We had our conditioner replaced 4 yrs. ago and are happy with the unit and exceptional service we have with True Temp. We bought the service contract and used it once, this saved us a lot of money. I recommend True Temp to everyone needing a new system.

Outstanding service and prices. I called them in the morning, and by 2:30pm that same day, my AC was repaired. The service tech was polite, knowledgeable, and worked quickly. I will definitely use True Temp again.

These guys are super friendly, professional, and QUICK. They were respectful of our home, and even provided us with a window unit to use overnight while they were getting to us. We just had a hurricane so I know they are slammed, but they took the time to answer questions and get everything done right the first time.I doubt we will have any problems with our new unit, but if we know anyone who does, we will recommend True Temp every time!

Had technician Tristen arrive and he immediately started diagnosing problem with one my of central ac units. He identified the issue and repaired quickly but efficiently. Explained in understandable language what the issue was. Extremely knowledgeable and very congenial. Knows his stuff. They have me as a confidant customer!

He did a through job performing the AC maintenance and taking the time to explain what he’d done and advising me on how to maintain the unit. If I could give 10 stars I would.

Kevin, James, and Tina made this experiance awesome considering the circumstances! They resolved my AC issues quickly and efficiently! They communicated with me all throughout the process and made me feel very valued! They took pictures and explained things thoroughly. 10 out of 10 recommend for any and all AC related issues!

After my first visit from their team, Kevin provided three options to moving forward. I choose replacement of the outside unit and indoor evaporator. The guys arrived on time as scheduled with Kevin close behind. They got right to work, did everything as it was requested and then cleaned up thoroughly. Kevin came back later with all the registration information for the equipment. I have absolutely no complaints with the quality of their work or their staff. They are communicative, friendly, and professional and have my recommendation.

Our technician came in a marked truck and was very professional. He gave good advice on what we could do to maintain our air conditioning system, and he also did preventative maintenance on our system for a wonderful price. He gave us the all clear and did not try to sell us anything that we did not need.

True Temp is the most honest, affordable, and knowledgeable AC and heating company I have ever had. They actually answer the phone, and if you have to leave a message, then they respond really quickly.I recently purchasd a home that has 2 units, and True Temp has taken good care of me, including finding out one of the units was still under warranty, calling in an electrician about some electrical concerns with the unit, and not charging me an arm and a leg for any of the work theyve done.

I made an appointment for technician to come out to look at my air conditioner. Malcolm came within the time Tina said he would. He was very courteous and explained everything that would need to be done. Ms Tina is very friendly and easy to talk to.

My outside unit wasnt operating, I called them Monday morning and they were able to route somebody first thing, he had the correct capacitor to repair it, and we were up and running in under half an hour. Ive used them for home and now Ive used them for business, True Temp has been very professional and extremely responsive. Great company I heartily recommend them.

I had contacted my home warranty with an estimated service schedule of 4 to 10 business days. I contacted True Temp and had a tech, Kevin, arrive at my home within 15 min and diagnose the problem. As a plumber , I come across several jobs that require an hvac contractor. I have been recommending Kevin for years because I know he is professional, courteous and reasonably priced. Mr. Kevin was extremely friendly, and assured me that my baby, and young son would be back in the cold air once Hunter took a look.As I was getting off the phone, Hunter pulled up, ready to delve into the mysterious dilemna.In no time at all, he found the problem, and repaired it.We had an exposed wire that dealt some damage, but nothing too serious thanks to him finding it in time before the exposed wires shocked any of us, or our animals.I was expecting going into this to pay more than I had, but on the contrary, it was very reasonably priced. I feel like family, now, with the treatment and what feels like a price at a discount.Thank you so much for coming to our aid. True Temp gave us a very nice courtesy call, before the tech arrived. The tech came in and explained what he would be doing and went up and checked the HVAC unit, cleaned the drains and coils. Very nice experience

We had called 3 other companies before True Temp.2 of the business no called no showed.The 3 did not fix the problem. Kevin Weber serviced my home a few years ago for the first time. My initial feelings were honesty and trustworthiness. They have not changed. I trust and believe that he is for the goodwill of his customers and not to just make a buck.

Came and checked out my outside unit check the freon clean the coil checked all the wires inside make sure theyre getting the right voltage then they came inside and checked my inside unit and clean the7 coil and checked all the wires in it and now my electric bill should be about $25 cheaper a month they do great service and reliable people I would recommend them to anybody

My family and I had a situation occur with our central air and heating. We had had other HVAC companies come out and they were always applying temporary solutions and trying to get us to sign up for a service contract, all the while never actually addressing the real problem or discussing it with us. Kevin Weber and his company were referred to us by a friend and Kevin came out personally and analyzed the issue and discussed with us the best possible and long standing solution.His team arrived on time per the appointment, were both courteous and professional, and performed the job efficiently and correctly. Would recommend Tru Temp. Gets the job done the right way.He came out and fixed my ac, when first moved in; found a leak and some other issues. He got them all fixed. Recently he came out and fixed the furnace side of things.

I called true temp Thursday evening after talking to another ac service in beaumont that told me the earliest that he could come to my house was Tuesday between 3pm and 8pm. Kevin, from true temp came to my house the next morning and repaired my ac and he explained to me there was no way that he would leave anyone in that position. The other ac company said 24/7 emergency service which couldnt have been true.I will only deal with true temp. The other company is on pipken in Beaumont, dont care to say there name.
