Its not still house heating anymore its a small convenient store where you can purchase goods from and their is 4 machines that you can play games on and if you win you take a picture of your winning and show the clerk to cash your winnings out...enjoy

I was assigned this company by American home shield. They came out and diagnosed my dryer. Found out my dryer needs to be replaced because the parts are no longer available. Well I’ve called and their voicemail box is always full. I spoken with Robert a couple of times in regards to having them get in contact with American home shield authorization department so they can replace my dryer. Well it’s been going on 8 weeks now without a dryer. I contacted ahs they tell they’ve been trying to get in contact with these guys and no one from stillhouse appliance has called them back or replied to the numerous emails sent to them from ahs. It seems I have to call ahs and start with another contractor. It’s a dang shame people pay them to come out and look at whatever needs fixing. Then turn around and get no service in return if the customer needs a new appliance. I will be reporting them to the bbb. Do not do business with this company.

Unresponsive with Refrigerator Repair Follow ThroughThis company was assigned by Choice Home Warranty for my refrigerator. The company came out and completed the diagnosis (compressor) but has not responded to multiple phone calls from us to check the status of when they will come to repair which was already approved by Choice Home Warranty. Their voice mail is full when you try to call and then you automatically get a text message saying to text them. We have texted and no response from texting either. It has been 4 weeks since the diagnosis was completed and submitted to Choice Warranty. Choice Warranty has also tried to reach the this company to no avail. We are now having to get another technician/contractor assigned and start the process all over again.

In May of 2021 my refrigerator stopped working. Through American Home Shield these contractors came to evaluate. They seemed really down to earth and also busy but reliable nonetheless. All went well until it was time to replace the part that was missing. It was impossible to get in touch with them.Timeline:May 2021- contractors contactedMay 2021-contractors visited my house, (only visit)June 2021- AHS sent parts to contractorsJune 2021-contractors reported the job was completedJuly 2021-after numerous calls I finally get in contact with contractors and they agree to get me on their schedule but no date set due to being overly busyBetween End Of July and now end of September, I have been unable to contact these contractors.I also tried numerous times to find out the issue but AHS was of little help until they figured out the contractors had lied to them. Now four months later, a new refrigerator, and a broken refrigerator in my garage, I’m finally getting a new contractor to fix my initial issue.While I’m sure that their work is good, their customer service and reliability need much work.I do not recommend.

Robert came out via contract with American Home Shield to fix my refrigerator and dishwasher. He was great while here, fixed the fridge, and said he had to order a part for the dish washer. After nearly 2 months he has not responded to phone calls or emails, and my dishwasher is still broken.

This man came out within a hour of the service call from American Home Shield. I was told the service tech needed to run to his shop to pick up the needed part... weeks later, no part, dishwasher still broken, and no one will answer my call. Update your customers in a timely manner. Its call customer service, and should be included in all your business practices.

I would like it if this was always the company my home warranty company uses. The technician was super friendly, almost like an old time friend of the family. The service was top notch a d he answered all my questions about the things he came to fix in my home, he even alerted me to some other deficiencies that I was unaware of for my appliances. He was fast,friendly and efficient.

Unfortunately I looked at the reviews and thought this would be a good company to deal with. Then Robert showed up at my door, he lacks professionalism and looked irritated that he had to come out to fix my issue (around 6:30p.m.). Eric on the other hand, had a smile on his face. Granted Robert may have had a bad day; it was not my fault. He never explained how much any services were before performing them. Robert asked where ac was located. Next request by Robert was to turn on ac in a disgruntled tone (Eric was not around). Then came time for me to pay, and Roberts mood seemed to have lightened up. I asked what their names were and was surprised to learn that Robert is the co-owner. If it were not for Eric who seems courteous and professional this would have been even worse of an experience. I can see why reviewers have commented positively about Eric, its a shame Robert had to come along. I may have decided to do business with this company again. But alas I will choose to do my business elsewhere, let the choice be yours. I hope at least that Robert will learn to appreciate the customers that keep him in business.

Most people come online to leave a review when something goes wrong, but I wanted to be of the other variety, and be sure that Eric at Stillhouse Heating & Air Conditioning got an excellent review for his work today.I woke up this morning to my AC unit outside not working, and after a few simple checks myself (thank you google) I decided I really didnt know what was going on. I called several companies, all of which couldnt get out today, or would charge a premium for coming after hours tonight.Im so glad I called Stillhouse before giving up, because Eric was able to get out here just over 2 hours after talking to him.He was incredibly friendly, explained exactly what was going on, and was priced very reasonably.I also appreciated that he went over a few simple trouble shooting things with me on the phone before coming out. Most businesses will not do that. While I realize we have google at our finger tips for basic trouble shooting, it was admirable that he offered a few tricks before even committing to come out.Im hoping I dont need AC service any time soon, but I will definitely keep his card handy and recommend him to anyone that is in need of service.

Just received our new unit and so impressed by the courtesy, professionalism and knowledge of this hard working crew. Perfectionist in my opinion. They explained the new features and helpful hints to keep our system running efficient. They even adjusted our vent coverings while cleaning up throughly after the job. Weve had many problems with the old system and many different companies. Save time and stress by calling them first.

Alas this company was allotted to me by American Homeshield.In all my years I never knew that not answering the phone and having a permanently full voice-mail box was a business strategy.If youre the sort of person who gets off on being frustrated or maybe you need to undergo some form of patience therapy then these are your go-to guys.

So i am updating this review because the owner has responded to my original review saying it’s fake which is untrue . They should be well aware of my name and should have information since we have communicated and i even applied for the loan and i was intimated by the owner that it was approved. Also they didn’t do my work because after making me wait and scheduling my appointment , they started making excuses and i had to get my work done by someone else since they just didn’t care. I still have text communication from the owners. Responding to my review like this shows how unprofessional they are!Do not waste your time if you want things done in timely manner. They made me wait for a long time and I waited just because they came through a known recommendation and then they started making excuses and they just don’t care. Super unprofessional!! Would not recommend them to anyone!!

I woke up last week and discovered our air conditioner had frozen up. I got a call back from Stillhouse at 7:30am after I had left them a message around 6 that morning. I was surprised to hear back before the work day had even started. Before lunch rolled around he had already been out to the house, recharged my system and tightened down a few spots that it could have been leaking from.I will definitely be calling them next season to get a check up before the hot weather sets in!

Robert was awesome! He is punctual, accomodating, honest, friendly, professional, and explains everything in a way thats understandable. He treated our home and appliance with respect and was very neat, even tidied up the repair area before he left. Our family will be using Stillhouse for any future HVAC/Appliance needs. I called them for a second opinion on my a/c unit as a different company told me one thing and I wanted to see if it was what i told was the correct diagnosis. I was not told the right diagnosis and very glad I called them. The technician was very friendly and courteous. Their prices are very reasonable and recommend them to anyone who needs their a/c fixed. Any more problems that I have for my unit I will be giving them a call for it.

***********ATTENTION*******These guys will rip you off in a minute. They are dishonest disrespectful and need to be arrested and prosecuted for ripping off our community for so many years. Those 5 stars rating are fake. As a military veteran I will take the opportunity to warn all of my fellow veterans and active duty members, dont allowed these fake AC repairman to come close to your house. I will be referring their business to the Better Business Bureau and to Fort Hood post command to put them off limits to military members.

I use American home shield. They got the contract and took the payment of 100.00 never called or returned 1 of my 11 calls to set an appointment 1 month later I am still trying to get my dishwasher fixed because they lied and said the service had been completed .
