigate further, and had the audacity to declare that nothing was wrong. To add insult to injury, they had the nerve to charge us a ridiculous $95 for their non-existent service.We opened it ourselves after he left and does that look like nothing wrong to anyone?I couldnt stomach the techs arrogance, so I called to complain, hoping theyd take feedback. But guess what? Their response was utterly indifferent, as if they couldnt care less. Dont care, send us an email, they said, brushing us off and hanging up on me.This has been, hands down, the worst service experience weve ever encountered. Its beyond infuriating to be treated with such disdain and incompetence. Lets just say:WORST SERVICE EVER

This was our first and last experience using Next Services. Our service window was between 12-2, they showed up a bit after 2, no problem, and they did call us, so theres a plus and it was appreciated. They quickly came in and went to work, blew a bunch of stuff out of the back of the refrigerator (we had an icemaker problem) and while I heard a vacuum cleaner come on there was literally no evidence that anything was cleaned up. There were balls of stuff that was blown out of the back of our refrigerator left all over the kitchen floor, under the table that they moved but did not move back into place. These fuzz balls were not in close proximity to the refrigerator, it was clearly about 3-5 feet in all directions in our kitchen. We were charged over $200, parts figure did not add up on the invoice. $95 service charge and $49 in parts does not equal over $200. Before presenting us our invoice we asked if they could tell us if the second refrigerator (we have had it since 2006) would possibly have an ice-maker replacement but were told they didnt have time to look at that. We did not ask for a diagnostic, heck, we didnt even ask them to touch it, the fridge is so old there is nothing digital on it. This was literally a 10 foot walk, freezer door to open and a peek as to whether or not our relic of a beverage icemaker had a chance at replacement. All we asked is if they could look to see if the ice-maker was replaceable. Serviceman was condescending in his manner. With us both being in the service industry and understanding customer service, how to retain repeat business, grow new business and actually making an invoice legible we find this kind of service overall deplorable. They had a great shot with us for continued business, they came in, got to work and ultimately fixed the issue (it was a reset). For that, they deserve stars, but the rest resonated with us and likewise left a bad taste in our mouth to spend our money moving forward with these folks. We are proud supporters of local business, but not this one, no thanks!

I have used Next Service out of Boerne, Texas twice for appliance repair and have been exceptionally pleased with them. The first time to repair my washing machine and most recently my dryer. I have been amazed at how quickly they have been able to put me on their schedule- literally within a day or two of calling. My dryer required a part they didn’t have but they were able to obtain it and had me up and running the following day. If you are looking for speedy repair with knowledgeable, friendly and professional repairmen you may want to give them a try. I highly recommend Next Service!

NEXT service rose to the occasion once again. I contacted them after my garage fridge stopped working. He promised to come the next business day and without fail he showed up on time and diagnosed the problem as too costly to repair. I inquired about places to purchase used/old fridges for the garage and he gave me a successful recommendation. My used replacement fridge will be delivered in 2 days.I cherish the professionalism of NEXT Service!!!

Called yesterday an spoke to Joe an scheduled appointment between 2-4 pm today. Its now 6 pm and havent seen or heard from the company or seen anyone. Cant give the company a good rating due to they never showed up. Ill be calling another company tomorrow and hope I get better results.

I called Next Service yesterday and told the very nice lady on the phone that our washer just stopped working. She kindly set up for service tech to come out the very next DAY!!Joe arrived a little early, which never happens with most companies. Joe quickly found the problem ( a loose wiring harness ) bam!!! And it was fixed. My wife is very happy as am I, we highly recommend Next Service if you have any appliance issues.Very happy customer 😊😊

Called this group to review an appliance to determine suitability for continued use.The office returned my call immediately. Set an appointment for a site visit the following day. Arrived to the site kn time and as scheduled.Completed their work in a timely fashion and prepared a legible and accurate report for the appliance reviewed in site.I will re omens them moving forward.

Azael Segovia with Next Service is excellent at correctly diagnosing problems with appliances… especially high end appliances. We have used him for several years and always pleased with the work done and price charged. Azael is honest, trustworthy and committed to doing good work. We will definitely call Next Service(specifically Azael) for our next repair.

After postponing our appointment a couple of times to fix my dishwasher, the technicians arrived unable to perform the repair due to an installation issue. Once remedied, they returned a few days later. They claimed that two pieces of corn caused my dishwasher not to drain. They would not guarantee their work and they had other commitments so they would not confirm that the issue was fixed. After paying them $350.00 for the removal of two kernels of corn, the technician said that he needed to eat as well and they were off. I ran the dishwasher and it did not drain. I called them immediately, and they would return for another service fee. Very unfriendly and unprofessional. Would not recommend this company.

We asked this company to come repair our dishwasher we had installed just over two years ago. They were 3 hours late for service and charged us $635 for the repair. 2 Months later and the dishwasher is clearly not level, causing it to be unable to close. For the cost of a $1000 dishwasher, I would easily choose to replace it rather than deal with this company again

We’ve used Next Service on several occasions to service our Air Conditioner and household appliances. They have been on time for each appointment, and completed necessary work for a reasonable price. We like Next Service because they are timely, knowledgeable, courteous and professional. We highly recommend them for HVAC and household appliance repair/maintenance.

This was the second company that took a look at our dishwasher. The technician was thorough in explaining what was wrong. He took the time to explain the causes of the problem. He was courteous and we will definitely be contacting them again. We are truly satisfied with NEXT SERVICES.

Im making NextService my go-to company. They did an excellent job replacing a faulty TXV on my commercial AC unit and they have a 90 day warranty. Service is excellent, everyone is real friendly.The pricing is okay and they seem like they are constantly busy but they really try to fit you into their schedule if they can.

Next Service technician was very knowledgeable as well as courteous. He located the problem and discovered that the last company I used did not do what was expected of them. He then corrected the problem and repaired all other issues for a very reasonable price. He gave me options of how he could repair the issue so I know he was very honest. I take great stock in reviews, and Next had great reviews. My in-laws dishwasher wasnt draining, so I agreed to pay $90 for a service man to come out to diagnose it. I had already checked the drain pump myself and it seemed to be working. I asked the lady on the phone if the repair person carried the drain pump on his truck. That pump is used in about six different brands, so it is common. She said yes. I wasnt there when the service man came out, turned it on, it didnt drain, and his diagnosis was that the pump was bad. He didnt have a spare. He wanted $350 to return and replace the pump, which wasnt worth it, because a new dishwasher isnt a lot more. I ordered a pump on line for $49, put it in, which twists on with two wires to connect, and it still didnt drain. I figured, oh well, and tore out the drain hose to see what I could find. I learned there is a little check valve just after the pump, and it was clogged. I cleaned it, put it back with the old pump, and everything was fine. A few days later, I found out that Next had charged my credit card an additional $30!I called Next and told them about the misdiagnosis, which they charged a total of $120 for. They obviously hadnt taken the pump out to test it, and hadnt found the clogged check valve. They agreed to refund half what they charged me for. They said it would take 3 or 4 days for it to show up. Finally three weeks later, they refunded $60.

THE POLICE HAD TO COME TO MY HOME. The guy (the owner) they sent to my house seemed to have no interest in doing the work and just wanted the $100 service fee. While on the phone to pay it I told him to leave my house. He refused to leave my kitchen and I had to call the police. My daughter was crying. They took off shortly before the police arrived.

My Frigidaire side by side was not cooling properly so I looked up fridge repair and Next Service came up. Called and set up an appointment in no time. Technician was friendly and explained all repairs. Fridge works like new, very pleased with the service.

My moms ac went out yesterday. We called two other companies based on recommendations from friends, and they both wanted to replace her unit for 6-9K. We called Azael at Next Service due to another referral, and he came out the next morning. He spent time testing the system, and actually said the compressor was not bad. He replaced the compressor capacitor and some wiring, and got the unit working perfectly. We even told him that the other company said the compressor was shot. His honesty and superior diagnosis will definitely have me calling him and referring his company. Great work Azael!

The initial call went well, the gentleman was very professional on the phone. Set me up with an appointment for 2 days out at between 12-2. That day came, noon, came and went with no call. 2 came and went with no call. I called and left a message at around 3, no call back. Called again at around 4 and nothing. Definitely not going to try here again. Id give zero stars, but seeing i cant i guess the earned a star by being professional when answering the initial phone call.

I called Next Service because I moved my thermostat from downstairs to upstairs, inadvertently shorting the fuse in my AC system. The gentleman that answered the phone walked me through fixing the problem without having to come out on a service call and getting me up and running within half an hour, no charge. Great service, great attitude.

Next service was prompt, professional, and reasonably priced.Called when my freezer was leaking ... Tech showed up at my house same day and on time. Next service will be my only call from now for any appliance repairs.
