ServePro Of Beaumont was absolutely amazing! Our hot water heater in our attic failed and flooded half of our home (2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and our living room). They arrived quickly and explained the process to us and were so kind knowing our whole life had been thrown into unexpected chaos! They got us dried out after a few days and let us know what to expect next and answered any and all questions we had, as we have never had this happen before. I cant say enough about ALL of the employees that came and helped. Did I mention they even worked through the weekend! Awesome all around! I dont want to flood again, but I know if I ever need their services, I will definitely reach out to them first! Thank you so much to every employee at Servepro Beaumont!

We had a fire in our garage, and Jacey from servepro came out the following day to access the damage, she was friendly and very knowledgeable. They were able to work us in very quickly for remediation, and demo. The Job File Coordinator Kaleigh kept me updated every morning so I knew exactly what would be done each day. The communication was great , they were quick, friendly and did a very thorough job.

All the staff I dealt with were friendly and patient with all my questions. They went above and beyond to make dealing with a horrible experience easier. I would use them again and recommend them to all. Thanks so much to all the staff, I really appreciate all you did!

This was the preferred vendor for my insurance company. They came out within a couple of hrs after a water pipe burst in my house. Thank you to Manny and Dylan, polite, professional, they covered up everything because I was afraid of roaches getting in after they opened the wall, they also calmed my nerves about the water leak. Also manager Anthony was easy to contact and he came on the phone quickly and then came to my house personally to answer some questions, he was candid. My house is now dry and has no odor. I only wish that Servepro could have done the construction as well, they were too busy at the time. Im still waiting to get my repairs done with another company.I like the way they treated me and were easy to call, both Manny and Anthony I called them several times, also the secretary was nice, and I do appreciate that.

WARNING...If fast, reliable, and knowledgeable is what youre looking for, go elsewhere!! After lightning caused minor fire and water damage to our home, it took them 18 days to pack up contents and then proceeded with remediation. By this time, mold had spread throughout cabinets, walls, ceilings, and even clothes. During the tearout, they were clueless as to how much they should and should not tear out. They failed to remove multiple areas that contained mold. I found giant bags of our clothes that they put out with the trash. Several items were broken by the workers. They claimed to be photographing and itemizing everything that was lost, to aid in insurance filing, but what they actually did was take poorly lit photos of piles and labeIed them miscellaneous items. Needless to say, for the re-building, I did not allow them to continue working after so many issues; however, upon completion, we had to rely on them to transport the contents back from storage. It took them 3 days to return everything. Apparently, everything was not cleaned and kept in a climate controlled environment because one of the first things I saw was a plastic storage bin containing condensation all around the inside and irreplaceable hats that were damp and growing mold and mildew. I have yet to open another box because Im afraid of what Ill find next. This company should be shut down. Their own employees talk about the high turnover rate of workers and how two men are expected to do the job of 4 men most of the time. Worst experience of my life and its not over yet.

The service was great and the woman on the phone is very helpful, knowledgeable, and quick to respond.

ServPro has handled 2 water losses for us. They were professional, knew exactly what they were doing, were able to provide trusted references for the repair work we needed and took care of everything insurance related on their end. I would definitely recommend their team to anyone!

The fault is mine The shock and confusion and damage was such that I did not remove some important items from the house soon enough.One area if concern. I had/have fragile items I wanted to be stored safer. They were old prints and oil paintings from long-deceased relatives. I found some of them outside exposed to the elements. Thankfully I was able to rescue some of them.The workers do good work. They have no idea what items the clients of ServPro hold sentimental. And rains come and they do protect items with tarps.Overall ServPro and their workers do a hangup job and the company provides a valuable service

We had a house fire and was recommend servpro by our insurance company. They are horrible after they get the money they take their time fixing everything. I call the supervisor and he always say hes going to come look at the house. He have never came to the house. The electricians that work for him was caught drinking on the job I told him about it and also took pictures. He still never came out to look at the damage that was caused by his drunk employees. He want to say maybe a intruder did it. Do not use them they are horrible. Plus they will over charge you. $10,000 for a small kitchen burn.

Lucas from Servpro came out and did a free observation for my ceiling. As soon as I called him, he was here in less than 20 minutes and was able to tell me what was wrong. I definitely would recommend him and this company!

On Monday January 15th I took an 8 x 10 wool rug to have cleaned at Serve Pro Nederland. I have used them before. I was told it should be ready on Friday, the 19th. The ice storm hit on Tuesday. I called to check on the rugs status Friday morning and was told it would be two or three weeks due to the ice storm. I was told they are an Emergency Services company and those come first. I obtained the regional managers name, Lucas Bell and spoke with him. He assured me that it wouldnt be near that long. I called today, the 23rd to check on the status and was told they had 65 more emergencies come in and they hadnt even started on my rug. I was unable to contact Mr. Bell to find out why. I called the Corporate Office and was basically told that each Serve Pro is locally owned and Corp really doesnt have a lot of control over them. I contacted another franchisee from a different city and was told they would meet me half way and have my rug back by Thursday noon. I went to pick up my rug and the only words spoken was May I help you?. I gave them my name and after a few minutes two guys loaded the rug in my truck. No thank you, sorry we couldnt help you, dont come back, etc.It would only take an hour or so to clean the rug. At 2:30 today there were three (3) guys in the office and another three (3) in the outside work area. Seems like cleaning a small rug would be quick extra revenue since six (6) werent out in the field working. Guess not, so it seems to me if you dont have an emergency SERVE PRO NEDERLAND doesnt want your business.

Ive worked with Ashley of ServPro Nederland during Imelda recovery. She is very responsive, professional and customer service oriented. Lucas is active in the community and really cares about SETX. Ive had a positive experience and would recommend doing business with them.

We had a lot of water damage to my son’s bedroom after a recent storm. I had assumed that this would just be simple flood damage, and then the insurance company decided to classify it as water and wind damage. I wasn’t even sure that I had mold damage. But there was extensive mold damage where I could not see. Including in the walls, in the floor, even the ceiling had mold.
