I would rate 0 stars if it let me. They left a bucket in my attic where the ac was leaking. The ac was freezing up and they never checked secondary filter in the attic. So when the bucket got to heavy it just went through the ceiling into my bedroom. Then the next day I called him back to fix it and he proceeded to call me a dope head because I was in pajama pants and had just woken up. (Not that it matters but the reason I was sleeping because I just got off nights from working at the plant.) worse ac company Iv ever dealt with.

Fast one day demo and install of unit and air ducts. Best part is there financing program with wellsfargo. Only hvac company in bay city Id use or call personally

Quality work and I trust them so much, I just leave a key for them to come by at their convenience.

Keith and Anjelica were very accommodating. We needed someone to come and do a spring checkup on a short notice. They were able to squeeze us in their tight schedule. Keith was very thorough and took care of us.

If I could give these guys more than five stars I would. First off the lady that answers the phone is ray of sunshine. Im a new house owner so the first time I called her was over an issue that they dont deal with (hot water heater) but she was so nice and even told me who to call.The second time I called was for an issue they actually dealt with (the heater in my new house wasnt working). She was kind and set me up with an appointment that same day.So my technician, Ralph, comes by right on time and doesnt mind my rambunctious 2 year old or fussy newborn one bit. He had the problem fixed in no time flat AND he even killed a wasp nest by the front door for me! You cant get any kinder folks, these guys are really the best.Did I mention they were priced reasonably? 10/10 would recommend!

They did a great job installing a new Thermocouple for my furnace at a very reasonable price and had no problem accommodating my request to wear a mask due to Covid while inside my home. I had been using Bay City Electric and A/C for years, today I had scheduled a service call and Stephen the owner refused to wear a mask so I call McDonald A/C and Heat and they respected the customer request to wear a mask without any problem. Was told that servicing and accommodating their customers was their priority.

Keith and his crew came out the same day and took care of a bad fan motor for our home. Angelica was a delight to work with, in the office. This is my third time using McDonald’s and I could not be more pleased.

My AC broke in this heat. I waited 3 days in the swelter waiting on the warranty people before I gave up on them. I called McDonald AC and Heat. They were at my house within 15 minutes of my call and had it fixed in no time. Saved my day! And it was affordable. Im still waiting on the warranty people to square up with me. Im just happy I have AC back. Such a blessing.

Called for service in Sargent, Tx after hours...Keith came right away and pinpointed our issue within 1/2 hour. We appreciated his willingness to come afterhours on a holiday weekend! Nice guy!!!!

If I could give this company a 0 rating I would. Ralph, the repair man, came out to check our air conditioning. He checked the electrical lines for power. He said well, you have no power to this unit. He did not even look at the thermostat. I called an electrician, and the problem was we needed a new thermostat. In addition to paying McDonald air-conditioning $125 For a useless service call, I paid a worthy licensed electrician to come to the house. Never hire AC companies that do not send a license electrician to your home. And certainly never use McDonald AC repair in Bay City Texas.

Keith came out and had our ac back up and running the same day! I highly recommend these guys.
