I’ve been a loyal customer of Safe Auto Repair from when they first opened, and they never disappoint. Justin and his staff are always professional, honest, and fairly priced. I especially appreciate that they send me pictures of any repair needs, so I can see exactly what’s going on with my car before making decisions. It’s clear they prioritize transparency and customer satisfaction. Highly recommend!

I had an excellent experience with Safe Auto. This was my first time using their service, and it exceeded my expectations. My car was exhibiting unusual behavior, which turned out to be just a low battery. The issue was quickly diagnosed, and I was provided with clear information and photos demonstrating the need for a replacement. Once I approved the repair, the battery was replaced efficiently and at a reasonable price. From my initial phone call to the completion of the service, the team was professional, courteous, and clearly committed to customer satisfaction. I hope to not need it, but if my car ever needs service this will be the place I use.

This is my first experience with Safe Auto Repair, glad to say it was good, My contact there was a man named David who is very professional as well as polite and thorough!I also had contact and help from Thomas who is also professional and polite, the whole experience is a positive one for me, they even had a rental car for me while repairs were being done on my truck!I strongly recommend that you give Safe Auto Repair a chance to earn your business. I brought my car in to get an estimate to repair my brakes, I was told by the technician helping me, that my brakes still had 50percent to go. They helped address the squealing. I am so thankful they are honest people as another place told me I needed a repair. I only brought it in because I wanted a second price to compare it to.

Great family owned auto repair shop with great customer service and a very wholesome environment.They have a nice waiting area with;-Two TVs-Kids play area with toys-Adequate seating-Refreshments-Coffee-La Croix-SnacksThe girl up front was very polite and conversational, providing frequent updates in reference to my vehicle.Overall, great experience.Also, there is now a diaper changing station in the bathroom.

David was here for my first visit a few months ago. I felt like i walked into a dealership to buy new car because of the level of attention provided. This is a business that cares about their clients. The cozy updated waiting area and various avenues SAR educates their customers to make.an informed decision, proves it.

This is my new Go To for our auto repairs. These folks are professional, communicate well, and everything is upfront. Our Toyota Avalon had a problem which ended up being the linkage in the steering column. They sent me a video of the problem that made it very clear what the issue was and I understood what needed to be done. We knew the price for repair going in, OEM parts were available and used, and we are completely satisified with the service recieved. Happy to have SAR in our neighborhood. Thank you.

I came by and got air in my tires and David was amazing! He came right up to me the second I walked in and took care of me. He also works with at risk youth so I love using a place that has such awesome employees. Love this place! And the waiting room is awesome.

My vehicle, which is modified to load and transport my wifes very heavy, prescription (powered) wheelchair, was experiencing a failure with the water pump. It was imperative that I not be we without the means to transport this chair for very long.The staff were very friendly and accommodating. When I contacted them, they were able to see me immediately as another customer had canceled an appointment. During their inspection, it was noticed that a rear differential seal had been slow-leaking axle grease onto moving parts. My front brakes were also well worn and ready for replacement.I got my vehicle in their shop at 1:30 pm on a Monday and was able to take it home at 5:30 pm the next day. The staff was happy to work with a service contract purchased from my insurance carrier (much like an extended warranty) and the pump and rear axle work were covered. My vehicle is functioning well and I am pleased with the results and experience.Two days later, a staff member contacted me to ascertain both if my vehicle was operating well and whether I was satisfied with the work...good followup!

Pros:I liked being able to set an appointment and the customer service was amazing and very personable.I enjoyed the play area for children and snacks.Clean areas and nicely renovated.Cons:I went in for an oil change and I waited 1.5 hours from walking into to driving off. I’m almost positive they were checking for preventative maintenance, but it’s not what I went in there for.I believe they only have synthetic oil, so it was a bit above my price range.No diaper changing station in the restroom.

My experience with Safe Auto Repair in Mont Belvieu was exceptional. Their professional technicians and attendants were assuring, and I drove away in a vehicle that was running right. It was a problem I’ve struggled getting corrected for months, and they had the diagnostics to isolate the problem. A clean and comfortable waiting area made me feel at home. I did not use it, but SAR also offers pick up and drop off service, plus loaner vehicles. How convenient is that? No shade tree mechanics here.

Our Jeep was showing a check engine light on the panel. Brought it here and they put it on their machine. Nothing was wrong and the light went out. No charge for this. Awesome!!! I will definitely come back to these guys. Truthful and helpful. Thank you again.

Great customer service and I got my car back quickly. They showed me what was wrong and explained everything thoroughly. They were communicative as well.

I was charged 1200 dollars for new struts that they didn’t even put on my car. When I went to visit this shop for an oil change, they told me my struts needed to be changed out. They’d ordered the parts and told me the parts would be there in 3 hours. I called the store later that day and was informed that the parts would be there the next day. I asked if I could just go and pick up my car and oddly enough they told me the parts were gonna be there in the next 5 minutes. I go back to the shop, and I was then told that it looked like someone had already put on new struts and that they just needed to be retightened. I’m not coming back to this shop.

Great service , I just got an oil change, they said my steering gear box was leaking and needed replacing, I took my truck to ford dealership and found it was the front axel seal that needed replaced. Almost made a big mistake.

Went in for state inspection and everyone was super friendly and took no time at all. Great service, environment, and super helpful people. Highly recommend and will come back again

All repairs were completed in a day. Clean shop and friendly technicians and all other employees. I’m sure if needed I’ll return to Safe Auto Repair

More professional than the previous owners but waaaaayyy more expensive. I was charged 400$ for new spark plugs & a tire rotation. I won’t be back

I have a horrible experience I call to see if they do tired change and they say yes I bring my car and they have me waiting more than hour and then they says that they dont have any tires with them and they were calling another tire shop and will take my car there fix the tire and bring it back like how those that make sense if they didnt offer that service they could have say so instead of having me waiting over an hour
