Bought my last two Tranes from Cobb. Great product but would not ever use Cobb again. Set up a service call to have them come out and check my A/C before summer gets here. Told them I wanted condenser cleaned and checked, also wanted the insolation that had fallen off my hard duct in the attic to be tapped back up. Wanted them to also check and see if the blower motor in attic and fan motor on condenser had oil ports and oil if so. Technician came out and looked at duct and told me he did not have his staple gun to put insolation back on. Futhermore he never put gauges on condenser unit and when he washed it out he did it form the outside of the unit to the inside. They were going to send out someone a day later but was going to charge me for it. $222 for a little water sprayed the wrong way on my condenser. No thank you Cobb. No more business from me.

Cobb A/C is the absolute best! We highly recommend them. They are professional and very quick to diagnose and fix A/C problems. Pricing is very fair and they make sure the job is done right!

I couldn’t ask for any better service! When I called it in the owner answered and was very professional. I explained our problem and he knew exactly what needed to be done. Fritz came and fixed our AC. He was able to explain to us exactly what was wrong with it and how he fixed it. I will definitely use them every time. I like to request Fritz. I recommend people to give them a try.

Cobb refuses to give their name over the phone, and they refuse to provide a time for when they will arrive. I believe they treat you differently when you are a tenant instead of a homeowner. Cobb knows they can get away with treating you without respect. I wish my landlord did not do business with them since Cobb knows they can get away with treating people like this.

Great!!! I cant say enough about the professionalism of Howard Gafford!!! He replaced my whole A.C. System in 2004. A couple of minor issues over all these years, still going strong! Overall, very good!!!
