These guys are the best! Barry is the ultimate repairman and great at troubleshooting issues (due to his extensive experience) as well as fine tuning the overall health of your system. He worked on our old unit multiple times and bailed us out of a bad situation on short notice. When the unit ultimately failed, they were super prompt about getting us on the schedule for a replacement (within two days). Colt was very knowledgeable and laid out our options and the pros and cons without pressuring us. The pricing was very reasonable. They went above and beyond in ensuring the installation was perfect. Now our house is cool and were set for life with a great company to support any future HVAC needs. Dont waste your time looking anywhere else - just give Moore Than Air a call.

The team did a great job today adding more insulation to my attic and getting an easy start installed on my unit outside. Was pulling 125 amps on startup and now only pulling 5 amps! Also flushed out my unit with ac renew to get it performing better. Very professional and explained everything in great detail through the whole process. Definitely will use them again for my ac needs.

Barry was absolutely amazing! He was able to come up the same day I called and looked through our house and fixed everything that our inspector and others missed. Our AC unit was leaking all over our hardware floors. Barry was here within 2 hours and fixed the problem and helped us troubleshoot future problems. As always, he was friendly and polite. A great guy!

Wow! We have had issues with our ac in the summer for two years now. Multiple companies have come out, looked at the unit, said well, it should work fine! Then took their service call fee and left, while it still blows 90° in our house every afternoon. Eventually we decided that maybe it was because we have no insulation in our attic so Ive been getting quotes for that service. This is what I set up an appointment for. I reached out in the morning and Barry was at our house at 3 pm the same day. We sat down and I explained what has been happening and why we wanted insulation. Barry could have given us a quote for insulation, scheduled the job, and moved on. Instead, he decided to figure out what was happening with our ac. He spent a few hours up and down, inside and outside, testing, looking, and SOLVING our problem! I cannot express how it feels to finally have someone committed to fixing this, and it wasnt even the true reason why he came out. Barry was so kind and personable. He listened to us and explained everything as it was discovered, and we made a plan for a long term fix. We felt really well taken care of. Thank you so much Barry!! I called 4 AC repair places, they all swore I needed to replace my entire system for $9K. Moore Than Air was the only one to actually be curious and care about me. They looked at my system and told me they thought they could get it working.They didnt schedule a follow up, didnt quote me for an arm in a leg, they just immediately got to working. They, under 20 minutes, got the biggest issue resolved. They then cleaned my outside coil, and finally fixed a leaky air duct. In all, they were here 2 hours. They monitored to make sure my air was blowing cool.Its so rare to find a family owned business and longer. Its incredibly rare in this industry to have the sales guy capable of pulling up their sleeves and fixing the issue.The Moore team are the good guys.

While he was at my house, he was courteous, went about his work efficiently, explained everything he was doing before he did it, and assured me everything was running fine, after some other company told me I needed an expensive repair done. This is the second time we used this company and they were amazing both times. First time when we had a bad snow storm and our heating was out 20 degrees in our home. They came out immediately on a weekend fixed it and they saved us from freezing. The gentleman name was Colton very professional kind and knowledgeable. I will continue to use this company for all my heat and air needs. Now second time they came out Mr Barry was also amazing he knew exactly what we needed got right on it and in no time we were back up and running. We were also with out heat and it was a Sunday. We had an appointment for that Monday but once I told them we were frozen with no heat they came out immediately. Mr Barry was knowledgeable kind and courteous. Again I can’t say it enough this company saved us 2x and we will continue to use them.

I wish I could give this company 10 stars! Colt was absolutely amazing and walked me through a quick/easy fix for something that another company was almost charging $1900 to replace parts that were functioning perfectly fine and still under their manufacturer warranty on top of everything. Regardless of cost, Moore Than Air is all about taking care of the customer and providing thorough, experienced, and most importantly HONEST service. Barry was fantastic in his diagnostics of my Heating and Air conditioning system. His simple process of elimination made sense of exactly what he was doing the entire time from Freon charging pressures to electrical issues. I pride myself on trying to find good and down to earth people that are looking out for others and find a passion in what they do. They were able to take 15 year old system and make it perform like it was brand new. I could keep going on to say more good things about this company but I would run out of space. Moore Than Air is the BEST AC/Heat repair company Ive ever used, across 3 cities and numerous properties.We reached out to them on Thumbtack on Sunday, and I fully expected to not hear back until Monday, BUT, before I could put my phone down, the son was calling me.From the very first word I knew wed found our new repair company. This father and son duo was polite, compassionate, knowledgeable, and patient with all of my families questions.Barry (Master Technician) had to drive to Carrollton to get parts for our system, and when I asked if he was sure because of how far it was and how cold it was he simply said to me I dont want your family to be cold tonight, Ill see you in an hour. He and his son really care.So if you need work done, Id definitely, 100%, bet my salary on these guys!

Moore than air provided us with EXCELLENT service they came same day and got my heat working after a different company came earlier in the day claiming it couldn’t be fixed and I’d need to pay 21,000 dollars. They were diligent and honest did great work and checked everything for us. The other company was just out for money told a lot of lies but not Moore than Air. We will be life time customers! Excellent service at a very fair price.Update we used Moore than air again! Our AC went out I sent a message at 2:30 AM and they were here to fix it by 9:00 AM ! Took less than 30 minutes and was super fairly priced! We are lifetime customers! Barry is awesome!

These guys are wonderful! My condenser suddenly stopped working Friday early evening. Colt and Barry came out late Friday evening (the same day) for us and determined the compressor blew. They took their time in explaining to me what happened and even showed me exactly where the failure was. They weren’t too pushy in trying to get me to get an entirely new AC system even though they advised me I need it. They were very accommodating and came out first thing the very next morning to have the condenser installed before my daughter’s birthday party. They did a fantastic job and even followed up a week later to check the system and ensure everything was working properly. Super knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. I would definitely use these guys for future services.

Barry was wonderful! Another company tried to tell me I needed nearly $7000 in repairs so Barry came out to give me a second opinion and was able to fix the issue for about $800. My neighbor referred me to him and I’m so glad he did because there are a lot of dishonest HVAC people out there but Barry is one of the good ones!

Barry from Moore than Air did a great job diagnosing our heater problem, short notice on a Saturday, and fixing it the same day. He, also, found another issue that was under warranty and came back to repair it the following Monday. The company is very professional about fees and services.

The fuel valve on my central heat went out and Barry fixed it within hours of my initial contact. He tested the unit for gas leaks and showed me the temperature difference between the air going in/out which confirmed the rest of my system works well. Fair price, fast/professional service. Barry is an amazing person. I know him for a long time and is a very hard working man. I believe he worked for a professional company for almost 20 years until recently he started his own business with his Son. I’am so glad for everything god has placed for him.There might be a lot of people who can just do the job but someone honest and who loves what he does is a rare. He has never disappointed us and repairs are always beyond expectations. Try them out I doubt you will ever be disappointed.

A few months ago, our A/C wasnt working, so we called them since they have good reviews on google.They replaced some parts that were defective, and as soon as they turned the unit on to test it, something started to smell like burnt plastic.The circuit board in the AC unit caught on fire.We think they crossed some wires which short-circuited the circuit board.So they had to go and buy a new curcit board (we had to pay for it, of course).This was a few months ago.Fast-forward to today, January 2024, and there is a freeze warning on the horizon. We turn on the heater and nothing...I called a new company, and they found out that Moore Than Air hadnt connected the heater back on properly when they installed the circuit board a few months ago.

They put the unit in but it still does not cool two rooms that they said would cool when they are finished. They said I needed installation in one spot that I added the rooms still are about 7 degrees hotter than the rest of the house. They came back out and did a pressure test said the duct was not big enough in one room still waiting for them to call back. For what was paid it should be cooling the whole house. It wad made very clear that I wanted the whole house to cool in the summer and be warm in the winter. The old unit cooled like this and they said the bigger unit would do better.

Came to look at my AC unit and suggested I needed to add a new part/soft start. Turns out the part he installed was defective. Been waiting over a month and a half for a new part, still no part and still have defective part on unit. Every time I’m told that I will get a call back with an update, it never happens. Just very frustrated and disappointed with this whole process.

Moore Than Air was great to work with. During the 2022 summer heat wave our ac system went completely down on a Friday. They came the same day to diagnose the problem. The system was completely replaced on Monday. They followed through with everything they said they would do. I highly recommend them.

I had an emergency and reached out on thumbtack. The business called me immediately and got me booked for an appointment very quickly. I had a lot of questions and they were kind and professional. They charged no more than the quoted price and worked quickly with excellent service.

Colt was the definition of customer service. On time and responsive. Diagnosed the issue quickly and give several options. At the completion of the service, he took me through each step of the repair and emailed me the system readout from the unit. No upsells or questionable service. Just honest craftsmanship.
