BEST PLUMBER IN THE GOLDEN TRIANGLE!!!!UPDATE (9/10/24):They had to come back because there was still a problem (which they warned us when they were here the first time that whoever built the house left a fitting in the 4 pipe under the house that didnt belong there and it turned and was causing what was flushed to just go into the mud under the foundation). Ty Malagarie and Evan came out the second time and we loved them. My mom is 80 and even though it was $8K, they gave her a huge discount plus a senior citizens discount. They also credited us for the first visit which was $1100.Im sure youre thinking $8K OMG (like we did) - it was a shock, but let me tell you, they worked for two solid days - basically digging a GIANT walk-in tunnel under her house in order to fix it. And they did fix it.My mom is driving me crazy to give her Tys cell phone number LOL. She REALLY liked him and completely trusts him and thats rare - she trusts NOBODY. I hope she doesnt drive him crazy.THANK YOU TY and EVAN for going above and beyond to help us (on a Sunday too)!When I have a chance I will post photos of the tunnel under the house that they dug - theres not enough money in the world that could get me to do what they do.***********************FIRST VISIT (9/3/24):If I could give them 10 stars I would!!! When there’s a plumbing emergency on a holiday/Sunday, good luck getting anyone to even call you back. I called every plumber in the area and they were one of two that even bothered returning my call and they were able to get here 9 hours faster. And they showed up on time!!Chris Payne was the lead and he was so unbelievably nice, respectful and knew his stuff!! He had two people with him (Mike on the first trip and Casey on the second), both were super nice!Chris ran the camera and showed us the problem. He could’ve charged my elderly mom into the thousands to fix it because we wouldn’t have known any better but he didn’t. She was so thankful!!They are a very ethical company and that’s who I will use and tell all my friends to use!

My wife and I sincerely appreciate Troys advice and patience. Its never easy to tell a customer how much a large ticket item is gonna cost but considering the fact that we had an older AC unit, my wife and I decided to purchase a more energy efficient system, which will help lower our monthly utilities cost. Troys explanation and expertise enabled us to make an informed decision that would help our familys comfort with an improved AC unit and it would also give us peace of mind with the warranty that was included with our unit. Great people and great service. They were able to diagnose and fix a major plumbing issue within a few days of being first contacted, far quicker than anyone else Ive dealt with and on a much larger project. There was none of this Oh, well have to schedule you for 3 weeks out business, but rather Well be here tomorrow to fix it.Ty and crew were fantastic! 5/5 stars

Trent was such an amazing person! I called with an issue and he worked hard to get my elderly mother’s water back in play!! I personally couldn’t do with out this guy and the company! Well worth the time and money! I will be using this company in the future! They have my business for life!

Christopher Payne- he was wonderful. Came out answered all our questions and even looked at extra stuff for us. We couldnt fix what needed to be fixed just yet at no fault of his. Hey yallJason and his team did a good jobThere were a couple of snafus, but they got around them and finished the install.Everything looks ok as they have yet to install a door and pick up the a/c unit Ben left.The team did a good job and finishes the job by 4, cleaned up and left. they were pleasant and courteous young men…Carpenter came to install the door, and he was not a finish carpenter. Door seems ok, but trim and fitting do not match the rest of the house. Wifey wants it all to match and for the $9k it should. Other than that, all the guys were good and efficient and pleasant. When the trim is good, it should be great. Thank you!Thank yall.

John Kirk is truly an asset to your company. He arrived and immediately fixed my problem. He even fixed my door to my inside unit so I didnt have to use tape to keep it on due to the installers beating and bending it up to get the unit in place. They were in a hurry(?) Trust me, you did not want that review. Still upsets me. Thanks John!

Michael Hall is very polite. He came in and went right to work. He arrived after 7 pm because the person that was due to come did not show up. The person that was supposed to come at 5:30 pm. Thanks to your phone service person for contacting Michael Hall on his way home. Im very pleased with his knowledge and explaining everything to us. He is a hard worker and you should be happy to have him working for your company.

Wonderful, so glad we called Efficient Systems for our AC. Our system was relatively new (installed by a different AC company), but for many years the air flow in our house had been uneven. This past cold spell, there was a 10 degree difference in the two halves of our house. The Efficient Systems techs were friendly, polite and very knowledgeable. They thoroughly looked at all components in our system, including the attic, and explained what they were doing. Using duct instruments, they adjusted our vents until they were balanced in air output. Efficient Systems has made us so happy today.

We were serviced by your technician Mark, who was a very curtious, and professional young man. He seemed very knowledgeable about his profession. Because of his attitude, I ( we) highly recommend your techs and company! Keep up the good work Mark.

Thank you so much Mike Hall and Deon Williams for the superb service. I came home to an overflowing blown out water heater which needed to be replaced. Ive been experiencing slow drainage. Mr. Williams was able to correct that problem as well. I am grateful for their efficiency and excellent response to my issues. This company lives up to their name.

Jon was very knowledgeable. He was empathetic when letting us know that our compressor had completely stopped working. He clearly explained all options to us as well as prices and was helpful with any questions or concerns we had or may have at in the future and left us his number. This is what customer service is supposed to be and It truly does make a difference in how someone feels during unfortunate circumstances. If the install is anything like the experience we’ve had so far I have no worries.“Update” Originally I was more than a week out from getting my install but they were able to get me done on day 7 thankfully. The install went very well and was up and running in no time. The 2 man crew set up sheets in the house where they would be walking to and from and made sure everything was ok the way they had it set up. Jason addressed and fixed any issues I had concerning my new unit before they left.

We have worked with Efficient Systems for almost ten years. John McDonald is a regular at our house. He is always kind and courteous and really knows our system and our needs. I trust John and all the other technicians at ES to do their best and keep us informed.

Our AC had stopped working over the weekend and when we called for a technician, Jon, arrived within an hour of our call. His presentation was very thorough, including the financing options and explaining the warranties of each option. He took pictures, pointed out the flaws in our current situation and explained what they would do to remedy the problems.We were very please with his level of knowledge and experience and expertise.

I lost the use of my air conditioner and didn’t know who to call i went on our neighborhood app and someone suggested Efficient Systems I reviews all the suggested businesses and this one had the best review. I called Monday someone was sent out on Tuesday accessed and let me know the problem and cost I had to wait 3 more days before it could be repaired but it was worth it they were professional, respectful and knowledgeable and also saved me money. I had Me.Hall come out for my dryer vent. He was super helpful! He went above and beyond to hat I could have asked for. If I ever have a need for help I would definitely hope he gets sent out!

Great experience and great service. Replaced my HVAC system. The team was friendly, efficient and very knowledgeable. They explained everything that they were doing and cleaned up after the installation was completed. The salesperson was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He explained all of my options and did not pressure me to go with a specific system. All of my questions were answered and the process was very easy.

Jon with Efficient Systems met with me in regards to replace a/c unit. He was very personable and knowledgeable about the a/c system. He answered all my questions and I ordered a new unit from him. I would recommend him and Efficient Systems to anyone needing a/c work. Later on this date Leyton and another employee installed my new a/c unit and removed the old unit. With an assist from their supervisor, they were able to get the new unit up and running before 5pm. The whole process with Efficient Systems went smoothly and I expect many years of excellent service from my new Carrier a/c unit!

It was a cold Sunday afternoon at 4PM when our plumbing became clogged and was backing up into the toilet and bathtub. Mr. Michael Hall was just finishing up his last call when he received my desperate plea (only bathroom in the house and six people!) He said give me a minute and Ill be there.Mr. Hall came right away and had our issue fixed within the hour. He was very courteous and efficient even though I know he had planned on going home to his family and finally warming up after a long day out in the cold. I was fronted with a $437. Bill today. I knew that I didnt have that kind of money. I went out and ask Mr.Roy, for help and he was too willing to help. He didnt even think on it. A++++ service! I was having issues with my heater/AC system with this crazy flip flop SETX weather. I called and they had someone out as quickly as they could get here! Jamaal was prompt, courteous, and explained everything. He even showed me step by step a few tips on how to keep my thermostat working for me. Happy customer, highly recommended!

Lane Norment was amazing help last night! We had an emergency plumbing issue with both of our toilets while my 4 yr old niece was staying with us for the weekend and he had the issue resolved within 2 hours. He turned what was a stressful situation into something that didn’t seem so bad. Answered all of our questions clearly and even answered ones we didn’t think to ask. Will be using the company again solely based off of how amazing Lane was. HIGHLY RECOMMEND if all their employees are as nice and caring as he was.

This is my 3rd professional from Efficient Systems. Their service contract for A/C and Furnace checks is invaluable. I had Mark Pecina for my furnace check today. Ive started to question whats the chance on me having 3 PROS with exceptional customer service in my home from the same business. I asked Mark if they attend a customer service training program, and they dont. I can only assume the owner is very particular upon hiring and quick to let someone go if not following his business standards. Mark explained why customer service has to be the priority. We need to build trust, your allowing us into your home. We want to represent our company well. Mark demonstrated ownership. It appears they have adequate time in their schedules to be very through and complete. In my opinion its not about quantity, but quality with the business. I wouldnt consider anyone else.

Our technician Roy was AMAZING!! Roy was very punctual and got our fan motor working perfectly on our AC. Our experience with Efficient Systems AC & Plumbing was great from the time of scheduling all the way up until the repair. I most definitely recommend this company.

Services Techs are friendly and knowledgeable. They dont push services or products, just show you what will help your system /home or might need replaced in the future.

They weren’t able to reach management to answer any of their questions. But the technician Michael hall was very polite and cordial . quoted 603 for this to be changed

Michael came out to help us with the plumbing work on our kitchen and laundry room remodel. He was very patient and answered all of our questions (which we had a TON of). He explained the what’s next and when of the job we want done very clearly. We definitely recommend him and look forward to completing our remodel with him.

Great service and very knowledgeable. Plumber Christopher Payne came out and talked to me and addressed the plumbing issues I was having, he walked me through the options of repairs, services and solved my plumbing issues. He never tried to upsell me on any unnecessary services, he was very honest and straightforward with me on what the problem and solutions was. I am very impressed and will be using Efficient Systems in the future for any plumbing or AC repairs. I will be requesting Mr. Chris again for any future plumbing issues.

Upon arrival, Charlie introduced himself and began the inspection of my unit in a complete and efficient manner. He was polite and attentive to any comments or questions I had.

Lane and the entire crew were hardworking, polite and patient. The large roots all over my yard were challenging but they didn’t complain. Lane and crew worked to get everything changed out and properly installed. They also cleaned up all of the mess. Thank you.

Mark Pecina came out and saved the day. Called at 4pm on Friday and he was here by 6:15 and gone by 7. Replaced two parts on the A/C and it was back up and running. Professional, knowledgeable, and very polite. We are always appreciative of great customer service.

While my estimate was free, and I appreciated them being able to come out same day, all I asked was that they put in a toilet. I removed the old one and cleaned the area and bought the new toilet and all things that would be needed to put it in. Chris was nice and all and I felt bad that they sent him out just for me to say no, but they quoted me almost $600 🥴 to install a toilet that I didn’t even pay $100 for. And when I said I wasn’t going to pay $600 for that, they offered financing. It was a nice thought, but no. That’s the last thing I’m financing. Again, sorry Chris, but for a toilet install, it was quite ridiculous.

The technician Mark was extremely polite and helpful in resolving my ac issue. I felt like he truly wanted to help me and was very understanding. Even when he told me it possibly could take days to resolve but assured me they would do everything they could to get the parts.

As always, my experience in working with technician, John McDonald, has been a good one. Mr. McDonald is very personable and professional and always explains in laymans terms what is needed to repair my equipment.

Jon was very nice he came early and completed the job quickly. I’m not sure how this works but I would have been happier if the $89 call out fee went towards the price of repair since it wasn’t just a call where he didn’t have to repair anything. Service was great, but the prices are EXPENSIVE. I’ll give a 3 star for pricing, but service was 5 star!!

John and his co-worker came out for routine maintenance on our A/C unit. They were both very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They even took pictures as they were servicing the equipment. I will 100% use them again for all my A/C needs.

These guys have been my go-to AC techs. They are ALWAYS responsive and completely respectful. John was my guy this time and he was a pro. Let me sit by and watch him do his magic. Taught me a thing or two (about AC that is). Trust these guys. It goes a long way. My AC has not run colder!

Troy did an excellent job on the yearly maintenance of my air conditioner. I have an older an conditioner but it is still running good. While he was here though. I did ask him to give me some prices on what it will cost me if I have to replace it. He was very helpful in explaining the different units that you offer. Along with a guide of an approximate cost. I really appreciated his time that he took. I had a lot of questions but he helped me with everything. Thank you for such great service. I will recommend you to all of my friends.

Mike and Deon came to my house fast after my water heater expansion tank started spraying water in my attic. They instructed me on what to do while they were on their way. Their professionalism was unmatched, and they also cleaned up any mess they had made. I have spray insation, and it was impossible not to track it. Mike vacuumed and made sure everything was in order before leaving. This was a first for me! Also, they were so kind and patient with me while I berated them with questions. Kenny McNeely has expert knowledge And is upfront and honest. We didnt waste any time going in circles. He described exactly what I need done in my home to improve my air and heating while cutting down on energy cost. Benjamin Montes and his crew amazing with my installation of my New A/C and Heating system. Replaced my entire system and repaired the entire closet with new studs, walls, and platform before installing my new furnace. He had a task to replace blower motor and found that the wiring was loose after checking all the wiring, switches board etc. It saved me 1000$.Great job John. We scheduled an appointment for someone to come check out the slow drain in our shower. Lane was our plumber and he was able to run a camera and found lots of grease in the kitchen drain. It appears that the business recognized us as a young and inexperienced couple and unfortunately took advantage of the situation. I was dealing with a minor issue of a running toilet that was significantly increasing our water bill. The only solution needed was a replacement fill valve, for which I was charged $350. This is quite disheartening, especially since I lacked any knowledge about plumbing at the time. After some research, I found that the exact valve could be purchased for $12, and the installation took the plumber less than five minutes.If you’re young or unfamiliar with basic plumbing, I would caution against using this service due to what I believe to be predatory pricing. Even after paying $350, the problem was not fully resolved. I was initially quoted $1,400 for the replacement of three fill valves and flappers, which, in hindsight, was highly inflated. I sympathize with anyone who, like me, may have been led to believe that such a straightforward fix would cost so much.A GM never got in touch.

I am writing to say that on Friday August 23,2024 I called in early that morning to see if I could get a service call. I did however I was informed it would be later in the day, after 5 PM. Around 620 PM I received a call from John McDonald informing me he was on his way.. approximately 15 minutes later John showed up and 5 minutes later he had the problem diagnosed and 15 minutes later he had it fixed. John showed a professional attitude and consumer friendly demeanor, I was completely informed of the problem and his plan of action. I was completely impressed with how my service was handled and it’s outcome, that’s why I’ve been a loyal Efficient Systems customer for over 30+ years.

I Kevin Kirk an associate install Andes HVAC system on my home. The were both perfect gentlemen and performed the work as they said, on time, with very little disruption. I would recommend this team for any HVAC install.

Update: we called them back to replace the inside unit. Our sales person Ben came out the next morning if and the install was the very next day. The techs that did the install were polite and worked hard. We called another company and while they were excellent too with customer service, Efficient was able to beat the competition by $1500 on a new outdoor unit AND come the same day so we could get our house cooled again. I would highly recommend this company for replacement systems repair and customer service. Our tech Charlie was great too.

I highly recommend getting quotes from different companies before choosing Efficient Systems. I called to get a quote for a tub/shower removal and instillation (decided to do it ourselves) then called a few days later to get some tubing moved up to fit our new tub. I was quoted more to have tubing moved than a whole bathtub removed and reinstalled….I ended up calling another reputable company and was quoted over 2x’s less than what this company did. Apparently they’re known for up-charging.

Were very impressed with the work from Mr. Depiano and Mr. Coward of Efficient Systems. They installed a new AC in our home and got us cooled off quickly and professionally. We really appreciate them and would highly recommend.

I have used efficient systems for several a/c and plumbing problems. Their techs are very knowledgeable and extremely nice. Jamaal was the most recent tech and i cant say enough good things about him.

Jon Leon showed up on time, very respectful and easy to talk to, and gave us options we could work with. We’ve always trusted Efficient Systems for our AC needs.

Everything went well other than we could not find where the water heater was located. We assumed it was behind a certain wall, but we couldn’t get to it the way they put this trailer together. The facing in the top would’ve had to been pulled out, so we’ll cross that bridge another day, but everything worked out and the hot water came back on. We think it was frozen and had to thaw out . The plumber did everything he could to resolve the problem and he said to check back if there was any other issues so all went well.

If you want to get ripped off and charged an insanely expensive price you can but I wouldn’t do it. The website says free estimates and then the technician Troy shows up, quotes me 17,000 dollars for a package heat/ A/c and I about fell down from shock. Farentech showed up after he left and quoted me 6800.00 for the exact same setup. Needless to say I chose not to deal with these ripoff artists. Oh, lastly when Troy got ready to leave he attempted to charge me 89.00 for his crazy quote? I looked at him like “Are you kidding me right now?” I told him the website clearly says the estimate is free. I didn’t pay the 89.00 because I wasn’t gonna get charged for something that was supposed to be free. Don’t waste your time with this company because if they’re gonna try to pull that kind of thing then they’re probably gonna try to mess you over too.

To whom this may concern. Troy Stutesdid a very good job in locating the problem in my up stairs heating and cooling system. It will require ordering a new heating unit to finish the repair. Jordan Davis and the gentlemen that assisted him came this morning and went straight to work! They have replaced the old Unit with no difficulties. The temperature has gone down from the upper 80s to currently 76° and our home is cooler now than with the previous Unit @ a lower temperature! Thanks Sir!

I called this pass Sunday as a first time customer, received a call from the technician 5 minutes later. Chris Lemmon’s called and confirmed the problem and address and arrived an hour later! Upon arrival it took him less than 5 minutes to locate the problem, he had to pick up the part needed and came back again in less than an hour and got my ac up and running. The whole process took maybe 3 hours, very impressed with how quick and knowledgeable the technician was. I decided to sign up for the yearly maintenance (saved over $250 on the repair signing up) 10/10 Recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

John, like thr last time was a big helpHe explained what happened and changed the needed part and heat is now on. He took the time to show me the defective part and explained the pros of replacing the unit inside and out.He did spoke about that the last visit 6 months ago as well fixing the AC. However Im near retirement and my wife and I are considering moving in the next couple years. And although this will increase the value of the house, it had no bearing when I bought the house.The outside unit is 13 years old and the inside is probably double that. If we decide to keep the house, we will definitely hire efficient systems to do the work. Even if it does cost a couple k more. Efficient Systems called to schedule my Spring visit for my yearly maintenance agreement. When my technician Jon Leon arrived, he was very thorough and even found that my gas heater was emitting carbon monoxide. He disconnected that for me as well as look inside my system with an endoscopic camera. He showed me photos of little stacks of rust in my pipes which meant that rust had fallen from the tops of the pipe leaving collapsed holes. We discussed a new AC / Heat system. I already knew it was time because I had had the AC repaired many times. He arranged financing in just a few minutes and the entire system was installed by an Efficient Systems team while I was teaching school the next day. Jon was in touch with me on the phone throughout the day. Incredible service!!!! Can’t recommend Efficient Systems enough!!

Technicians did an excellent job explaining the issues with my unit, and emphasize his safety concerns about my furnace and Carbon Monoxide poisoning. I would rate and recommend for his performance.

John was able to respond quickly to our service call. Our compressor was frozen (due to lack of freon) so he had to turn off the system to let it thaw and come back the next day (Sat). Saturday he was able to determine that our 16 year-old system was done and that we needed a new one. He explained all my purchase options clearly and helped me determine which system was best for us. I really wasn’t intending on buying a new AC but John made it as painless as possible. He has very good knowledge and provides excellent service.

John McDonald serviced our heating unit where the flute pipe exhaust vent separated from the roof vent and the heating unit. He made a temporary repair and arranged for tecnicians to return for a permanent fix.
