I wish that I wouldnt have given 1 star but I had to. What a rude man. I was trying to give him business and have never been treated so rude. I dont think he is in business to make money...he must just need something to do. My wife even knew he was a joke. She was like who was that on the phone. I responded with he aint even worth discussing. She knew him as a customer of ours and said hes always like that and never has $. Surprise! Worst experience ever.

Well 1st of all we had to wait 5 days to get an appointment. Then on the appointment date I get a CALL from a service man not even an in person visit. He ask whats going on, so I advised him.He ask to give him a minute while he looks over my paper work.Says oh under Lowes, yeah they require us to fix it if it can be fixed, not just replace it.Tells me my washer pump is out and he needs to order a new one because he doesnt have one in his truck and they have them on back order. So he will order it and WHEN it arrives to my home, call this number and they will schedule someone to come install it. Now my question is why couldnt they have done this 5 days ago uf they were never going to come in person in the 1st place?????It would have been orderd and maybe on its way already. Or how does he know its really that and not something else without looking at it?Not very impressed with the service thus far. If it wasnt for the fact that we purchased the extended coverage when buying the washer I wouldnt use them. Im very disappointed with this service. I explained to the service man I need my washer as I have a elderly father that needs his things washed daily if not every other day. Service man says sorry nothing I can do. Believe me in the future this will NOT be my choice of repair places

Bought washer and dryer here dryer stop working in 2 months after we bought them then washer stop working a couple more months after dryer stop. Came to see if they had more washers they have ridiculous price they are part of the scammers that up the price because of coronavirus taking advantage of people PLEASE DONT BUY FROM HERE!!!!! Don’t allow scammers like these people to take advantage of you it’s worth the wait to buy from honest people. appliances sales will never be getting my service anymore and I’ll be sure to let everyone I know about my experience with this scammers!!!!!

Dropped our dryer off Saturday around 1pm. We expected to buy a new one. After we spoke to the owner about the issue it was having. Taking 2 cycles to dry the clothes, instead of making more money off us by selling a new one. He offered to fix our old one. $45 to diagnose and then that cost would go to the repair price. We picked it up Monday afternoon and it works like it was brand new!

I called to ask for a pump for a Samsung top loader guy said they didn’t have it, but offered for me to text him pics of my part and he immediately text back and said he had something that would work to replace it. 50$ flat. This is a legit buisness thankful for them I am!!!

Not friendly or helpful. Most. Items have rust ( they are used), but he keeps them outside in the open to have rain and weather exposure with electronic boards and still most are priced at $300 or more. Just go get the cheapest new ones from Lowes or Home Depot because most if these are low end units anyway.

Call to ask about my lg fridge told him my parts were under warranty said he didnt want to mess with it that he had plenty of other work... obviously just in it for money not someone that cares about customers .

I purchased a Refrigator with a icemaker. Large side by side, Not a small unit and not easy to handle. Unit made ice once and and when I called to have someone check the unit, I was informed that the warrenty is in shop only, I will have to pay someone to perform what I though was under warrenty. item or hire someone to take the unit out of the house.

Everything I have gotten from them has worked great if I have something broken washer dryer ect they will take broken and discount off of one that I am buying they do have warrenties and they do inform you that it has to be brought back to them to be fixed its just a small discount repair place and they are always working on something infact going to them this week to go get a dryer to go with my washer I bought from them

Do not, I repeat do not give them your business. There’s a reason they sit up there and don’t tell you til the last second that there’s no refunds on appliances none of it is worth it

Very rude and unprofessional over the phone, didn’t have time for me to explain the issue that I was trying to get resolved after he is the one that called me back.

Very Rude!! I called to check on selling my washer and dryer. The guy that answered said I dont have time to talk about it, bring it in. Horrible customer service!!
