Our company does quite a bit of business with Carrier. We frequently get systems/parts from the Beaumont location. Ethan is our “go to” for pricing, availability and any help we might need. He is amazing!He and Felipe’ have the knowledge and expertise to handle anything we call about. They always make sure we are taken of in a very timely manner. Carrier is very fortunate to have these 2 young men. Their work ethic and top notch. They truly care about the Carrier Customers!!
They sold me a unit 2 months ago. The compressor goes out and they first tell me 3-5 business days to get it and with July 4th approaching could be longer. I talked to the manager and he said they could express ship it and still wait 2 days. I told them it’s 100 degrees outside and we can’t wait 2 days, so he tells me to spend more money on another unit. They have a 3.5 ton condenser sitting there, but don’t have a compressor in stock. All the other supply houses will give you a new condenser if they don’t have a compressor, so your customer isn’t sitting in 100 degrees for 2-3 days. Especially with people dying from heat exhaustion with no ac out there.
This location (Beaumont, TX) provided a part to an unlicensed provider working on my unit. We were not aware he was unlicensed until after the said repair - which was unsuccessful because the original installation was incorrect. Carrier should investigate this location or they should require licenses before providing parts.
Lack effort to help us find part, front desk lady is quick to say no and not help because the part we brought in wasn’t showing up in their system. Would’ve been better if the lady would’ve at least tried to be more cooperative to see where we could’ve located the part at another store and not be so bitter.
Raymond has always gone above and beyond to help me acquire the parts or materials I need to get the job done, all of the staff are very knowledgeable and attentive thank you CE of Beaumont keep up the good work!
The salesman was very rude. I was trying to explain what I was looking for and he was busy texting on his phone. I drove over two hours to get there and will not be going back
They had a universal motor I needed and in my price range
They will not answer the phone. Drove for thirty minutes to get there while calling the whole time. Upon arrivel there phone was ringing but they still did not answer
Too bad I have to give a star because there are none there. Most clueless group in the HVAC business today.
