Had an emergency need and was directed to this store from a friend. I was told to ask for Raymond. When I arrived I was greeted by just that man. He was knowledgeable and extremely professional and courteous. I am mechanically inclined but ac work is a bit out of my wheel house. Raymond verified the problem I had and was quick to find the parts I needed to keep my family cool in this Texas heat. Thanks so much for all the help and for having a great team in place to assist me.

EXCELLENT!! I called 12/27/22 to make sure they had the part I needed. The gentleman working was very helpful. I then stopped by the store and the entire premises are very clean, easy parking. Inside the store was organized and clean as well. The gentleman behind the counter recognized me from the phone call, he had my item ready and asked me to see the picture I had on hand in order to make sure I had the correct item. Great service and great pricing! This employee deserves a raise, sorry I didn’t get the name. I would definitely recommend and I will be coming back.

Who ever is working the phone at this time of day (10:00am) never answers the phone except to instantly hang up on you.
