Brought in a 2014 Jetta TDI, after spending upwards of 5,000$, the car left wdr with the same issue it was brought in for. EGR Cooler and DPF were “replaced”. Upon further evaluation I was also missing my skid plate, engine cover, and multiple missing bolts. My car is in worse condition now than when I brought it in. Lucky for them I can’t give a 0 star review.

This is my second time with WDR and I’d have to say that this place is definitely a few steps ahead of the rest. From the front desk to the waiting room, the shop to the service, they are top notch all the way around. The front staff was super friendly and helpful, the waiting room was clean, comfortable and fully stocked, the shop staff was knowledgeable and very thorough.The shop crew was more than willing to explain every aspect of the job in detail and in a way that I understood it. They kept me updated throughout the process and made sure that I felt like the priority. The owner, Justin, was very knowledgeable and friendly. He definitely takes pride in his business and does his best to ensure that he and his staff provide trustworthy and professional service while making you feel at home in the process.If you compare what you get from WDR to what you get from the other guys, WDR is not only more bang for your buck but, they also provide a much higher quality of service. WDR will definitely be my “go to” from here on out.

Came here to get my door handle replaced and was pleasantly surprised on how well the customer service was . I’ve called them about 7 times in the last 2 weeks to confirm a few things and every single time they not only have answered the phone but no matter who I’ve spoken to they’ve had a great attitude and were always super nice . I had to bring my toddler with me while they fixed my door handle and their waiting room was cozy and clean which was nice . Every employee who I came in contact with while I was there greeted me with a smile and a “good morning “ the price was reasonable and all together I had a great experience with them and will definitely come back when I need to!

Its only been a few days but so far I am very happy with the honesty and workmanship of the mechanics and Nick the young man I was working with. The only issue was the cleanliness of the techs. My car was left with grease and dirt on the driver side door and the gear shift. Dirt and mud on the driver side floor . Noticed also that the clip for the hood prop rod was broken off. Small issues but could be a big issue for someone else. I would still go back for all my mechanical repairs.

Truly amazing place to have your vehicle worked on at! Fast & friendly service! Very professional business and Valerie was fantastic when it came to calling me and letting me know what had been diagnosed by the technician and with a quote! Due to work & not being able to get there before they closed at 6, she also let me pay over the phone and left the keys in my truck for me to pickup! I’d recommend WDR to anyone

The team at WDR really blew me away. From the minute I walked in the door they went way beyond my level of expectation. I was really impressed with how clean and inviting the front desk and waiting area is and I was also pleasantly surprised to learn they work on both diesel and gas vehicles so I could bring my Audi back next time.

My husband and I own two F250s. Well he was driving home one day and the oil line blew off the turbo. So we found this shop on google and had it towed to them. They called my husband saying they needed to run a diagnostic to see what was going on. So they ran the diagnostic called my husband to let him know what was going on, only for them to also tell him that they don’t work on deleted diesels. So knowing the truck was deleted they still ran a $200 diagnostic on the truck. They made themselves some quick easy money. Well, we got there to pick the truck up to take it to a new shop, mind you the truck can’t be cranked, we weren’t able to put the truck on the trailer with how they had it parked and they wouldn’t help us with a forklift to just turn it around so we could put it on the trailer. Their reasoning being once they close out and account they can’t touch the vehicle, so there I am helping my husband push a 8,000 pound truck with a shop full of men that wouldn’t even offer to help him push it. So based on my recommendation DO NOT let them touch your vehicle id rather walk then let them touch anything I own.

This shop was awesome, they helped me diagnose a problem I have been troubleshooting for a while on my truck. Everyone was very professional and courteous. If you need repairs on your truck I highly recommend them.

Nothing but great things to say about WDR. The staff work diligently to resolve my issues ultimately helping me find out my vehicle was covered under warranty which I didn’t know. Thank You so much for the excellent customer service. Highly Recommend!!!

Great place to get work done. Really happy that I was able to get a rental to help me to still get back and forth to work. I was never prepared for this lose on my truck. I dont think anyone is. Was disapointed that the cleanliness on my truck. Fingure prints and oil stains in the bed and under the hood, on driver door. I was able to take care of it my self. If you need work done, I highly recomend WDR. They will work with you..

WDR has been the most communicative, straightforward, and overall amazing auto service Ive gone to. Throughout the repairs to my vehicle they kept me updated in great detail with what was happening and why as well as completing the repairs in a timely manner. They definitely have my business for any maintenance going forward.

My son needed new brakes and rotors. He uses his truck for his job and needed a fast, quick turnaround. We dropped it off at closing time and it was ready the next day by 3:00!!!!!! Excellent service!!! Oh, we forgot the wheel lock-they came to our house and picked it up. You can beat that service anywhere!

Alexis and the staff were fantastic! 👏🏼 Im the type of person who reads the 1 🌟 and 5 🌟 reviews before I do any business. The communication was excellent, the mechanic spoke with me and gave me some advice and tips. All around great experience. They have my business for now on.

I strongly advise against using this shop for any repair services. Based on a recommendation, I took my vehicle here for a transmission repair and ended up spending over $10,000 to replace the transmission and oil cooler. Despite this significant expenditure, I continue to experience issues.Initially, the technician who worked on my truck neglected to refill the oil after replacing the oil cooler and lines. When I returned the vehicle to address this oversight, the shop apologized and informed me that the responsible technician had been terminated. However, they refused to offer a complimentary oil change to rectify the mistake and instead attempted to charge me over $300.Currently, the new cooler lines are leaking, and although the vehicle is still under warranty, the shop declined to cover the repairs. Instead, they proposed additional charges for replacing other parts and recharging the AC, which was not part of the original issue and had no problems.When I reiterated my concerns to the front desk staff, they consulted with the manager. Upon returning, they informed me that the shop would no longer discuss the matter or work on my vehicle. It is worth noting that the front desk staff have always been polite and responsive.In summary, this shop fails to honor their warranty, charges exorbitant prices, and provides subpar service. I strongly recommend seeking repairs elsewhere.Note to your reply of this review below. The vehicle was serviced by your shop. The service cost twice as much as I thought it would cost. My other quotes were half the price but no one could see me as fast as WDR. For over $1200 they changed out the spark plugs on my 8 cylinder engine and one coil. I already knew that I had 2 misfires but they refused to give me a tuneup without charging me an additional $199 diagnostic test... same results as I told them. I thought the $199 would go towards the entire cost but it was extra. When they wouldnt give me an over the phone quote, I should have known that they were going to over charge me. I should have waited and took my truck to another auto shop. Expensive lesson learned.The owner called me and refunded the diagnostic test and made sure that I was happy with my service. I changed my 1 star to a 3 star rating because the owner made sure I was happy. I havent been back there because I traded in my truck after my visit to WDR. My misfires werent ever resolved so I cant I comment on that because I traded in my truck after my visit there.

WDR was able to get my truck in quickly and get it repaired faster than anyone else. Quality of work was great and only used OEM parts by what i could see. It was a little pricey but for quality and quick work will not be cheep.

Great diagnostics and GREAT SERVICE...!! And they were considerate with my financial issues that I was going through at the time.... I would definitely recommend this business too any diesel truck/car owner.

Alexis and Carlos made absolutely sure that I knew everything that was wrong with my car before I left there today and tried their best to help me with financing so that I could afford to have the repairs done on my limited disability income. I will definitely be back for any and all car repairs I need done and will be recommending them to all my friends here in Texas!

Today was a christmas 🎄 Blessing from this company. They gave us a tour and did a full inspection for FREE! Told me the problem . They gave us a Quote the same day. Everyone was so Friendly and kind.They made us feel at Home! We need more automotive services like this, but this will be our family automotive service from now on. The people here are super super nice and helpful. I highly recommend them. They have a lovely waiting room, with couches, snacks, coffee, and TV, very cozy. And they drove me home bc I had to leave my car.total Texas customer service, which is new to me and it blows me away every time. Ppl actually want your business and want to help you. Nick and Valerie are very professional at explaining everything and the hospitality is a down to earth environment. They are people who care about people. I had several referrals from people around town and WDR did not disappoint. They get 5 stars from me.

These guys were super awesome and very transparent with everything going on with my vehicle. The employees at the front desk made sure I had everything I need and called me with all updates on my jeep. Outstanding service. Oil changed, tires rotated. Even ask to have my cabin filter replaced. But after inspection they told me it was needed. Saved me some money.

WDR is excellent! I was hearing a noise like it was the suspension. Took my vehicle to them and they checked it out and they tighten the bolts and I was good to go. Great customer service!!

Second visit. First time was for a more significant repair and they did great. This time was for a simple oil change. No wait, thorough and efficient.

Great experience. Weve been looking for an alternative to the dealership we typically take our GM vehicles to and recently took one of them to WDR to solve a problem itd been having with the front suspension after another shop failed to figure it out. One of their lead guys - Doug - took ownership of it immediately and had the root cause IDd and a timetable and cost estimate back to me same-day. Then they executed on that to the minute and to the penny.Was also generally impressed by WDRs customer service funnel and processes. They have a shuttle service that I took them up on. They called to follow-up a couple days after picking up the car to make sure there werent any issues. Their office team was pleasant and happy. The prices were also fair as well. They clearly have a vision for running a businesses that is focused on creating happy customers - and thats great for us as customers. Def. recommend.

Was a wonderful experience everything was explained and approved before they went forward and they worked well with my warranty co.vwill be usuing them as my normal mechanic on my Corvette.

I took my F-150 for a diagnose. They sent me the estimate with some videos of what was wrong with it. The repairs were done quicker than expected. My service adviser, Nick took care of everything and made the process seamless. The customer service is outstanding.

Tried this place because M&T Auto in Mont Belvieu was bought from these guys. Took 2019 diesel in for an emissions light and full synthetic oil change, did not need fuel filters done. They called shortly and told me it was the air filter and needed to perform regen on truck. When I went to pick up the bill was $1,028.34. Wow!!! When I started asking questions about price they were lacking explanation skills and went to owner. Dropped 1 hour of diagnostic. Owner never came out. So for an air filter change and a regen was $803.34. They also told me they changed the oil but not the oil filter. Who does this??? Find out next day after getting Owner on the phone that they never changed the oil and come in for a free one. Yeah right!! Be warned about doing business here or with their other company in Mont Belvieu, Safe Auto Repair. They lied and price gouge if you are not a little mechanically inclined. Picture is the proof. Once again WDR does not fail to satisfy. Troubleshooting was spot on and repairs made. I have used WDR on my F-350 when major repairs were required. Great customer service and great auto service as well. Very professional group.Once again I highly recommend this shop.

2nd vehicle I have brought in. The service was timely and the waiting room was a comfortable experience. Received only the required service without the attempted oversale. Will 100% be back with all my diesel truck needs.

I came in for a quote about a lose exhaust pipe and they referred me to another location. They went out of their way to make me feel welcome. Shout out to Angie especially for explaining things clearly. They tied the exhaust pipe better to my car so Its not dangerous even without Me giving them a penny. Definitely will be back!

This company is the definition of excellent customer service. There were no hidden agendas only honest transparency. I was informed before any actions were taken towards servicing my car, as well as made comfortable while waiting for completion of repairs agreed upon. I am the type of person that if I felt a disservice was done, I never return, nor do I rate reviews, so the impression this company left on me was that generous. Top quality workers, clean atmosphere, effortless waiting, I will return when my car needs work. Highly recommend.

Dropped off a 05 Silverado for some ac work, it was quick, transparent and when they say they do a multi point inspection they actually mean it. They found issues i wasnt aware of and had the documentation to prove it not just word of mouth.

I recently had my car repaired at Wilson Diesel Repair at and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service. The staff was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. They quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed it in no time. My car is running perfectly now, and I appreciate their efficiency and attention to detail. Highly recommend this place for anyone needing car repairs!

Ill try to make a long story really long.Brought my truck in for some work to be done. Within a few weeks of getting it back, I had experienced a problem with the truck. Brought the truck back in, turns out the part they installed had failed. Was on the manufacturer, not the service provider. Justin and the mechanic Kyle were both surprised with the flaw of the part. Kyle took it back apart and did a permanent fix for me on it and promised it would not happen again. Justin honored the shop warranty and expensed everything himself, Parts/labor. (Roughly $800-$1k). Shortly after getting the truck back, I had experienced another issue with a piece that was installed on my truck. Kyle, the mechanic, came out to my house and did some troubleshooting with me (did not charge me once again). Narrowed it down to the part. Called customer service for the piece, they walked me through the repair and permanent fix for the part. So far so good with my truck almost 4 months later.My wife has an identical truck to mine, brought it in for some similar work. So far so good. Not one hiccup (knock on wood).Thanks team for taking care of us.

The issue of a fuel leak that I took the vehicle in for was not fixed because it was not seen at the time. There was a separate issue found and fixed and I had maintenance done. my biggest concern was the fuel leak.

WDR - Wilson Diesel RepairI want to clear up a few things about this business. A few weeks ago we had an issue where those in the office didnt know the dealings that I had with Justin on my truck. Once Justin found out about the issue, he called me and we talked everything through. He got with ford, and he worked diligently on his side to ensure that the issue was resolved. I couldnt have asked for a better outcome, as I truly feel that he did everything he could to make it right. He stuck by his word, he stuck by his work, and the issue is resolved. Sometimes we have to understand that those in the office dont always know how other things can be resolved, they just know what theyre supposed to do per their job. I do want to say that Justin recently bought m&t on eagle drive. I know a lot of you have had issues stemming from them, and please understand that this recent purchase doesnt mean that the work previous to them is his fault. I know hes been working diligently to resolve that, so the hundreds of messages that Ive received from a lot of you talking about it, thats not a reflection on his company, especially if it was done before he purchased it. I will say that my experience in the beginning was excellent, we had a slight misunderstanding, but the owner himself worked with me to diligently resolve this matter. Will I use them again, absolutely. Especially knowing that he personally called me, we personally talked through the issue and he met with Ford to try to resolve everything. I can say that he went above and beyond to make this right and I couldnt appreciate that more.I will continue to use WDR for any repairs that I may need on my truck that I cannot fix myself. And I would definitely suggest them to other people.So again, the issue is resolved, they did everything they could to make the matter fixed and the customer happy. I will say thank you to Justin and WDR.

After reading their reviews online I was really disappointed in the service I received. I had initially took my car to their newly purchased location in Mont Belvieu, previously known as M&T Automotive. I made an appointment for my cars a/c to be looked at/worked on and for an oil change. I took my car in at 8:00 a.m. (when they opened) and had to call around 2:00 p.m. because I had not received any updates. I was told to call again later in the evening to which I did and it still had not been looked at, but was promised my car would be the first in the shop the next day. I’m sad to say that was not the case. My car sat in the same parking spot I had left it for two days. I did not receive any updates on my car while it was there and had to call multiple times just to hear that my car was “waiting in line,” AFTER making an appointment there. The last time I called for an update I spoke to a lady on the phone who was originally from their North Main location. It wasn’t until I made a fuss about my car being there for two days, without it even being looked at, that she then told me to come pick it up and take it to their sister location on North Main. Once I brought it there I will say they looked at my car and gave me updates. They also did make sure they had my approval for checking the a/c and performing the oil change before they did it or charged me for the service. However, after they gave me their total cost for the work on the a/c, I had gotten a quote from a different auto shop and decided to go with them. I was still charged for the oil change and for checking at the a/c, which I did pay for. When I went to get my car the girl in the front forgot to bring my car to me. I waited for about 10 to 15 minutes in the front of the shop. (I had to go back in and remind them to get it for me) But this is where I was absolutely fed up with this place. Later in the day I received a call, one of the front desk ladies had informed me that they actually didn’t perform the oil change and that I needed to bring my car back to the shop since I already paid for the service. Initially I was going to do this but after dealing with so many problems from them, I just settled for the refund. I was really expecting something better from them but I can’t say I will be returning.

Brought my car here for just a basic check up and they kept me informed during the whole visit! Worked with me on discounts to help me out and even brought me to work due to being out of a vehicle! Beyond impressed with their kindness and overall professionalism. 11/10 very much recommended!

I had a couple of turbos replaced in my truck by the guys. Everybody from Justin who Owns it and everybody throughout the business were very professional and treated me perfectly not to mention how fair the price was. Customer service, Quality of product, and a fair price is all you can ask for and they delivered.

I appreciate the good work the team at WDR did on my electrical and AC system for my 2016 Ram 2500. The work was completed in a timely fashion. You cant go without AC Herr in Texas. Thank you again

I usually dont write reviews, but I had to write this one. I took my vehicle for service and was very impressed with the friendliness, professionalism, and knowledge of the WDR team. Also need to mention the comfortable and waiting area. I left the shop very impressed. This will be my only shop to go from now on.

Alexis was real friendly, they were quick and efficient, in and out under an hour to charge the coolant

I limped in at 445 on a Monday traveling cross country. WDR found me a room, gave me a ride to & from. All of the staff,Shanya& Angie at the front desk are WONDERFUL if you’re local it’s the place to take your vehicle if you have trouble on the road they will take great care of you. AMAZING SERVICE!!!Out of nowhere our car started shaking and the check engine light started flashing when we were traveling through town. We live a couple hours away And were on the way to Houston. I had called a couple of other mechanics locally not knowing the area at all, and no one was able to fit me in. I called this shop and they were so nice and welcoming and did a fantastic job. While nobody likes dealing with inconveniences of car trouble, they made the experience Wonderful wonderful for what it Was. I really cannot say enough how kind and nice every employee was, Especially Alexis and Vanessa who worked at the front counter.They gave my kids snacks, Girl Scout cookies, and air freshener, and let us watch TV and even took us to lunch with their shuttle service while the car was being repaired. We were in and out in a couple of hours and the prices were very reasonable for everything that was offered. I wish we lived closely to this town because they would definitely be our number one choice For everything we needed.

WDR is a total rip off at least they were for me. I took my 2011 Chevy Malibu in to have them replace my right rear wheel bearing. These people wanted to charge me 800 freaking dollars I decline the service took it right down the road at the corner of 146 in North Main at Texas Auto Repair and they did the job for me for $400. Excellent work very pleased.

Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. I have several issues:1. Their mailer claims they “fix everything”. I went in wanting to know how much it would fix to repair my bumper and was immediately told they don’t do that. That was the only reason I went in, but I decided to ask for a quote on a horn replacement which brings me to….2. After taking 25 minutes to look at my car, someone came in and quoted me $300 to replace a horn on a ford car. $300????? I told them I was declining any work done and then ten minutes later they come out with a new quote for $240. Suddenly the horn was $60 less. When I asked WHY a horn cost $200 there when online from the ford dealership it’s only $50, I wasn’t given an answer. I once again declined work.3. After declining work for the SECOND time, I asked how long until I’d get my car back as I had to leave. As I asked that, I watched them remove a tire from my car ????? I was told they were doing a free inspection after I already told them I don’t want any work done here. Finally after nearly an hour of ONLY wanting a quote (which takes all of three minutes at other mechanics) I was able to leave.I took my car to a different mechanic, who has been in business for decades, it cost less than $80 to replace a horn.Not sure if they thought I had no idea what car repairs cost or what, but I will NEVER return to this place and will NEVER recommend it to anyone ever.

The shop and the service was great!! I liked that the waiting room had drinks and snacks!! When the service time got too lengthy they offered their shuttle service which took me home and picked me back up when my car was finished!! A plus they also offered me girl scout cookies and a car air freshener!! The price for my service was way better than the dealership!! They have gained a new customer will be going there for all my car services!!

Honestly one of the best places i’ve ever been to. the waiting area is clean, customer service is genuinely top notch, the actual service done on my car was excellent! my only complaint is i wish they were closer to me for my own convenience but they’re worth the drive, i promise!

WDR is one of the best shops in the Baytown area. These guys got my truck in quickly and identified an issue with my steering tie link. This safety issue would have not been addressed until a failure or another oil change service. Thanks so much for keeping me safe on the road!

Had my truck for a fuel filter change and found my back brakes bad..I told them I couldnt leave my truck as I had a trip planned the next morning they stayed late and took care of me after hours great customer service!

I was having an issue with radiator back filling my reservoir. They checked everything out to make sure the system was functioning properly and that I didn’t have a blown head gasket. It all checked out fine. They flushed my system and refilled it to the proper level and all is good now. Friendly staff. I will use again for future work. Thanks

I live in the Austin area and I drive 3 hours to see these guys! They work hard and give intricate details on your profile that they create for you so that you know what’s going on or may need to be fixed soon on your vehicle. 100% recommend.

Nysa and Alexis are absolutely amazing! They gave me girl scout cookies while I was waiting for my car to be finished and they have Netflix, too. I was even brought out into the shop and showed my steering problem. Ive never been under my own car before so it was good to see it in person. Ill definitely be coming back. Its hard to find honest mechanics nowadays!

Excellent service for the most part. When I dropped off the guy that took care of me showed me the shop, that was great. Those web updates with all of the car’s info are awesome. First time experiencing that.I got a call with a quote and accepted it. I was told I’d get an update the following day but did not, not a huge deal but made me anxious. I was updated the day after and car needed more repairs. Agreed to them. I was told the car could possibly be ready Friday if not Saturday. I was trying not to be too pushy with updates but was anxious to get my car back do to needing it for my job.I understand y’all have a job to do and I’m not the only one being taken care of. I gave in and called on Friday for an update. Glad I did, I was told the car was ready for pick up and they had left a message but never received it unfortunately.Car is running great and in my opinion work was done in a timely manner. Some hiccups in communication but im happy with the service I received. Will be back in the future. Thank you guys, I really appreciate you work.

Never again will my bring my truck to this place or tell anyone else about this place just got rip out of 6,000 brought my vehicle in to see what was all wrong with it they couldn’t even get that much of it right I got a tune up and gasket change and a oil pan but I told them to check for anything else possible that was wrong with my truck they couldn’t even do that for the amount of money they charge me my truck still needs a lot of work done to it my control arms was the problem they say they ain’t see anything wrong with it please don’t go here if you don’t wanna be spending a lot of your money for something that still not work on. Just was bad experience from the beginning.

I had my 2005 Chevy Duramax diesel come in for injectors they did an absolutely awesome job they even dropped me off at my house and picked me up when my truck was ready I 10/10 recommend everybody to get your work done at WDR !!

I got stranded in Baytown. I found WDR, there place is one of a kind. There are three nice beautiful and knowledgeable ladies that work the front desk. They get you checked in diagnostics is done on the vehicle, they call you back with an estimate and the mechanics get to work. The facility is very clean andThey have a nice waiting area. Been there multiple time and each time I’m greeted with a friendly smile and hello. They keep me updated throughout the whole process. I appreciated enough to make it my go to for all my car maintenance. Oil change, tires rotation and anything else that needs to be done. I trust their work.

Customers should be aware that WDR has misleading business practices which aim at making customers think they are receiving discounts but in reality theyre not. They are very deceitful in their day to day business, they lie to their customers as easy as they take their money. Also, having your employees give 5 star reviews to bump up ratings is misleading.

Took my truck in for some repairs, and they did a full inspection, which made me aware of other issues as well. Being a first-time customer, they treated me to a complimentary package of cookies. I really enjoyed the atmosphere of this place.

Took my 95 Bronco in for a good look over. Needless to say, a few severe issues were found. After speaking with the owner Justin, we came up with a plan of action to get my Bronco back on the road. They then put me in a rental vehicle ( at the shops expense) and got to work on my Bronco right away. During the process they called and updated me when they found more things wrong and asked before adding anything to my ticket. Super professional and great customer service. I will absolutely be taking my 95 and eventually my 89 Bronco back there for ANY repairs I need. Thanks a million

I brought my truck into WDR on a Friday morning with no appointment, and talked to the tech about the issues I was having on my 2011 F-150. Within a few hours, the tech called me back with their diagnosis and what it would cost to fix it. Again, NO appointment on a weekend!!! They explained exactly what needed to be done, and I agreed to let them start the work as soon as possible. The next day, the tech contacted me again to inform me that the original assessment could be handled in a different, much cheaper manner (Super Happy). Within 3 days I had my truck back and running perfect!!!!! Technicians and staff are extremely knowledgeable, and unlike most others, Justin is really honest and looking to do what’s best for the customer. If you’re looking for a mechanic for your vehicles, Justin and WDR is the place to go!!!!!

I believe its a nice shop, but $1000 for labor is outrageous! Took my truck somewhere else to get it fixed. Instead of $1300, to get my truck fixed at this shop I took it somewhere else and only paid $650 and it was done in 2 hours.

They kept us informed about the truck and the repair time. They were able to diagnose a problem that two other mechanics could not.

If you dont know just say we don’t know what’s wrong with your car, it’s ok you don’t have to know everything, but dont come to me with bogus guesses trying to get money from a test that at the end it won’t help , you can tell when a business its all about the money and not the customer, period.

My brother had his truck fixed here and really liked the service they provided. I talk to Justin on the phone about the upgrades I wanted and set up a time to do it. They did everything I wanted and then some for a very fair price, far cheaper than other shops. They were always available for questions and concerns and now my truck runs great and is getting better fuel mileage than ever before not to mention that I feel after the upgrades that it will last me for some time to come. I drove an hour to get there and will do so again because the professional service and personal touch that was shown. When it comes to any kind of job, big or small, Justin and his crew can do it. Such a family oriented business that doesn’t target your wallet unlike majority of diesel shops. Finally.....a talented, honest mechanic! I had to have the entire engine resealed on my 2011 F250. They had a diagnosis for me within 24 hours and wasted no time getting it done. And not just the engine, they also let me know about other areas that needed attention as well. Competitively priced, extremely knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I’ve used them a couple times now and will continue using them whenever I need work done.

I wasnt sure if I should have even left a review bein that everythin happened almost a year agoish but, i believe people need to know the good, bad, and ugly of every business. As far as the professionalism of the techs doing the work goes, I have no complaints, he answered any questions that I had. Where the complaint comes in, I took my truck to get the front end aligned and they diagnosed it and tried to align it and it wouldnt align correctly. They then told me that I needed some special upper ball joint that what ridiculously expensive for a ball joint. That didnt work so they told me I needed atleast a 4” lift for it to sit right on the alignment because I had 35s on stock rims and a leveling kit. He tells me I need a lift so that my tires wont touch my upper control arms when it gets aligned properly. So my tires bein too close to my control arm, I asked well if I were to put a spacer on the tires would that work? He said no and that they dont ever recommend spacers EVER. So after tryin to charge me $3200 for the 4”, I ended up gettin a 6” because they were the same price unknown to me until we called the place doin the lift and they explained that the price wouldnt change goin from 4”-6”. To say the least I felt more comfortable payin that much money for a 6”. They get the truck back and do the front end alignment just to tell me that they HAD to put spacers on my front tires so they wouldnt touch. Then a week after gettin it back it needed another front end alignment because my inner and outer tie rods needed to be replaced and the other ball joints as well (besides the special ball joint that had already been replaced). This is somethin that every place I took it to after checked first, when they knew they were no good they wouldnt align the front end because it wouldnt hold due to the bad parts. So I spent $4,000+ on a problem that couldve been fixed with $80 spacers and no lift. Then couldve gotten it all fixed at once but instead paid for somethin I didnt even need. Dont do somethin just because the MECHANIC says so. Couldve saved a lot of money if I wouldnt have listened to them. As a small business owner myself the experience that a customer has can make or break a business. We now stay away from their to avoid bein ran in circles.

I have been to three different Ford dealers for something or another and each time they have said that they were through with their work I have had to take my truck back to them to redo what they were supposed to fix in the first place . Now for some people this might not be a big deal but when you spend a great deal of money and you have to take it back or in my last case have it hauled back in, well you get the idea, not to mention your time, or not having your truck.Now with that being said, I pass by PPS every day on my way to work and on my way home and decided to check into these guys and see what they were all about, and man I for one am glad that I did. The guys there in my opinion know their stuff, no b/s or gimmicks, just straight talk. Once I got to talking to Justin I said to myself this guy is the real deal. So we agreed on what I needed to have done to my truck and when the work was completed, its been purring like a kitten ever since, with all the power that I need and then some. And the best part, I did not have to take out a second mortgage on my house to have it fixed. So yeah, thanks to the guys at PPS for the work they did on my truck. Its been about a month since they worked on it and I have not had to take it back. So that being said, if I ever need to have any more work done these guys will be doing all the work. No more dealers get my money for repairs that they would probably have to fix again the next day.To PPS and all the guys there, thanks for all you have done for me.

STILL LOOKING AT THEIR GREAT WORK.I gave them a truck that was in way better shape hoping when I got back in town itd be ready. They claim it needs a motor. How can they tell with all the stuff that THEY unplugged. Because everything in that list is REQUIRED to start. They dont deserve a star. Stay far away.

They have me an estimate for a major repair which I was prepared to pay for and discovered that some of the major work would not be necessary so the cost was only a third of what was expected. They did not have to tell me this and could have gone forward with all of the estimated work and I would have never known the difference. This shows a lot of integrity and I would recommend them to anyone

I cant say anything bad or good on the quality of work, I never got a call back from them. I tooked my 2006 dodge diesel to have it check. One of their mechanics diagnosed the truck (nice guy) witch seems like the cable transmission needs and adjustment or the sensor needs to be replace and also found a bad motor mount. After a few days I called them back to let them know that I hadnt receive their quote........never heard from them again. Maybe the work that I brought to the table wasnt big enough for them. Who knows.

Justin and his crew rebuilt my motor and my new trans. They do excellent work and I would recommend anyone to use these guy for all your automotive need!! I just sold my 6.0L F250 and when I told the guy who did the work he was pleased as they have a great reputation.

These guys only care about what’s right for you.I called last week looking for an Air Lift system to help in towing my camper safer and more comfortable. Kyle let me know that he could definitely get it in but with the current covid situation, couldn’t really say when the parts would come in. This man actually referred me to a few of their competitors, proving to me that all they cared about was me getting taken care of. I took his advice and called around but opted to get the parts myself and have WDR do the install based upon their eagerness to get me taken care of even if that meant someone else would get my business.I am very pleased with the professionalism of this company and the job they did. Something seemed odd with thier diagnostics so I just paid for that portion and just rolled the dice. They wanted to pull the injectors and have them tested to see if that was the problem. That would have been thousands of waisted dollars. They simply missed all signs, symptoms and codes. $100 part fifteen minutes labor and runs fine. I personally think they new it was a easy fix and where just going make a big profit but who really knows.

I’ve used W.D.R. more than once and will continue to use them from now on. I had trouble with my 6.0 diesel and took it here to have it fixed. The work that was done was above and beyond exceptional in every aspect and then some . They were quick to get started , kept me informed on every detail of the repair and were finished in the amount of time they said they would . I was worried that being from out of state and having to have a repair this big done I was going to be taken advantage of but this was NOT the case at all. They done what they said would do for the price they told me and the work was first class . The owner, Justin, even gave my daughters W.D.R. T-shirts for Christmas gifts ! I was passing through the area when the dreaded wrench showed up on my dash. I started looking for a diesel mechanic and, based on reviews from various sites, I picked WDR. I couldn’t have made a better choice. They got my Francine (2005 F-350 Super Duty) in the day I called 3/8/21 and I got her back 3/11/21.She’s got a new oil cooler, clean turbo and a few other things. I’m so thankful they got her taken care of and made sure she didn’t have a blown head or EGR problem. I couldn’t have asked for better service.

Great experience. Very informative of what was happening with my 2016 F250. WDR ordered all parts and had the job done in a day. Will definitely be taking my SuperDuty back when repairs are needed.

Called WDR to get rough estimate for diesel tractor rebuild. Was told $1000-$1200 but bring it in for a accurate estimate. Was told to be there Friday at 8 because Justin needed to be there to give estimate. Got there Friday at 8 was told Justin wasn’t there Alex could give estimate. Alex said leave tractor he would remove head or use camera so estimate would be accurate and no surprises and I would have estimate in a few hours. Never received estimate Friday, I called them Monday evening told them I still did not have estimate. Receptionist told me Alex said I needed new pistons, rings, and sleeves, but he did not have estimate. Would have estimate for me that evening or 1st thing in morning. Never received a call, I called back the next evening told them I still had no estimate and was told Justin could give me an estimate. He said I needed new rings and that should do it unless there were surprises, I mentioned that Alex said I needed a lot more parts and he was supposed to pull the head or use camera so there were no surprises and I was told Alex was busy. Went to pick up tractor from WDR they had left the key on and battery was dead. Not once did the owner (Justin) say give us a chance to work on your engine and we will take care of it. I have 4 Diesel engines and with that much of a struggle just to get an estimate I will be taking them elsewhere to be worked on.

After being in mechanical and electrical engineer, and retiring from the US Navy. I am normally a very hard man to please when it comes to mechanics. But this team of true professionals is amazing. Knowledgeable, professional, and excellent customer service. Surpasses any auto dealership in the area. Justin and his team are true mechanics. They dont just read codes and go through a book. They can hear and feel the engine, an art that I thought had been lost for years. Some of you may be turned away because the appearance of the shop. Dont let it fool you, it is a mechanic shop not a lab. PPS rebuilt my 6.0 and OMG. Twice as much power, much quieter, and a lot better fuel mileage. Plus he warranties his work.

These guys deserve nothing but 5stars. I had my truck worked on at another shop and while the other shop wouldn’t respond and doing nothing to help. These guys stepped in and decided to help me out. Travis is the mechanic who did the work on my truck and he did a Phenomenal job on putting together a broken puzzle. But if nothing else give these guys a call and just ask them anything to do with diesel engines. If you call ask for Travis, Justin, or Kyle and they can help you with just about anything.

Im 58 years old, so Ive had plenty of vehicle work done over the past 40 years. These guys are far and away the best shop Ive ever dealt with. DW and Justin have an encyclopedic knowledge of diesels and are the most honest guys youd ever hope to meet. I have a souped up 2006 F350 dually with the notorious 6.0 diesel. They put new head bolts and a bigger turbo in for me. I travel between L.A., Houston, and Nevada. When my Nevada shop mid-diagnosed and fixed a problem (for a hefty sum) just before I headed to Houston, the problemcame back on my drive to Houston. DW and Justin fixed the real problem in 15 minutes for no charge. DW said, Bad connector. We should have caught this in our general inspection last time, so no charge. How often do you find guys like this anymore?I would easily drive 150 miles to have these guys work on my diesel. If I could give them 6 stars, I would.

Great service...I was dealing with a local Ford dealership and the regional Ford rep for two weeks to find a part I needed, and they still could not give me any idea when the repair could be done. OmG! Broke down on the highway. Recurring issue that numerous mechanics had no success diagnosing . Gentleman stopped and referred me to Justin. While waiting for my tow, decided to call PPS. Paid for the diagnostic and they wouldnt tell me what was wrong with my truck, also my quote went from $4500 to $7000 from one day to another. Lady that took my info was very unprofessional and had a bad attitude.....

So I said okay what is being done🤔... well we will get that when our technicians work on it😂... and the famous 😂WE ARE HAVING TECHNICAL ISSUES WITH OUR SYSTEM AND COULDNT PRINT IT OUT but can bill 4k on a job but cant fixs a printer😂😂😂😂If anything new we will call you before working on it. I said no thank you maam, but how are you going to start work and give me a price without telling me what u r going to do😑. The lady says nothing (😡rude) hands me my keys and and says r u going to pay the diagnostic I said yes, she rings me up and just puts my card on t counter and walks away. I said thank you and she gives 😂 no response. Later I realized I should have gone to POWER STROKE the price went DOWN to 2750 and guess what I got a print out of what work needed to be done! 😂🤗 BECARFUL AND DO UR RESEARCH, I BELIEVE THEY ARE SCAMMING PEOPLE! Sorry but the truth is the truth! Get quotes dont just believe them because they have nice trucks displayed!

Ive been coming here for years and all Ive gotten is the run around Ive been back there 3 or 4 times for the same check engine light and have paid over 1000 to get it fixed and still has the same check engine light ! My family have been loyal costumers and I can tell you they have most definitely lost our business ! I am so disappointed in the place and do not recommend using their services

These guys are great. Have been there more than once and will continue for all my needs. Doesnt matter who you are or what you drive these guys will explain, talk, and fix what they need to make things right. They take their time to explain what it is and how they will fix it.

They charge $330 just to plug in the diagnostic machine into your vehicle, and tell you nothing about it unless you ask!!! And it doesn’t apply to your repair. HIGHWAY ROBBERY!!!!

Justin and DW have completed repair and maintenance work on my 2012 Super Duty twice this summer. Despite a heavy backlog, this work was completed when promised and for a fair price. I will continue to take my truck to PPS!

I thought I just needed a vacuumed pulled on my AC but they thoroughly went through it and found that it needed the pulley replaced !! Very quick response and now we are rolling with AC again!! Thanks again!!

Was told $125 on the phone for a TCM retune after an hour they come back and say well it’s about the same then proceeded to charge me over $300 don’t waste your time go to PSE or a real shop that won’t lie to you and actually gets the job doneI told you I would remove tuner and put it back to stock you said “nah we can do it no problem”And PSE does not charge over $300 they charged me $100 last one I had done and resetting the valve body is part of the relearn don’t act like you did me any kind of favor you were more worried about the “big money job” in mont belview than my truck

WDR did it again. This time a gas F150. Its been running rough. WDR found it needed a tune up and the front end suspension and steering were worn out. Its better now!
