Don’t call this company. They will schedule make you wait till 6pm to say there not coming. Promise to get to you the next day. Only to close the ticket and completely ghost you. Not recommending there services to anyone.

Technicians were great. No call, no show 2 times. Appointments rescheduled by Sears without notice or explanation. Almost 2 weeks to get appliance fixed after parts arrived. Almost 3 weeks without a working washing machine. Scheduling service and service delivery suck! But, the 2 technicians that did show up were wonderful. Quality repair, quality people. Poor service delivery.
Your technician did an excellent job in making the repairs to my oven door. No complaints at all about him or the first one who came. However, your schedulers did not do me right. It was supposed to be done the day before on yesterday’s date. I waited all morning as scheduled and no one came. I work and I missed half a day. That’s not good!!!
I promise Im not one of those people who airs out his dirty laundry online. I dont even have a Facebook page. But we have been without a dishwasher for almost six weeks. When buying a house, a home warranty is a traditional part of the sale.The first time we used our dishwasher it leaked water on the floor. I guess our inspector didnt run a full cycle. First American Home Warranty had a Sears technician come out on 7/22. This guy was friendly and professional and had to order a part. No big deal. The part was delivered to our house. On 7/31 another Sears tech was scheduled to come to install the ordered part. He came out on 8/1 and this guy didnt even plug the dishwasher back in or test it before he left. Even though he couldnt verify it was in working order he still closed out the work order. I was at work and had to plug it in myself when I got home. The dishwasher then gave us an error code. I called Sears to report a problem with the unfinished repair and they had no automated way to report the issue. I could reschedule, cancel, or report a new problem.Sears kept throwing me back to FAHW and vice versa. Neither company had any reasonable portal to explain a problem to a real person. You can cancel or reschedule appointments but if theres a problem youre out of luck. I finally got the work order opened back up. Then we had Sears lined up to come back out and they cancelled and rescheduled for 8/12. Meanwhile more parts were shipped on 8/3. On 8/12, nobody showed up. On 8/13 I got a text that they would be out 8/14. After this guy left, my wife used the dishwasher and water went all over the cabinet under the sink. When I got home I found a giant hole in the drain line where the dishwasher connects to the garbage disposal. If I had to guess he forgot to disconnect the drain line before he pulled the dishwasher out of the cabinet for the repair. At this point I went and bought my own drain line and was going to install it myself, but decided to give FAHW and their buddies at Sears another chance. On 8/20 someone was scheduled to come out and install the drain line. The text messages from Sears are a little fuzzy because they dont say what was done, just when they were supposed to arrive. They didnt make it out on 8/20 but a day or so later came out and attempted to connect the universal drain line I had ordered but then said it had to be a OEM part and ordered it. The part arrived a few days later. Then I got ANOTHER text from Sears saying they had to delay my service because a part had to be ordered. I tried to reply (probably in vain) that we already had the part. Meanwhile I finally got a real person at FAHW who seemed willing to help. I explained the issues with Sears. She said if we had more problems they would just replace the dishwasher altogether. Then Sears texted and said our appointment had been scheduled for 9/4. When I called back this time, to complain that 9/4 was too long to wait after six weeks FAHW said they would set up a repair with another contractor, Lone Star Appliance, a smaller outfit local to us. We still havent heard from either company in over a week.Any time I wanted to report an issue with Sears they just wanted to deflect me back to the home warranty company. We are very unhappy with our service.I also notice Sears works very hard to make it hard for anyone read or write online reviews. Notice the review below shows 5 stars even though the review is not flattering. Theres some electronic manipulation going on here.
He probably needs more training. He didnt know how to open ge cooktop. So he said the part was no longer in stock and I need to just buy a new cooktop.
Dryer still not fixed. Technician Broderick was rude. Appointment was suppose to be between 8 -12 and he didnt come till 2pm. Hopefully the next technician you send out will know what they are doing. Didnt spend enough time to see if it was heating properly or if the igniter that was previously put in was maybe a dud.
Robert A. came to my house, quickly identified the issue, and was helpful in explaining how the side-by-side refrigerator and freezer work (in terms of how the cooling process works inside). He was kind despite the ridiculous reason that caused the trip (my ignorance). I greatly appreciated his expertise and kindness. He deserves a raise for kindly working with un-informed people like me!
Cost was not commensurate with the service provided. We will probably not be using sears home service again.

Fuse replaced. After repair, Had to unplug because it smelled like it was going to catch fire. Looks like I’m going to have to replace microwave all together. After 3 reschedules, I will be canceling Sears Home Warranty program. Total waste of time and money.
Technician was knowledgeable and did all that he could, a new compressor needed to be ordered but he said it was still under warranty and for me to contact LG. I contacted LG and they told me to call Choice Hime Warranty to have them call LG, provide my phone number and that they would send the compressor to Choice Home Warranty and then your technician can come back and install it. I did all that but was told that a case manager has to contact me before anything can be done, ugh!

Never used Sears before but my dryer went out on us! I didnt know who to call but remembered an ad in my email so I called them... AMAZING response time and wonderful technician. He got us going again and was so professional and genuinely nice. Thanks Sears!! I will be calling in the future you got a customer for life!

Treadmill repair only lasted 2 days then exact problems occurred. Called the office was told no charge to come back but any work done would be new charges and money paid would not be applied

Service performed on my Kenmore washer Thursday November 2nd cost over $100 and and DID NOT fix the problem. Cold water washing with the correct kind of detergent of dark clothes still leaves white residue on the clothes even though I have tried adding the extra rinse cycle. In fact, I took extra steps after the technicians left to ensure that there was no hidden residue in or under the detergent dispenser. I will be calling for a free followup! And will never own another Kenmore appliance!

The worst experience Ive ever had. I have not had a refrigerator because of Sears since December 16 it is now March 5 the repair man that they sent 3×2 times ago destroyed my refrigerator cut it apart only to find out that he shouldnt cut it a pot and Ive been waiting four weeks for parts. The pot finally come. He comes today and tells me the pots leak and so now the refrigerator has to be replaced. Sears broke my refrigerator beyond repair
