Our installation presented some challenges because of the old system, but they got it done and made it look easy.From the start Carlos explained everything to us in advance. He went over every available option with us, including what could and couldnt be done to salvage the 30+ year old failing system we had. Carlos I felt went above and beyond. Great service. Described recommendation, what he would do and cost. Our A/C compressor had failed on a Carrier unit with warranty expired the month before, and with triple digit temperatures in North Texas, there was not many options to get repairs completed in a timely manner. I researched some replacement compressors and decided to spend an extra thousand to replace and recieve a better warranty on a complete outdoor unit. After speaking with a couple of other repair businesses, Carlos obtained a replacement, had the unit up and running the next morning at a competitive cost. I may note that my wife is retired, I have a job that keeps me active, so we have been through many ups and downs with businesses there to make a profit. Highly recommend Air Conditioning Alliance.

I noticed water dripping outside and realized that things were clogged. I called Carlos and he was here the very next day. Not only did he clear the clogged drain he check our complete air conditioner system and has it running smoothly and cooling us nicely. This man, Carlos is just amazing! I am beyond grateful and impressed by these guys. I’ve tried so many companies in the past that refused to be honest and transparent but I have been saved. My air conditioner wasn’t blowing air or cooling down. These guys came and fixed it. It was a long job and I needed a coil replacement. Carlos got the pieces, came back, installed it and when he says it’s fixed…baby. It’s fixed. He took his time, both fixers wore shoe covers, cleaned up their mess and left me with cold air and a smile. Don’t sleep on these guys! They’re the best!

I don’t write reviews but I feel like I must do to the awesome service and quality from Carlos, our AC went out on a Tuesday afternoon. After calling 3 different AC companies that would be able to come out the same day Carlos was by far the most honest and best value. His professionalism and value cannot be matched. This company is absolutely fantastic. Our AC went out the evening of the 4th of July. We called them the next morning and even with it being a holiday weekend they had someone out assessing and resolving the issue within 2 hours. I was thrilled to find they had availability that matched my availability. Carlos even made suggestions for making routine maintenance tasks easier. I felt pricing was fair. They also cleaned my outside unit and offered to change my filter. I had just changed it, but they still checked it out.I signed up for their maintenance program. I could not recommend this company enough, our a/c stopped blowing cold the morning of 7/25, it got up to a whopping 89°! I called this company, this one being the 5th call, four other companies told me they could be at my house until the morning (to no fault of their own). But Im so very glad these were the guys able to work on our unit, a father and son duo at that. Carlos, the owner, was extremely professional and did not give me the run around. Just like any other customer, I expected to try and be sold some unnecessary work and product. He went through and told me exactly what was wrong and was able to fix the issue at an incredibly reasonable price. Highly, highly recommend. 10/10!!

I usually ask friends or family for a referral when I need to find someone for repairs but this time I had to use Google so I was a little apprehensive. Carlos was AWESOME!! He came out on a Saturday, was friendly, knowledgeable enough to diagnosis the problem without tool (accidentally forgot them), was clear and consise, and got the job done as soon as the part came in. I will be recommending and using him in the future.

Came home to an AC that wasn’t cooling and I found Carlos through our HOA page. I gave him a call and he was able to quickly come out and diagnose the issue. Found that my evaporator coil was leaking and it needed to be replaced. With it being the weekend, he was unable to come the next day but said he would be here first thing on Monday. Carlos and his dad showed up Monday with a new coil that and was able to get me up and running by the afternoon. Our AC went out last night and the company that installed our units said they wouldn’t be able to come out for 2 weeks. I called Carlos at 8am today and he was here by 9:30am fixing our unit. My husband and I woke up early morning to our air conditioning blowing air but not cooling. Wow! ACA was so wonderful when we were in a jam! We needed someone to come out within 24 hours in August, which is so difficult due to the high demand of AC repair, but they fit us in pronto. They were very thorough in their inspection of the issue, fixing and servicing our unit, and just absolutely wonderful. I will be recommending them to anyone I know who needs HVAC services.

Our AC unit failed late in the evening. I sent a 5 AM message to Carlos through his website’s chat feature and received a 7 AM start of business phone call to schedule service. Had a great experience with a full system install in my home. The original system was having one failure after another so I decided to take it out and replace the whole thing. I was really busy and AC alliance was the only company that would do a zoom video conference quote and we did it in under an hour. I called this company Friday afternoon after our air conditioning system quit working. I was expecting to get a trouble call by Monday or Tuesday, but the owner worked his schedule to get us seen that same evening. It was quickly determined that our 23 year old system required replacement. Again, I was worried about how long it would take to schedule and complete the installation. Here it is midday Monday, the first business day after discovering the problem, and we have a fully installed, fully functional new system.If you need HVAC service, this is who you need to call. My air conditioning stopped working. 104 degrees outside. I called alot of air condition companies. Carlos Medina with Air Condition Alliance made time for me and on a Sunday. He only charged me 79.00 for the service call. He fixed my unit, was very perfessional, kind, and made sure I understood what part had to be replaced and why. I highly recommend this company and will be using them again.

They were prompt,professional, and a 2 men father and son team. They replaced both inside and out air units. They ran new wire for the thermostat and cleaned up everything. I called in the a.m. and they were at my place in 20 minutes. They told me they would return at 7:30a.m. for the job , they were unloading the equipment at 7:20 . Nothing but good things to say about these 2 men.
