They fixed my master cylinder & brake booster... $1400.00 💁🏼‍♀️ they have hard granny-candy on the counter, including my favorite, butterscotch - so that made me feel better. Front desk guy seems like hes dealing with a lot on his mind; I hope everything is alright bud 🫂*Update: its been a few weeks and my brakes are not feeling right, Im gonna have to see if theyll take a look at their work.

Im not one to complain but I’m honestly so upset with the service I received I really don’t know what else to do 🤷🏻‍♀️I had my 2004 Oldsmobile Alero towed to them because the starter had gone out and my front tire was flat. Easy enough. But as they were keeping in contact with my boyfriend we had requested that AFTER the new starter was put in I wanted them to take a look at my car and tell me what else is wrong with it so I could pay them to fix it.There are a few obvious things wrong with my car that would have taken seconds to see. I’m leaking power steering from what looks like the hard line….right where it connects to the reservoir….right next to the engine. I see the fluid sitting all over everything the second I open the hood.Also my radiator fan doesn’t turn on. My car is old and was once owned by a couple of at home “mechanics” i thanks to that I have to pop my hood and connect the wire to my battery if I wanted the fan to work and even then it’s like 💀 only one of the two fans turns on lmao. We had actually informed them them of this. They did offer to install a switch for me if I came back (super cool of them) but not only am I almost certain that’s now how that SHOULD be fixed, they straight up told me that they didn’t even notice that the fans weren’t working…even after we had told them. But they were kind enough to remove the wire from my battery so they could charge it a bit 💀There are other things wrong with it but I guess the point I’m trying to make is there are OBVIOUS things wrong with it that would have taken seconds to see if they would have looked like I had asked. So when I went to pick it up so imagine my surprise when I was given the keys and was told there was nothing hazardous about my car.I had reminded him of the issue with my radiator and then asked about the other issues and it was like the guy looked at me like I was stupid or confused or something. I had to ask my partner if he discussed over the phone that I wanted them to look at it before he finally basically told me that because it was only brought in for the starter and the tire…that was all they looked at… even after we had asked multiple times for them to please take it for a drive, run a diagnostic test, do whatever they had to do in order to tell me what all is wrong with it…because I was more then willing to pay them to fix it.I’m almost certain that if it wasn’t for the fact that I KNOW there are other things wrong with my car, these people would have been happy telling me that they didn’t see anything hazardous or wrong with my car 🥸 I lost almost a whole tank of power steering fluid in the middle of a horrific storm literally I think the same day. Im talking not only could I not see but I was already dealing with making sure I didn’t hydroplane. Like my tank was basically empty what if I lost the ability to steer my car in the middle of even a split second of hydroplaning?I really wouldn’t even be leaving this review if when we called to complain they didn’t rush us off the phone to “talk to the mechanic” but most importantly if they had just called us back like they said they would.Sorry for the book. Clint and Clark are my go to guys. I have used them to work on my truck, Jeep and even my RV. All good experiences. Prices have been very fair. Turn around was quicker than expected. I would recommend using them.

The brakes were squealing on my car so it was time for some brake service. Unsure if Id need all four brakes serviced, I brought my car to Eastex Automotive and got a call shortly after to let me know the rear brakes did need pads and rotor resurfacing but that my front brake pads were still good for around 20K miles. I appreciate the honesty and the service was completed quickly and at a fair price. Brakes feel good and no more squealing. When its time to service the front brakes, Eastex Automotive will get my business.2nd Review-May 2023:My car needed a new starter. Brought my car to Eastex Automotive and they replaced the broken starter with a new one quickly and with a fair price once again. 5 Stars.

I had to have major repairs right before I moved on both of my cars. I took them both here to get the final repairs that my shop in Dallas could not do. These guys did the work in a timely fashion. They were polite. When they called to give me the quote before work was done, the price I paid was the same as the quote. When I checked with my mechanic at Dallas, they said what I paid was exactly what they would have charged. No overcharging here. I am glad I went to them when I moved south. I will be going back for any issues in the future as long as they are in business.

Easttex Automotive has excellent service, good price, quick and efficient. They took my warranty and made sure my van was well maintained. Highly recommend.

Brought car to them at 1030 to have an A/C condensor replaced. I was told it would be 1-2 days due to their workload before it would be ready. Got a call at 2:15 saying car is ready. Very satisfied and I will be returning when needed. Also comes with 2y/r24k warranty when most shops are 12mo/12k miles.

These people are my hero!!! Had a dead snake up in the dash. (Long story so dont ask) These people did a great job getting it out, getting it disinfected/deodorized and back to us quickly. Their prices are more than fair, their customer service is great and they will be who we use for all of our automotive needs!

Eastex Auto is definitely the best automotive company that I have ever used for vehicle repairs and maintenance in 40 years. I felt they were trustworthy the very first time I spoke with them. I would highly recommend them and especially to a single woman.

Was in a bind after taking my vehicle to another shop. I needed a new radiator and water pump to get me back on the road. they accomplished this task all in a days time. even looks like they washed my car. will absolutely be going back to them for anything I need.

Ive taken both my truck and my wifes car here multiple times and ONLY took my vehicles here. Great service, good pricing, and transparency. If Im ever back in Beaumont I will only take my truck here.

The service is excellent! The staff took time to explain the issue with my car and give me options in regards to the best and most cost effective way to repair it. Everyone was very nice and friendly. I will definitely be back.

STAY AWAY!! Clark has had my daughters car for over two years. It took him 3 months to fix it the first time and they did not secure a hose and the car engine and transmission was ruined. Not only was it under warranty by his company but he said he would replace the engine again and needed to find a rebuilt transmission. After the first year, my husband went into his shop and spoke with him. He caught him in lies. He admitted to his lies and said he would update my husband the next Monday with an ETA on the transmission. He then dodged and ignored all our calls month after month. Finally, approaching the 2 year mark, Clark said he was not going to replace the transmission. We were so confused and overwhelmed. Why had we been waiting so long without our car...because he repeatedly told us next week he would have the transmission. Please run from this business. I wish I had read the comments on here before I used him. Im out money and a car.

In March they did a tremendous job on my other truck and today May 9th they performed a state inspectionPerfect service !!!I had them do diagnostics on my 97 Ford F250Im extremely pleased with price and service. I will bring them more of my work

My A/C went out in JULY!!! I had a great experience when I first went in. Also, after fixing the obvious problem, my A/C went out again over the weekend and Clark came in from home ASAP early saturday morning. He also fixed the other problem (which couldnt be seen until the other part was fixed) at no charge because he said he failed to check it. It was refreshing to have an automotive place be so transparent, kind, and respectful! I will be going back there for ALL of my mechanical repairs/preventative maintenance needs.I drive an 06 Honda Pilot and I trust Clark and his crew more than the local Honda Dealership.

Dishonest, ive heard from other customers personally that theyve had to have work redone b/c it wasnt done fully the first time (trans rebuilds). Personally i just would rather deal with someone around town i can trust. Also their website promotes that they are a NAPA auto care center which if youve ever dealt with it is a pretty handy actually but when i called they are not. i guess they just liked the business it brings. id strongly consider looking around for another shop.

Paid over $1,000 to fix my ac and when I picked up truck. They cracked my dash board in 4 different places. I called eastex automotive and sent them pictures of the dash board. The owner refused to pay for it and my ac only worked for a couple of weeks.

They will lie to you about their schedule to completion and keep your vehicle for months.I was giving every excuses they could think of to put me off to work on there fleet repairs first.. Ill never go back...

The guys who work here are GREAT!They do great work on my truck, theyre friendly, and they want to help customers and ensure that everyone leaves happy.
