We had our 2 existing hvac systems replaced the whole experience was amazing. Spencer was super good at communicating and answering any questions we had they even got everything put in way ahead of schedule from original estimated date. They also had the best pricing in the area

Excellent experience from start to finish. Terrific meeting with Spencer to discuss all aspects of putting central air and heat in my 61 yr. old house that had 3 heat pumps, 2 of which were not working. He was not pushy, quite the opposite. He offered several brands, and price points, explaining the differences. When we met, he was already scheduled for about 6-8 weeks out. That was acceptable. I will honestly say, that though I had phone conversations with 2 or 3 companies, I chose to meet with only Honeycutt. I have a good sense about people, which I have grown to trust. There was not a slip anywhere in the process. The installers were all family and worked in perfect unison. They were respectful, professional, and just good people to have working in my home. I do not think I could have made a better choice than Honeycutt Air Conditioning!

Just had a Great Experience with Honeycutt AC! The work was performed by an Apprentice, Cullyn , under the supervision of the journeyman. Im sorry but his name has slip my mind. But I will Highly Recommend Honeycutt AC to family and friends! Thank You.

I choose them bc of the reviews and then was disappointed in the scheduling. I accepted an appointment several days out so I could be the first appointment of the morning. Was told between 8:30&9. At 9:30 still nothing no communication so I called was told my tech was on another call. I finally had to call into work bc they were so late. Tech didn’t show until 12:20! Once he was there he took care of business and took no time to get the AC tuned up and checked out. He gave great advice on what to do keep the unit running.

My ac quit working on a late Saturday evening. I called Honeycutt and Carson immediately called me back. Since it was late we both agreed on Sunday morning. Carson continued to communicate with me when he would be at my house. He was very pleasant , polite and methodical. Within an hour or less he had found the problem and we were up and running. We have used them before and they are our first call with ac issues

I recently had Honeycutt correct some issues we had from the builder’s A/C contractor. Spencer came up with a great plan a quoted a very fair price. His crews came out earlier than scheduled and completed the work very quickly. They meticulously cleaned up the workspace and did very high quality work. Our system is running great even with these high summer temps!

Spencer was always very helpful and honest with me. My ac went out within a week of moving into my house and I was new to bellville. He helped me when he didn’t have to and I hadn’t even contracted him to do a job for me. Once it came down to finally replacing my entire ac system I used Honeycutt and Spencer made it as painless as possible and I couldn’t be happier with the job him and his guys did! Honeycutt Air is exceptional all the way around. The ladies in the office are noteworthy and always welcoming even on what seems to be their busiest of summer days. When I’ve had an issue the staff were prompt to assist with all hands on deck. The knowledgeable and informative tech fixed problems quickly. He was clearly skilled and profound in his expertise. He was able to explain his finding in a way I comprehend. Also he had all parts that was needed on hand. The tech also checked in a few days later to make sure things were as they should be. With the quick time and great service you can tell this company is remarkably experienced as well as upholding superior customer relations. Overall very pleased with the service of their skilled and professional employees.

I have been with Honeycutt for several years and have always found them honest, reliable, and fair. So it was without hesitation that I contacted them on Monday, 8 May 2023, when my AC quit working.On 11 May, The team rolled in at 8:17, and by 8:30, the work had begun. They were organized, efficient, and courteous and did not disturb my nesting birds over the front door. 😊When I returned home later, my AC was on, and the house was comfortable. The crew left the property without a hint they had been there.My thanks to Mike, Kaitlyn, Fallon and to the Honeycutt family.

System stopped cooling. Called Honeycutt to inspect the system. Turns out the coil in the system upstairs in the attic had tiny pin holes in it. They tried to fix it but more holes kept popping up. Honeycutt under the manufactures warranty replaced the coil and got my system back up and running within a week. Honeycutt’s team is top notch. They were very thorough very clean and took care of everything within three hours after getting the new coil. I really appreciate doing business with a professional team.

Our Ac broke and man is it HOT in texas! Honeycutt Air Conditioning came through and fixed the problem in a very short time period. Professional people with amazing customer service skills. You can tell they are family oriented and have a lot of experience. Ill be recommending them to everyone I know !

We have always been so pleased with Honeycutt Air. This time it was just the HVAC biannual service but I thought it was worth mentioning how thorough and great they always are. Our technician was Carson and while all techs have always been great, my husband and I were so impressed with Carson. He was outstanding both professionally and technically. Steve Honeycut has to be the most arrogant man I have dealt with. Absolutely not customer service friendly. He has to have the last word. Our pull down ladder broken his tech, only one’s previous use his worker all he say is your house built in 85 , and broke. Was not broken and doesn’t matter when house built. Therefore I have to buy new pull down stairs to attic and have installed. Thank you very much Steve Honeycut I will never recommend your company. You have extremely bad customer relations.

HUGE SHOUTOUT TO HONEYCUTT AIR CONDITIONING IN BELLVILLE, TX!!!We came home from church on Sunday to find our AC unit froze up. We tried turning it off, thawing it out, turning it back on, etc. Nothing worked.On Monday, Spencer Honeycutt sent Collyn Tieman out to check things out. Prognosis: we needed a new inside and outside unit … something we feared was coming. Honeycutt office employee Fallon Navarro called with Mike Kasprowisk’s estimate on a new unit that afternoon, Mike ordered it, then Fallon called around lunch today to say that a crew would be coming shortly to install our AC.Eddie, Estaban, and Juan came this afternoon and installed our units! Unfortunately we had a terrible experience with Honeycutt. They put in a Mitsubishi system in our new-build house and it never worked right. Never fully cooled or heated and often would give an error and not work at all. We always gave them the benefit of the doubt and asked them to come out numerous times to work on it which never solved the problems and always left us with expensive service or coolant bills. We eventually stopped calling them to come work on the system because they never could get it to really work. The Mitsubishi system eventually completely broke just over 3 years after it was installed and we had to have the entire HVAC redone in our home (a huge expense). We finally used another HVAC company and found out that Honeycutt never fully hooked up all our vents, the Mitsubishi system was way over wired and not right for our space, and (unknown to us) several of our vents never even had filters on them (causing us a lot of abnormal allergies). Just a terrible experience and very disappointed in Honeycutt - unfortunately cannot recommend them to anyone. And if they try to put in a Mitsubishi system just say no!!

Awesome experience with this company! After several bad experiences with a Columbus company I called Honeycutt—convinced I was going to need a whole new system upstairs. Spencer came out, fixed the problem quickly and cheaply, and assured us we didn’t need to replace the system—all with an awesome, can do attitude. I really appreciate when a company is honest and doesn’t try to upsell me something I don’t need. Moving forward these are the only guys I’ll call.

We were having our 4th of July celebration on Saturday the second, woke up Sunday with a house full of people and a 29 year old unit not working. I called and the answering service said the technician on duty would call me shortly and explained the after hours charge and I accepted those charges immediately as I had already started adding up the cost to put everyone in hotel rooms. The technician arrived and I’m sorry I’m terrible with names and started working his way through the problem and remember I said 29 year old unit which I don’t think this young man was too much older than my unit but in 30 minutes it was running and although it had gotten to 83 degrees in the house with every one still in the house he hung around until he was positive it was going to cool and told me to call him if it quit cooling. I am happy to say it is 68 degrees and we are a happy family to have Honeycutt been available on the holiday weekend.

Honeycutt A/C is great. They installed a 3.5 ton Lennox system for us on March 26, 2015 and it was an awesome experience. They kept everything very clean. Every bit of the old system was removed and carted off. They took the time to balance the air flowing through all the vents and we never had an issue. The house cools very quickly and were saving lots of money with a 16 SEER system at a really good price. I recommend Honeycutt to everybody in my area.

These folks are awesome! Several years ago we had lots of issues with another company and Honeycutt, Steve & Spencer and their team fixed everything! They have been our team since and continue the great service! Kevin, their office folks are just totally on the ball! Would highly recommend them!

The guys at Honeycutt AC are the real deal! Fixed me up with a whole new unit and got me up and running in 1 day! Great price, great crew, great service. They did exactly what they said they would do for the exact price, no add ons or unexpected fees. I highly recommend this great company run by some amazing people!

Was fine with the company until I decided to use a different company to install my new unit which came with a 2 year service contact. Had prepaid a year in advance. Made 3 calls to ask for a refund on the service contract I was attacked the manager. I think she tried to engage me in an argument but I’m way to mature for that. Still waiting on a copy of the contract she says clearly states no refunds. Keep the money Honeycut I’ll do something else for services

My heat would not turn on during the weekend so I gave them a call. They came out and after about 2 hours said I need a new pressure switch and burners needed to be cleaned. They offered a work around which really wasnt worth it until they have the new switch which wouldnt be order until Monday. Meanwhile I was without fully functioning heat. I was charged a total of 364.00 just to tell me I need a new switch and my heat was still not working properly. So if you have an issue with you air conditioning, be aware of the additional 100.00 fee if its not during their normal business hours which is not something I was not told. The only reason for the additional star is because they were very polite and professional.

What can I say about this company? The service/installation teams knows what they’re doing and get it done quick, the price was fair, the timeframe was perfect, and the people are great. The Honeycutt’s are a great family and business! They will continue being my go to for A/C work!

Steve and his crew, are, according to me, the best a/c company in Austin and four surrounding counties, period. Great service, new home installation, the best. Ive been a builder for 40+ years. I know quality, and thats Honeycutt a/c.

I would highly recommend Honeycutt Air Conditioning. I own an old home built in 1928 that had an HVAC system installed about 1990. Honeycutt replaced the entire system with a Trane XL18i Two Stage system with gas furnace downstairs with a Mitsubishi Ductless Mini-Split system for the upstairs. This included fixing the many deficiencies in the duct system, installing a Trane Clean Effects electrostatic air filter and Trane XL824 Nexia compatible control.Steve, the owner, came out, specified and quoted the system. His recommendations aligned with my prior research, especially on the advantage of using a Mini-Split for the upstairs rather than expecting the main unit to service both floors. The install team worked well together and kept the work area cleaner than when they started.Please give these folks a try. Many negative reviews that you find on the web for any service provider often do not hold up to close inspection, so I usually dismiss them unless there is a common thread across many different reviewers. This company is customer focused and I am sure you would have a positive experience with them.

Amazing people! Quick response when my ac went out on a Saturday! They gave me a quote quick and explained everything to us when we had questions! When they put in our new unit they did a great job!!! Our Trane XR is working great!! Couldnt have asked for a better team!

Installed a Trane 4 Ton A/C w/programmable thermostat to replace a unit that was 15+ years old. I was given a ballpark estimate over the phone & installers were curteous, professional and answered any questions I had. They also cut and placed an additional duct in our kitchen since there was only one. This was done because I asked for it. When they were finished I did not see any trash or scraps or any evidence of the old unit. The bill that I received was for the estimated amount. I am very pleased with my experience with this company!

Responded to a late Friday afternoon service call with professionalism and exceptional customer service and attitude. Cant say enough good things about this family owned business that truly demonstrates customer first commitment. Highly recommend!
