I spoke with Josh in passing the other day about some possible issues with my unit at my home and possibly having it serviced. He is extremely knowledgeable and was very detailed in the information he was giving me. I am planning on having the work done soon and will definitely recommend him and Thermacon to anyone who asks.

Josh was here today with our scheduled maintenance appointment & we were very pleased with his work! He’s a great guy & showed me how to take out my mini split filters to clean & how to reinstall. We were advised what we needed to replace & the cost for a future replacement of the thermostat. He is an asset to Thermacon’s Service & we always appreciate the service we get each time!

Josh was able to come early to the appointment, which was helpful. He was very professional, and SO helpful. He told me about a total air cleaning system that I could purchase that was very affordable, and left me the brochure. I dont know why the air cleaning system isnt advertised?! The only other question I have, is why isnt this guy in management? He was one of the best techs Ive ever had in my home, for service. Next time I call Thermacon, Im asking for him!

Josh was my technician he was extremely competent and professional. He worked quickly to diagnose my problem and immediately sourced the parts in the same day to complete the repair. I’m extremely pleased with the results and will be using their services again.

Thermacon is the best. Josh was excellent and was meticulous with his inspection. He found two parts which would need to be replaced in the near future and gave me several options. I chose to have him replace them now to avoid a possible emergency call. He explained everything, and I learnedca lot of interesting things and how to take better care of the system.

Service date 01/21/2025.Thermacon Was called for a no heat at the air handler. Within a hour of the service request, 3-4” or snow and wind chill of 15*F Josh pulled up and got us situated. By far the best service we have received. Thanks Josh!

Thermacon installed new HVAC system yesterday in our home. They replaced EVERYTHING including all new ductwork that they strapped and hung in attic. They arrived on time, went to work immediately and completed everything the same day. KEVIN, JERREL, LAYNE, CODY and CHRIS did a great job. They put drop cloths down everywhere that they would be working to keep things as clean as they possibly could with everything they had to do. This team of guys went over and above. They vacuumed and cleaned everything up inside and out before they left. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND THERMACON and this group of men for all of your HVAC needs.

Signed up for the cpl hundred dollar bi annual AC systems check. The initial tech that came out might have been new, but gave an all clear. Few months later we had water dripping from a light fixture. Called and they sent out a tech, Chad F.He fixed the issues quickly, and theyve stayed fixed. But more than that, i genuinely felt like he really cared and took pride in what he was doing. I think that’s a rare thing nowadays. I’ll ask for him every time something comes up. If he’s the one coming out to diagnose or perform the bi annual system tune up, you’re in really good hands.

Thermacon installed my new unit and mini split last year. They did a great job with the installation and keeping me informed throughout the entire process. As part of the installation, they provided me with a free servicing one year later. Phillip came out for the servicing and did a great job. We talked about things I can do as a homeowner to keep things running well. He even took care of a wasp nest that was inside my outside unit. All the employees of Thermacon have always been so friendly and straightforward. Definitely recommend them.

I called to have my ac looked at at 4:45 PM a few days ago. I was told that they would be there as soon as possible , as the guy on call was on another call. Josh Mcanally came instead to take care of the issue so as to not leave us without ac. After calling several other a/c contractors, and being given appointments next week, I called Thermacon. Morgan said Layne could be here between 2:00-4:00 today, so I jumped on it. Layne called me at 12:41 and said he could be here in 10 minutes! My house was 88 degrees! Of course I said yes. He was fast, friendly and efficient. Josh came out within an hour of calling to diagnose system, he looked over system and very quickly found that the compressor had blown on the unit. Josh recommended the possible options to replace our system. He then contacted Jerrel, who came out in less than two hours to look at the existing installation and to verify if there could be any problems with installation of new unit. Jerrel gave the pricing options upfront for the different systems, and after reviewing these, the replacement was scheduled for a few days later. Kevin, Cody and the crew showed up on time as planned, pulled out the existing and had the new unit installed in maybe 5 hours. The whole process was very streamlined and easy. Top notch service from start to finish.

My a/c is in the process of being serviced by a gentleman named Josh. He is an impressively knowledgeable and extremely professional man. 8/15/24Capacitor went out on my condensing unit on hot August Friday afternoon. Layne showed up in two hours and diagnosed the problem, told me the cost and fixed the problem. Answered all my questions and was through in no time at all. Thermocon is now my HVAC people I will call. You cant go wrong with this company.

Just wanted to say think you for coming down to look over my A/C before the start of summer. The tech (Jeff I think his name was, kinda heavy set white guy reminds me of Alex Jones) anyway he took his time to make sure I was taken care of. Had my old Carrier Infinity system replaced today. The guys from Thermacon were here at 7:30 and jumped right on it. Cody, Rogan and Phillip, along with Kevin Heartfield did an outstanding job. Complete removal and install of the new Lennox systen took 4 hours. I personally inspected the work and found it to be very professionally done. Their work ethic and quality of work are second to none. Needless to say, I am very happy with the work they did today.

Was talking to my family about my husband having allergies and me having health problems and Josh mentioned a Air Scrubber. We ask questions that he explained In details of how it worked and would help with our health issues. He came and put it in and very was professional about it and cleaned up. Brought our attention to the unit that the filters we were using werent good ones to switch to a different kind to help the unit. He was very helpful and Informative. Great job . I had a fan motor that was continuously running.I called to set up a repair time and Derrick responded within 2 hours of me calling. This young man was very respectful and professional and diagnosed my problem quickly. The warranty was out on my part by a few days and he was able to have the company honor the warranty. Parts had to be ordered and they came in promptly and Derrick returned to finish the repair. He is a fine young man and an excellent repairman who works for a great company. Thermacon sells a great product with Lennox and they stand behind the work and the product. I am very happy with them.

Jeff with Thermacon has excellent troubleshooting skills and very knowledgeable with his job in the Industrial side. Always shows up when scheduled and also available on short notice any time. When the job is complete it is complete. Finds other ways to get parts if vendor has a long lead time. Five starts out of five.Russell

Our business uses Thermacon for all HVAC work, and we’re very happy with our tech, Jeff Justice. He does a great job with all our equipment, but he’s a real expert when it comes to taking care of our chiller.

I purchased my Heating and Air Conditioner system several years ago from Thermacon. I have a service contract with Thermacon. They come out twice a year to check and clean my system. It has kept my system in top running condition. I credit that to the technicians(Kyle) that perform this work. I am very pleased with their commitment to customer satisfaction.

UPDATE: Dennis from Thermacon was able to look into this issue and resolve the problem in a prompt manner and apologized for previous conversations and inconveniences.Called this company out to check out an AC and why it wasnt cooling at a rental property. The Tech sent out claimed to have replaced the capacitor and said he would call me back the next day for a motor replacement. I never recieved a call and when I called the tenants to see how the AC fared through the night I was notified that they didnt believe the termacon tech replaced anything and was only there for around 15min. After hearing two different stories, I called another HVAC professional to look at the unit and send me pictures. The capacitor on the unit was dated 2017 and clearly not new. I called thermacon regarding this issue and did not get a resolution.

We called them and they made it out within 2 hours which was amazing. Our technician was Jeff justice and let me tell you this dude was like an HVAC rockstar. Our AC went out and this guy had us back in the cool before we even broke a sweat. These folks are like a team of air conditioning NINJAS.

Arrived on time. Did seasonal inspection. AOK. No problem. Now, 2024, their service is still efficient. We were supposed to have our fall maintenance service in a couple of days but the HVAC decided we needed it immediately. I called and was about to reschedule for later the day I called...and the maintenance service fixed the problem: a loose wire! THANK YOU THERMACON!

It was time for my maintenance, and then the blower went out. Philip explained the problem and that a part had to be ordered. The unit was repaired efficiently and the maintenance was done. I appreciate the courteous treatment and service. That is rare these days.

Jerrel Hammonds and Kevin Heartfield led a team to completely replace our 20 y/o home HVAC system in south Beaumont. We now have a zoned, quiet and much more energy efficient system. Everyone who worked in our home was capable, respectful of us and our old dog, did a great job cleaning up any mess created in removing all old equipment, inside and out. We’ve had excellent results is the past with Thermacon, so the decision to have them do this big, much needed job was easy. Highly recommend this company for your HVAC home systems.

Had the Fan motor go out on the air handler in the attic. Could not get a new fan motor for two weeks from the factor but Thermacon kept looking until they found a new fan motor else were. He also gave us advice on installing a carbon monoxide detector, as our heating system is getting older, and changed the batteries in our existing smoke alarms! Excellent customer service. Thought I might have an issue with my AC. Called my previous sales rep and turns out hes no longer with the company. However, Kevin called me back and asked about my system, listened to my issues, discussed possible solutions, and... this was all after 5pm.The following day Derrick came out and checked everything, was very through, and extremely polite.You dont better customer service than this. After contacting Thermacon about my AC not cooling, Nick was sent to my house. He was prompt, and professional. After diagnosing the issue, he gave me options for repair, prices included. My wife and I decided that a new system would the best solution. Thermacon then sent out Mark, a comfort specialist, who went over multiple payment, and system options; that was on a Tuesday. Friday morning Kevin and Phillip showed up for a complete system install. The service they provided was professional, and efficient, with thorough instructions. They were friendly, and had a spotless clean up. Thermacon will be the only AC/Heating company that we use from now on.

I’d like to update the review I did in 2020.Recently, my REME halo air purification system stopped working. It was discovered during a routine maintenance inspection by Layne. He checked to see whether it was just simply the bulb, but it was not and ordered a replacement unit. Since the unit was still under warranty for the parts, all I had to do was to pay a small cost for the labor.When he returned to install the new unit, he arrived promptly on time, and installed it within half an hour. His service exemplifies the high-quality service that come to expect from Thermacon during the last 35 years. Everything I said four years ago still stands!Everyone I worked with--Mark, Kevin, and Lance--indeed, their entire team--did a superb job of helping me select and then install my new HVAC system. It included a state-of-the art heat pump, electric resistance heaters, a REME Halo ultraviolet light sanitizing system, a new high-efficiency filter at the air handler, and a new thermostat. Weve been using the system since July 2020 and have been thrilled with its performance. The system has been running cooler during the peak summer months, but the energy consumption has been consistently lower than historical levels. Weve been satisfied customers for over 31 years. This company consistently delivers excellent quality products and service in a highly professional manner, a true Search for Excellence company.

From the moment I contacted Thermacon for a quote to the very final checks of the completed installation just days later, Lance and Kevin and their team of technicians took care of me with prompt, professional, knowledgeable and thorough service. They arrived when they said they would, explained the work that needed to be done and completed it same day. After it was all done Lance followed up with me and I felt very reassured that I bought a great system installed by the best in the business. Thank you Lance and Kevin.

What a great company to work with. Thank you Lance for your time and effort in letting us know that a new duct system would solve the problems we were having and the fixes we had encountered were just that!!! And a huge thankyou to Kevin, Brent and Sam for the tear out and new installation. Kevin took time to come look before the job started to see what he had to do and then addressed my husbands questions and concerns about taking out the old duct system. These guys went way beyond the call of duty to get us comfortable again. They began work at 8 AM tearing out on a Monday where the temp was 41 degrees and did not get to 50. They worked until 7 PM to get the new duct work hooked up so we would have heat at night!! Then on Tuesday returned to tear out and install the new return duct system. When they left everything was swept neat and clean. This is a great company and they care about their customers. Their price was reasonable one that we could live with. Would recommend them for any of you heat and AC needs.

Layne Dotey did a Very Good Job in replacing our b/o Halo Bulb & Ballast. He answered all my questions with explanations that I understood, which was very appreciated.

I called Thermacon after the company I had a service contract with couldn’t find a blower motor and left me hanging for 5 days in June with no A/C. Denis, the service manager, was responsive and really went the extra mile—he took ownership of the issue. He tried his best to get someone out to me the same day. I knew that was a longshot, but I appreciated the effort. When there was a hiccup getting a blower motor out of Houston the next day, he made it happen. He set the tech, Philip, to pick it up and drive it directly to my house to install it. A little more than 24 hours after my initial contact, they had my air conditioner repaired. Everybody I dealt with delivered great customer service. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

KY their service technician came to my home on 8-10-23, checked the system said the breaker could be bad.Removed breaker reset breaker everything was working at that time. Well he was back on 8-24-23. Breaker tripped again could not be reset but he could replace it for a fee of $324.00 now on 8-10-23 I had just paid $162.00. Now I dont need to write how PO I was and still is because I felt that was poor business tactics trying to beat me out of more money. I will tell everyone I know not to use them. They should have replaced that breaker on the first service call. When you do right by your customers they will speak highly about your business to everyone, but when you lie and deceive that one customer will hurt your business more than you know. BE HONEST THATS THE BEST WAY.

We purchased our AC from Thermacon earlier this year and was recently contacted for our bi-annual service. Derrick came out and provided excellent customer service by ensuring and even contacting Lennox on my behalf to make sure that my the Lennox app and my thermostat worked correctly. He went well above and beyond to ensure I am able to use all of the capabilities we had paid for. I would highly recommend Thermacon based on this experience. Thank you

Mr Mark Ragsdale was very professional when visiting our home to assess our needs for our HVAC system. He answered all questions honestly and not just add a salesperson. My service technician is named Rhett. He is almost always the person that handles calls for service at my residence. Rhett always fully answers any questions or concerns that I may have, and believe me, I ask a lot of questions. Rhett is very professional, knowledgeable and polite. He not only does a very thorough job but takes great care in cleanup afterwards. He does things for me that he does not even have to do, like hand washing filter covers outside. I think if I needed him to help carry griceries in the house, he would do it. I am very happy with Thermacon. They respond quickly when called and do excellent work. I would highly recommend them for any ac or heating needs.

Thermacon is a really good company with well trained employees. The office staff (Penny) is super friendly and professional. I dont typically do reviews. However, when service is as good as it was with Thermacon they deserve a big pat on the back. My old AC just wasnt repairable and I had to have a new system installed. They did an excellent job, price was very competitive, and best of all they were very quick to get everything done.

Blake was super helpful in choosing a new unit that fit our budget. Kevin did an awesome job installing the unit for us with the help of Jake. What was supposed to take all day only took them about 6 hours. I am thoroughly impressed with their service.

I appreciate Erich taking time during the winter check up to explain functions of the thermostat & system. When I told him the heating system didn’t seem to be as efficient as the cooling, he made an adjustment to the system, and I could feel a difference in the air coming through the vents. Great system & always great service.

Have used Thermacon multiple times over the past few years. They normally have very prompt response and are professional in their service. Erik came out today for a scheduled inspection and did a good job explaining the system operation and answered some questions I had. Inspected and cleaned the system.

Had new Lennox Heat Pump installed last week. Great job by sales rep Lance. Sold me what I needed for my purposes. Right to the point and answered all my questions. The crew of Kevin,Layne and Philip were timely, efficient and extremely friendly. Answered all my questions as dumb as some of them were. I had a great experience with these guys. I called on Monday and had someone out there on Tuesday to give me a quote. They gave me a good price that was competitive. I accepted and they installed my new A/C on Thursday. It works great. Everyone was very courteous and helpful.

Do Not waste your time calling ! Women that answered phone wanted me to guess who i needed to talk to about free estimate. It is way to Hot and No Time to play guessing games. Excellent service. Not many companies will come to the Bolivar Peninsula to service an AC unit, and since Covid even fewer. Not only did they come, they were able to come the very next day. You dont find that kind of consideration for our rural needs in other companies. Usually service companies have one day a month theyll be out our way and if you cant work with them, itll be their next available date a month later. Thermacon, NEXT DAY service.

Had an issue with out AC cooling out house called at noon about 2 PM I got a call from a man named Rhett. He arrived at my house and within 20 minutes he knew what was wrong with the AC and had the AC unit up and running. Truly professional and knowledgeable.

Technician showed up out of the blue without calling ahead like I was told he would. Told me the coils needed to be cleaned and needed 3lbs of Freon. Quoted me 450 bucks round about. Called another company and it was a bad fan motor and 200 bucks... By the way it was the fan motor. Thanks Thermacon...

Calle for help to get Thermostat turn on, A lady who answer phone on 11/8/23 at 3.26pm said I have to google it, they dont have technician in office or they can send someone to diagnostic and charge 90$something $ . ISo said technician can call back .

Call for Service on Walkin cooler, They send the Tech, after 45 minutes comes inside and tell my Employee, your Compresser is Bad, took his first hour check and left,What kind of tech you are, you are not there for Diagnostic test boss, If you find an issue than fix it, get a new compresure, or tell us how much new compresure cost. etc etc. I think he find out that issue more than he can do. so just took his trip charges and left.

Bought 2 Lennox Elite systems from Thermacon 2014 . Also bought the preventative maintenance agreement on them that they said included filters. Turns out no one actually shows up for the preventative maintenance agreement and it doesnt include filters. Of course they said it never included filters, but thats what they said and the only reason I bought the agreement. One unit cost me about 13K and Ive already spent 2K in repairs. The other units filter rack and UV system were installed backwards for the first 6 months.In 2015 (after I learned one had been installed backwards) I decided to shop around for our 3rd unit. I bought another identical Lennox elite system from a different Lenox retailer for $9750 instead of the 13K that Thermacon charged me. Same unit, tonnage, seer rating and components.If you are looking for a Lennox unit, shop around.
