BEWARE NOT GOOD2020 They Installed attic HVAC unit so water did no drain properly and didnt realize the problem for two years when vents started mildewing. I had to level it myself to drain and was shocked to see how unlevel the drain pan was. They did not install new thermostat as agreed and then wanted to charge me $900 for a 4 foot wire and $35 thermostat after install. They came out for the biannual HVAC inspection yesterday 6-25-24 and said I was 1 pound down on coolant. I agreed to have it filled for $55 per pound. Once finished the Tech told me he only had a half pound in his tank. So he had another Tech bring out another bottle! He used half pound from that bottle to top off my unit. He said he had to charge me $55 for the half pound in the first bottle and another $55 for the half pound of the other bottle. So it somehow cost me $118f or 1 pound of coolant on top of the $90 inspection.!!!? Not good business and he said that it is the owners policy on tanks. I cant believe its my fault their bottles are empty and they dont carry spares! Finally, Instead of backing out of my driveway he backed the van into my front yard grass to do a three point turnaround to pull forward!!! I back out everyday...What the heck. Last year the tech they sent had such a hangover he couldnt have a conversation with me so I didnt let him in my home and they sent someone else. I already paid for my fall inspection but I am going to cancel it because I just dont want to deal with this company anymore! Who knows what theyre going to do but it will not be business with me anymore? Please stay away from this company!

Garrett Woods was very knowledgeable of his job. He got my AC running in less than 5 minutes. Very professional. Educated me on the problem. Checked the whole unit out. Thank you for coming out even on a Holiday. Thank you Air Comfort for employing Garrett. Give him a raise. Great job Garrett !!!!

We had the misfortune of our outdoor unit going out during this heat wave. When the techs came to install the new one they could not have been nicer or more professional. Unfortunately I didn’t get both men’s names, but Gabe and his colleague worked hard to get us up and running before we had to endure another night of misery. Gabe spent some time with us going over pros and cons of various thermostats that we had questions about and was extremely cordial, even though I’m sure he was more than ready to head home and begin his evening.

I called Air Comfort around 9am. Had a technician at my home within 2 hours. I explained to Josh, the service tech, the issues I was having. He checked the unit and also pointed out that my vent out the roof wasnt attached which is a major issue. He repaired everything and made sure it was perfect before leaving. I highly recommend Air Comfort. Ive used them for years and have always been satisfied with the service. I had to take the time to write a review today because the issue Josh found was a huge safety concern. Im so glad he took the time to look things over and make sure everything was right and corrected the problems found. Thank you so much Air Comfort for hiring technicians that take pride in their jobs.

Called out for heater service on one unit, and the service tech checked the temp on the returns and out ducts of two other units in same room. Then was charged 3 service calls.. This was for a commercial building, but was not told about this and I did not ask for the other units to be checked. Very bad way of doing business. Will not happen again. If you call these guys out, Be Careful !

Great Service! I love that I dont have to worry about my AC. They come every month and change my filter and inspect my unit when needed. Kenny was very helpful and every other employee I have met is very professional and knowledgeable. I love this level of service!

I had trouble with my A/C unit a little while back and I called in Air Comfort for diagnostic and repair. Fortunately it wasnt anything too major and it was resolved quickly. I really liked the technician because he took the time to explain what he was doing and what was causing the problem. Thats something that I really appreciate because it helps me not only understand what the problem is, but what work Im being charged for. Ive not had enough A/C repairs to know how Air Comfort compares on price, but I was satisfied with the service I received and will most likely call them again it I have trouble in the future.

Matthan did a good job cleaning our blower. Only gave four because it is so difficult to determine what you need with HVAC. Good communication skills and I generally felt he cared. That is the most important factor in any house service I receive. Oh yea the price was fair unlike I received from their competitor.

Met with David in May its July now he still hasnt gave a quote or said the job is something they cannot handle. He just stop responding..its sad these companies are hinged on poor salesman..

This morning we had an Air Comfort technician Mr. Matthan arrive to diagnose an oder in our AC ductwork. He found mold & bacteria and suggested installation of an in-duct air purifier. He installed one for us. We were greatly impressed with his professional manner and technical skills. We rate him with 5 stars. GREAT JOB!!

I truly appreciate how quick response you all were on responding to our needs for our heating unit check and repair.. A huge thank you to Matthan. Matthan informed me what was going on with the heating unit and what needed to be done for repair. He also asked me about CO detectors that I did not have installed in my home and suggested that I install them. Oct 2020. Once again we have another breakdown of the hvac unit. A motor was supposed to be overnight but once again it failed to happen. Now we are to go without an hvac unit for at least 5 more days. Sad given 2 special needs children live in home..poor response. unit 6 months old already failed. left 5 days in summer heat. we had to call back to get answers. no follow up

Matthan was extremely professional, knowledgeable and efficient. He explained exactly what the problem was, fixed it and was on his way in an hour. Great job.
